The SAT test dates for 2026-27 for students in Pakistan still open for registration are 5 December 2026, 6 March 2027, 1 May 2027 and 5 June 2027. The October sitting is over and registration for 7 November has closed. The registration deadline for 5 December is 20 November 2026. The fee for a student testing outside the US is US$111: the US$68 registration fee plus a US$43 international fee.

We read the College Board's SAT dates and deadlines page and its international fees page on 1 November 2026. The same dates apply in the US and abroad. For Pakistani applicants, the dates that matter most are December and March, because LUMS wants the SAT taken by 6 March 2027 and Habib University gives exemptions on recent scores.

Six SAT dates run from October 2026 to June 2027

The College Board lists six SAT dates for 2026-27: 3 October 2026, which has passed, and 7 November 2026, whose registration has closed, then 5 December 2026, 6 March 2027, 1 May 2027 and 5 June 2027. Each has a registration deadline about two weeks before, and a late deadline four days after that.

Registration for 7 November closed on 27 October, so the next open sitting is 5 December. There is no SAT in January or February 2027. A student who misses December waits until March.

The SAT costs US$111 for a student in Pakistan

The College Board charges US$68 to register plus a US$43 international fee for testing outside the US, so US$111 in total. Late registration adds US$38. Changing only the test centre costs US$34. A US$24 test centre fee applies only at listed centres in East Asia, not in Pakistan.

The first four SAT score reports are free within nine days

You can send scores to four universities free if you order within nine days of the test date. After that, each extra report costs US$15. Rush reports cost US$31, archived scores US$35 and score verification US$55.

Choose your four universities before test day. Adding a fifth and sixth university later costs US$30 for the pair, by our arithmetic. If you are aiming at US universities, the SEVIS I-901 fee for the F-1 visa comes later, after admission.

LUMS needs the SAT by 6 March 2027, and Habib gives exemptions from 1400

LUMS lists 6 March 2027 as the last date to take the SAT for Fall 2027 undergraduate admission. Habib University gives a partial entrance test exemption for an overall SAT of 1400 or more, no older than two years, sent with code 7344.

UniversityWhat its admissions page says about the SAT
LUMSTake the SAT by 6 March 2027; Class of 2030 average SAT was 1400
Habib University1400 or above gives partial test exemption; scores under two years old; code 7344

That makes 5 December 2026 the safest sitting for a LUMS applicant: it leaves 6 March open for a retake. Students from A Levels comparing local and foreign options can weigh the university routes for A Level students in Pakistan.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

We read the College Board's SAT dates and deadlines, its international fees page and its refunds page on 1 November 2026, along with the LUMS critical dates and Habib University exemption pages. The US$111, US$149 and US$30 totals are our arithmetic. We could not open the score release dates page, so we do not give score dates.
