How to Get Your PPSC Detailed Marks Certificate Online in Punjab: CNIC, Token and 30 Days
PPSC keeps each detailed marks certificate online for 30 days. See the six DMC types, what you enter, who gets one and how to download it before it disappears.

Short answer: Open the Detailed Marks Of Candidates page on ppsc.gop.pk, pick your DMC type, then enter your 13 digit CNIC, the 4 digit token number from your application email and your post. PPSC says a DMC stays on its website for 30 days only, and the paper stage DMC goes to unsuccessful candidates only.
A candidate in Multan sees that she missed the cut in a PPSC paper and wants to know by how many marks. The result list shows a roll number and a pass or fail. The marks sit in a separate certificate, and it expires.
We opened the PPSC DMC pages on 12 October 2026 and read every note and form field. We did not enter a CNIC, because that would need a real candidate's token.
PPSC offers six DMC types, and you must pick the right one
PPSC lists six types on its Detailed Marks Of Candidates page: single paper, single paper after interview, multiple paper, multiple paper Phase 1 MCQ, multiple paper after interview, and typing, proficiency or shorthand after interview. Pick the type that matches your exam and your stage.
| DMC type | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Single Paper DMC | Your exam had one paper, and you did not qualify. PPSC issues it to unsuccessful candidates only. |
| Single Paper DMC, after interview | One paper exam, with written marks, academic marks, interview marks and merit number. |
| Multiple Paper DMC | Competitive exams with many papers. |
| Multiple Paper DMC, Phase 1 MCQ | The MCQ paper of a competitive exam. Unsuccessful candidates only. |
| Multiple Paper DMC, after interview | Competitive exams, with marks of all stages and merit number. |
| Typing, proficiency, shorthand DMC, after interview | Posts such as stenographer or data entry operator. |

Each form carries its own list of posts. If your post is not in the list, go back to the DMC page and try the next type.
You need your CNIC, your token number and your post
Each form asks for three things: a 13 digit CNIC without dashes, a 4 digit token number and your post from a drop down list. PPSC says the token number was already sent to the email you gave in your application form.
The token field is hidden like a password. It holds four characters. If you lost the email, the page offers a link for a forgotten or unreceived token number. Use that link, and not a third party, to get it again.
Keep your registered email address alive. Our guide on how to apply for a PPSC job and get your roll number slip shows where the token first reaches you.
PPSC keeps each DMC online for 30 days only
Every DMC page carries the same warning. A DMC remains available on the website for 30 days. After that, PPSC says no request for a DMC will be entertained. The page does not say which day the 30 days start, so treat the day your result appears as day one.
That is a hard limit with no appeal route on the page. Download and save the file on the day you see your result. Print one copy and keep a PDF.
Check the result date for your post on the Written Results or Final Recommendations page. On 12 October 2026 PPSC listed written results dated 5 October and final results dated 8 October.

Fake sites copy PPSC's colours and ask for fees. Read our note on how to check you are on the real PPSC website before you type a CNIC anywhere.
What the marks tell you, and what to do next
The after interview DMC shows written test marks, academic marks, interview marks and your merit number. Compare each line with the merit list for your post. The gap tells you which stage cost you the post, and what to work on for the next exam.
If you failed the MCQ stage, plan your next paper early. PPSC's tests on 17 and 18 October 2026 show how its sessions run. If you applied and the post was withdrawn, see how PPSC adjusts the fee on your next application.
Candidates in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa use a different body. The steps to check a KPPSC result and DMC by CNIC are separate.
Common questions
Who can get a PPSC DMC for the paper stage?
Unsuccessful candidates only. PPSC states that single paper and Phase 1 MCQ DMCs are issued to unsuccessful candidates only and do not relate to successful candidates.
How long does a PPSC DMC stay online?
Thirty days. PPSC says no request for a DMC will be entertained after that period.
What do I enter to get my DMC?
You enter your 13 digit CNIC, a 4 digit token number and your post. The token number was sent to the email in your application form.
I lost my token number. What now?
Use the "Forgot / Not Received Token No, Click Here" link on the DMC form. Do not give your CNIC to a person offering to find it.
Does the DMC show interview marks?
The after interview DMC does. PPSC says it holds written test marks, academic marks, interview marks and merit number.
Is there a fee for the DMC?
The pages we read show no fee and no payment field. Anyone asking for money to give you a DMC is not acting for PPSC.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read the PPSC Detailed Marks Of Candidates page and the six DMC forms on 12 October 2026, at ppsc.gop.pk. We did not submit a real CNIC and token, so we cannot describe the certificate layout. The Multiple Paper DMC form showed "No DMC Available" on the day. PPSC may change these pages, so check them before you rely on the 30 day limit.
