How to Check Your KPPSC Result, DMC and Interview Letter by CNIC
Check a KPPSC result, marks sheet (DMC) and interview call letter by CNIC on the official site. Find the page for each and fix a search that finds nothing.
Open kppsc.gov.pk, pick Results or E-Letters from the menu, choose your test and type your CNIC. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission lets you search your result, marks sheet and interview call by NIC, with no login.
That is the short version. The long version is that the site has several separate search boxes, and people often type their CNIC into the wrong one. We opened the KPPSC website on 8 October 2026 and went through each page.
Check your KPPSC result on the official site
Go to kppsc.gov.pk and open the Results menu. It lists Screening Test Result, Ability Test Results, Steno Test Results, Interview Result, Nomination Letters and Non Joiner Letters. Pick the stage you sat, then search by NIC.
- Open kppsc.gov.pk in your browser.
- Click Results and choose the stage you sat, for example Ability Test Results.
- Find your advertisement and post in the list.
- Type your CNIC in the "Search Result by NIC" box.
- Click Search and read the result on screen.
Each advertisement and post has its own box. If you applied for two posts, search both. A result under one post says nothing about the other.
Download your DMC after a written test
The detailed marks certificate, called the DMC, sits on its own page at kppsc.gov.pk/dmcs. Open the block for your advertisement, type your NIC in the "Search DMC" box and download the file. It shows your marks, not only pass or fail.
On 8 October the DMC page listed blocks for the Civil Judges-cum-Judicial Magistrates and Alaqa Qazi test (Advertisement 03/2026), PMS Officers and AETO (Advertisement 02/2025), Provincial Planning Service Officers, Assistant Sub Inspector and others.
| What you want | Where on kppsc.gov.pk |
|---|---|
| Pass or fail result | Results menu, then your test stage |
| Marks sheet (DMC) | kppsc.gov.pk/dmcs, search by NIC |
| Interview call letter | E-Letters menu, Interview Call up |
| Written exam letter for PMS | E-Letters menu, PMS Written Exam |
| Final selection | Results menu, Nomination Letters |
Marks matter more than people think. If you failed by a small margin, the DMC shows which part cost you, and it is the first thing to look at before you plan the next attempt.
Find your interview call letter by CNIC
Interview call letters are not posted to you as the first step. Open the E-Letters menu, choose "Interview Call up / Shall stand rejected / Rejection e-Letters", find your advertisement and search by NIC. The same page carries rejection letters, so a blank result needs a second look.
KPPSC also posts a monthly interview programme. The programme for November 2026 went up on 2 October. It is a PDF on the home page under Important Alerts. We could not read the text of that file, so we cannot tell you which posts are in it. Open it and look for your advertisement number.
If you have no letter and no rejection, wait. Do not assume you are out. Check again after the programme date for your post has passed, and then use the phone numbers on the Contacts page.
What was new on the KPPSC site this week
Three items matter for people with open applications. On 30 September KPPSC published the written result for Civil Judges-cum-Judicial Magistrates and Alaqa Qazi (Advertisement 03/2026). The DMCs followed the same day. On 6 October it put up the psychological assessment schedule for the same post.
The schedule was posted as an image file, so we have not copied its dates here. Open it from the Important Alerts list. The PMS officer written exam e-letters, for Advertisement 01/2026, went up on 29 September.
If you are still looking for a job to apply for, our guide to applying for KPPSC jobs online covers the portal and the fee. Federal posts follow a different route, set out in how to check an FPSC result and merit list.
Fix the common problems when a search returns nothing
Most failed searches come from three mistakes: the wrong advertisement block, a CNIC typed with the wrong number of digits, or checking too early. Retype the 13 digits slowly, try the other blocks, and check the date on the notice before you worry.
- Type the CNIC exactly as printed on your card, all 13 digits.
- Look at the advertisement number and post serial. Sr. No 1 and Sr. No 2 can be different tests.
- If the result list does not show your post, the result has probably not been published.
- Try a different browser or turn off data saver mode on your phone.
The KPPSC contacts page lists the Commission's Peshawar landline numbers, including 091-9214131 and 091-9212897. Call in office hours and keep your CNIC and advertisement number ready. Be polite, since the dealing staff handle many posts at once.
If you still need a post to apply for, the steps for applying for government jobs online in Pakistan work across commissions.
Common questions
Do I need a login to check a KPPSC result?
No. The result, DMC and e-letter pages we opened search by NIC only. Applying for a post is separate and happens on the KPPSC apply portal.
Where do I find my KPPSC marks sheet?
On the DMCs page at kppsc.gov.pk/dmcs. Open the block for your advertisement, type your NIC in the Search DMC box and download the file.
How do I know if I am called for the interview?
Search your NIC under E-Letters, Interview Call up. The same page shows rejection letters, so you see either one. KPPSC also posts a monthly interview programme as a PDF.
What does "shall stand rejected" mean?
It is the heading of the letter page for candidates who did not meet the requirements. If your NIC shows a rejection letter, read it for the reason.
Is the result on social media pages reliable?
No. Only kppsc.gov.pk is the official source. Treat a result posted on any other page as unconfirmed until you see it on the Commission's own site.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 8 October 2026. We opened the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission website at kppsc.gov.pk and read its home page and Important Alerts list, the DMCs page, the Interview Call up page, the Interview Result and Nomination Letters pages, the Ability Test Results page and the Contacts page. The November 2026 interview programme and the Civil Judge psychological assessment schedule are image or scanned files that we could not read, so we describe only when they were posted. We did not run a search with any real CNIC. Dates and menu names may change, so confirm them at kppsc.gov.pk.
