Urgent processing costs an extra Rs 1,000 for a certificate and Rs 500 for a result card.
Losing a matric or intermediate certificate used to mean a trip to the board office in Gujranwala. The board's online form, which it promoted on its home page on 25 October 2026, removes that trip. Eight kinds of documents can be ordered on the BISE Gujranwala portal
The form lists eight document types: an Original Before Time Certificate (OBTC), a duplicate certificate, a duplicate result card, a revised result card or certificate after a change in particulars, a triplicate result card or certificate, and a quadruplicate certificate for a fourth copy.
It covers 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th class, for annual, supplementary and special exams, from 2026 back to 2000. There is also a "Before 2000" option, where you type the year and give extra record details by hand. The board area is six districts: Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Mandi Bahauddin, Narowal and Sialkot.

The urgent amounts come from the notices the form shows when you choose Urgent or Fast-Track for those document types. The base fee is not printed on the form. It is set when you generate the challan, so check the amount there before you pay.
Pay the challan first, then fill the form
The form starts with payment, not with your details. You generate a challan on the board's challan portal, pay it through EasyPaisa, JazzCash or the HBL app, then enter the paid challan number. The system checks the payment and fills your name and father's name from the challan.
That order matters. If the name on the challan is spelt wrongly, it carries into the form. Check the challan carefully before you pay, and keep the payment message.
- Generate a challan on the BISE Gujranwala challan portal for the document you need.
- Pay it through EasyPaisa, JazzCash or the HBL app.
- Open services.bisegrw.edu.pk/dashboard/performa and enter the paid challan number and security code.
- Choose the document type, class, session, year, roll number and Ordinary or Urgent.
- Upload your photo, B-Form or CNIC, father's CNIC, the result card and the consent video.
- Give your full postal address and submit. Note the application number.
Upload a photo, two CNICs and your result card
The board asks for a recent photo taken within six months on a blue or white background, your B-Form or CNIC, your father's CNIC, and the result card or certificate of the class you are applying for. A correction letter is needed only when your record has a spelling correction.
If the original is lost, the form tells you to download your result card from the board's website and attach that. So a lost certificate is not a dead end. Print the online result first, then apply.
The consent video must be 15 seconds or less
The board wants a short MP4 video of up to 15 seconds and 8 MB. In it you say your name, the kind of document you are applying for, that you are applying of your own free will, and the date of recording.
The form gives a suggested Urdu script. In English it reads: "My name is [your name]. I am applying of my own will for [type of document]. I am recording this video today, [date]." Record it in good light with your face clear, and keep it short. A phone video in portrait mode is fine as long as it is MP4 and under 8 MB.
Your document arrives by Pakistan Post with an RGL tracking code
After processing, the board sends the document to your postal address by Pakistan Post, with an RGL code for tracking. You can also track the application on the same portal with your application number or challan number.
The form warns that the address must be complete, with house or street, area and city. A city name alone is not enough, so add a landmark and a phone number the postman can reach. The board does not state a processing time on the form, only Ordinary and Urgent speeds.
If you need the duplicate for IBCC equivalence or attestation, the next step is in attesting matric and inter certificates from IBCC. The board's other 2026 charges, including the IBCC verification fee of Rs 4,100 a copy and rechecking at Rs 2,000, are in the revised board fees for Gujranwala.
