FBISE Verification Online: Result Card and Certificate Verification, Migration NOC and Tracking ID
Get FBISE result card or certificate verification online for Rs 1,000 a copy, and a migration NOC for Rs 1,000. Apply, pay the challan, track by Tracking ID.

FBISE verifies result cards and certificates online at applications.fbise.edu.pk for Rs 1,000 per copy, and issues a migration certificate (NOC) the same way for Rs 1,000. You enter your registration number, pick the class, year and roll number, pay a challan, and the board emails the verified document or NOC once the fee clears. A Tracking ID then shows the status.
We went through the FBISE online applications portal and read the fee table on the board's challan portal on 1 November 2026. Both services have moved fully online, so there is no need to queue at the Federal Board office in H-8/4, Islamabad, for either one.
FBISE runs seven services on its online applications portal
The portal lists seven services: migration certificate (NOC), verification of result card, verification of certificates, duplicate mark sheet or result card, result cancellation, change of subject or group, and recounting. Verification and migration both follow the same four step form.
| FBISE service | Fee in Pakistan | Fee from abroad | How you get it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Verification of certificate or result card | Rs 1,000 per copy | 40 US dollars per copy | By email after fee check |
| Migration (NOC) certificate, SSC or HSSC | Rs 1,000 | 30 US dollars | By email after fee check |
| Cancellation of a migration (NOC) | Rs 500 | Not shown | Apply to the board |
| Duplicate mark sheet | Rs 1,500 | 35 US dollars | By email after fee check |
Fees come from the "Migration, Verification, Certificate" section of the FBISE challan portal. The verification fee is charged per copy, so verifying an SSC and an HSSC document is two copies.

How to apply for FBISE verification online
Choose "Verification of Result Card" or "Verification of Certificates" on the portal, enter your registration number, select the class, year and roll number, generate or enter a challan number, and submit. FBISE emails the verified documents after it confirms your payment.
- Open applications.fbise.edu.pk and click Apply under the right verification service.
- Type your FBISE registration number. The form rejects anything shorter than 10 characters. Press Search.
- Your name and father's name fill in. Tick each class, year and roll number you want verified. You can pick more than one.
- Choose Challan (PKR) inside Pakistan, or EFT (USD) from abroad. Generate a new challan, or enter one you already paid.
- Choose your country, add your email and phone, and submit. Note the Tracking ID.
Use an email address you can open. Everything comes by email: the verified document, and any request for missing details. A typing mistake in the address means nothing arrives, and the board has no other way to send it.
For questions about certificate verification, the portal lists 051-9269530, the line FBISE's staff page gives for the Deputy Secretary (Certificate).

How to get an FBISE migration certificate (NOC) online
The migration form works the same way, with one extra step. Regular students must upload their school or college leaving certificate, under 2 MB. FBISE then emails the migration certificate after the fee is verified. You need it to join an institution under another board.
Private candidates do not need the leaving certificate upload, because the form asks for it from regular students only.
The migration desk takes calls only in working hours, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, on 051-9269533, according to the form. The board's staff page lists the same number for Migration Certificate at the One Window Cell.
Ask the college or board you are moving to whether it accepts the emailed NOC before you apply, because fees and rules at the other end vary. The board to board migration certificate fee at every BISE lists what each provincial board charges on its side.
Track your FBISE application with the Tracking ID
Open "Documents Tracking" on the portal, type the Tracking ID from your application and press Search. The page shows your registration or roll number and the status, and lets you print the letter or the challan again if needed.
Recounting has its own page, "Rechecking Tracking", in the same menu. Do not put a verification Tracking ID there, because it searches a different list.
If the status has not moved after a week, call the number for that service in working hours and give the Tracking ID first. That one number lets the desk find your case at once.

When you need FBISE verification and when you do not
Verification is what an employer, university or embassy asks for when it wants the board to confirm your document is real. A lost document needs a duplicate instead, and a wrong mark needs recounting. Paying for the wrong service wastes time and money.
- Lost your result card? Apply for the FBISE duplicate certificate or mark sheet, not verification.
- Think a paper was totalled wrongly? Use recounting, Rs 1,500 a paper.
- Need documents attested for use abroad? IBCC attestation comes after the board's own record is clean, and the rules for IBCC attestation of matric and inter certificates explain the order.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 1 November 2026. We read the FBISE online applications portal, its verification, migration, duplicate mark sheet and Documents Tracking pages, the fee table on the FBISE challan portal, and the staff contact page on fbise.edu.pk on 1 November 2026. We did not submit an application or pay a fee. We could not read the board's notification on its "Fully Automated Public Services System", because it is a scanned image without text.
