JazzCash and Easypaisa Charges in 2026: Every Fee and Limit
Check JazzCash and Easypaisa charges for July to September 2026: free wallet transfers, Rs 7 to Rs 690 cash withdrawal slabs, bank transfer fees and limits.

Sending money from one JazzCash wallet to another costs nothing, and the same is true inside Easypaisa. Cash is where the fees are. Taking Rs 10,000 out at a shop costs Rs 180 on either wallet, and sending it to a CNIC costs Rs 320. We read both wallets' own schedules of charges on 28 September 2026 to get these figures.
Both schedules run from 1 July to 30 September 2026. New quarterly schedules can start on 1 October, so check the fee on your confirm screen before you pay. The tables below are the JazzCash and Easypaisa charges in force today.
JazzCash and Easypaisa charges at a glance
Wallet to wallet transfers are free on both. Bank transfers are free up to Rs 25,000 a month, then 0.1% or Rs 200, whichever is lower. Agent cash withdrawals cost the same on both, from Rs 7 up to Rs 690. ATM withdrawals cost Rs 35.

| Transaction | JazzCash | Easypaisa |
|---|---|---|
| Wallet to wallet, same network | Free | Free |
| Send to a bank account | Free up to Rs 25,000 a month, then 0.1% or Rs 200 (lower), plus Rs 1.55 per transfer | Free up to Rs 25,000 a month, then 0.1% or Rs 200 (lower), plus a 1-Link fee from Rs 1.55 |
| Cash withdrawal at an agent | Rs 7 to Rs 690 by slab | Rs 7 to Rs 690 by slab |
| Cash withdrawal at an ATM | Rs 35 | Rs 35, free at Easypaisa Bank ATMs |
| Cash deposit at an agent | 0.5% plus tax | 0.5% plus tax |
| Electricity, gas and water bills | Rs 5 each for bills 1 to 3, Rs 20 for bills 4 to 9, Rs 30 from the 10th, per month | Free |
| Mobile load | Free | Free for the first 5 a month, then Rs 2 to Rs 10 |
| Raast QR and shop QR payments | Free for customers | Free |
| Platform fee | Rs 1 per app or USSD transaction | Rs 1 per USSD transaction |
The bill gap is the one most people miss. Pay five bills a month through JazzCash and you pay Rs 5 three times and Rs 20 twice, so Rs 55. Easypaisa lists the same bills as free. The Rs 1 platform fee on JazzCash also applies to each app transaction, so a "free" transfer is not quite zero.
Cash withdrawal charges from Rs 7 to Rs 690
An agent cash withdrawal costs the same on JazzCash and Easypaisa. The fee rises with the amount: Rs 20 on Rs 1,000, Rs 180 on Rs 10,000 and Rs 690 on Rs 50,000. Both wallets deduct the fee from your account, so the agent should not ask you for cash.

| Amount withdrawn | Fee, JazzCash and Easypaisa |
|---|---|
| Rs 1 to Rs 200 | Rs 7 |
| Rs 201 to Rs 500 | Rs 12 |
| Rs 501 to Rs 1,000 | Rs 20 |
| Rs 1,001 to Rs 2,500 | Rs 40 |
| Rs 2,501 to Rs 4,000 | Rs 70 |
| Rs 4,001 to Rs 6,000 | Rs 100 |
| Rs 6,001 to Rs 8,000 | Rs 130 |
| Rs 8,001 to Rs 10,000 | Rs 180 |
| Rs 10,001 to Rs 13,000 | Rs 230 |
| Rs 13,001 to Rs 16,000 | Rs 280 |
| Rs 16,001 to Rs 20,000 | Rs 330 |
| Rs 20,001 to Rs 25,000 | Rs 380 |
| Rs 25,001 to Rs 30,000 | Rs 470 |
| Rs 30,001 to Rs 40,000 | Rs 560 |
| Rs 40,001 to Rs 50,000 | Rs 690 |
Look at where the slabs break. Rs 10,000 costs Rs 180, but Rs 10,500 costs Rs 230. If you only need a little over a slab line, taking the smaller amount saves real money. An ATM is cheaper still for anything above Rs 2,500, at a flat Rs 35 with the wallet's debit card.
Easypaisa also says cash withdrawals at its own bank branches are free for digital accounts, and its own ATMs charge nothing.
Sending money to a CNIC or a bank costs extra
Sending to someone's CNIC, so they collect cash at a shop, costs Rs 55 for up to Rs 1,000 and rises to Rs 650 on JazzCash or Rs 600 on Easypaisa at Rs 25,000. Bank transfers are far cheaper: free for the first Rs 25,000 each month.

| Amount sent to a CNIC | JazzCash | Easypaisa |
|---|---|---|
| Up to Rs 1,000 | Rs 55 | Rs 55 |
| Rs 1,001 to Rs 2,500 | Rs 110 | Rs 110 |
| Rs 2,501 to Rs 4,000 | Rs 160 | Rs 160 |
| Rs 4,001 to Rs 6,000 | Rs 215 | Rs 215 |
| Rs 6,001 to Rs 8,000 | Rs 270 | Rs 270 |
| Rs 8,001 to Rs 10,000 | Rs 320 | Rs 320 |
| Rs 10,001 to Rs 13,000 | Rs 375 | Rs 375 |
| Rs 13,001 to Rs 16,000 | Rs 430 | Rs 430 up to Rs 15,000, then Rs 500 |
| Rs 16,001 to Rs 20,000 | Rs 500 | Rs 500 |
| Rs 20,001 to Rs 25,000 | Rs 650 | Rs 600 |
So sending Rs 10,000 to a CNIC costs Rs 320, while sending it to the same person's bank account or wallet is free if you are under the monthly Rs 25,000. If the person you are paying has any account at all, use it. People who have no wallet can still be paid without an app, as sending money on JazzCash without the app shows, but the CNIC fee applies.
On bank transfers above Rs 25,000 a month, both wallets charge 0.1% or Rs 200, whichever is lower. Rs 50,000 over the free amount costs Rs 50. Every bank transfer also carries a 1-Link fee. JazzCash lists Rs 1.55. Easypaisa lists Rs 1.55 below Rs 25,000, 0.02% between Rs 25,000 and Rs 200,000, and Rs 40 above Rs 200,000.
Raast payments are free on both wallets
JazzCash's schedule says payments made through Raast QR are free for customers. Easypaisa lists shop payments by till or QR code as free. Neither schedule has a separate line for sending money to a Raast ID, so check the fee on the confirm screen.
Raast is the State Bank of Pakistan's instant payment system. It links your mobile number to one account, called your Raast ID. The State Bank describes it as low cost or no cost for users. The steps to set one up are in how to use Raast in Pakistan.
We could not confirm whether a Raast transfer counts towards the Rs 25,000 free bank transfer limit. Neither schedule says. If you send large amounts to banks every month, try one small Raast transfer and see what the app charges.
Transaction limits depend on your account level
Your limit is set by your account level under State Bank rules, not by the wallet. The State Bank's 2019 branchless banking rules set a Level 1 account at Rs 50,000 a day and Rs 200,000 a month. Level 0 is lower. Upgraded accounts can go higher.
| Account level | Daily | Monthly | Yearly | Maximum balance |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Level 0 (basic, no biometric check) | Rs 25,000 | Rs 50,000 | Rs 200,000 | Rs 200,000 |
| Level 1 (biometric check with NADRA) | Rs 50,000 | Rs 200,000 | Not set in this table | Not set in this table |
These figures come from the regulations the State Bank issued in 2019, the latest full text we could read on its website. Limits count separately for money going out and money coming in. The Level 1 daily cap does not apply to salary from an employer or to payments to trusted merchants such as schools and hospitals.
A Level 0 account cannot send to a CNIC, cash in or cash out until you complete a biometric check. Both wallets now sell higher tiers too. JazzCash offers an Asaan Digital Account upgrade in the app and a Digital Account with proof of income, and Easypaisa charges Rs 99 for an in-app biometric check from Level 0 to Level 1. The limit your app shows is the one that applies to you. The steps are in increasing your JazzCash limits and raising your Easypaisa limit.
Non-filers and the 0.8% tax on cash withdrawals
FBR's rate card charges non-filers 0.8% when their cash withdrawals from a bank pass Rs 50,000 in one day. Filers pay nothing. The law names banking companies, and both wallets are run by banks, but neither wallet's schedule mentions this tax.

The rule is section 231AB of the Income Tax Ordinance. FBR's withholding tax rate card, updated to 30 June 2026, shows 0.8% for people not on the active taxpayers list and nothing for those on it. Tax on cash withdrawals for non-filers covers the full rule.
JazzCash is run by Mobilink Microfinance Bank and Easypaisa by Easypaisa Bank. The top cash withdrawal slab on both ends at Rs 50,000, so a single agent withdrawal will not usually cross the line. Two in one day could. Easypaisa's schedule also says all government taxes are recovered from the customer on top of its fees. We did not test a withdrawal above Rs 50,000, so we cannot say if either wallet deducts the 0.8% today. The simple fix is to become a filer. You can check your filer status first.
How to pay the lowest JazzCash and Easypaisa charges
Send wallet to wallet or to a bank account instead of a CNIC. Use an ATM for cash above Rs 2,500. Keep bank transfers under Rs 25,000 a month where you can. On JazzCash, pay bills early in the month.
- Ask the person you are paying for a wallet or bank account number. It turns a Rs 320 CNIC fee into zero.
- Withdraw cash at an ATM with the wallet's debit card for anything above Rs 2,500. It costs Rs 35 flat.
- At an agent, stay just under a slab line. Rs 10,000 costs Rs 180, Rs 10,001 costs Rs 230.
- Pay bills on Easypaisa, which lists them as free. On JazzCash, the first three bills each month cost Rs 5.
- Check the fee on the confirm screen. New schedules can start on 1 October.
