BISP Office Peshawar: Hayatabad Address and Phone, Plus Every Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Office

The main BISP office in Peshawar is at House No. D-12, Street 1, Sector D, Phase 1, Hayatabad, phone 091-9331791 or 091-5800138. Peshawar has five more BISP offices, for Town-I to Town-IV and FR Peshawar, and the rest of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has 91, from Swat and Mardan to Bannu, Kohat and DI Khan. Every address and listed number is below.

BISP's KP network is the biggest outside Sindh, and it now reaches the merged districts too: Khyber, Mohmand, Bajaur, Kurram, Orakzai and the two Waziristan districts. We read BISP's regional office list on 24 October 2026 and copied the KP rows without officers' names. The Hayatabad number, 091-9331791, is also the line BISP gives for its Director General in KP.

Peshawar has six BISP offices, led by the Hayatabad office

BISP lists six offices in Peshawar district. Hayatabad is the main one and has two numbers. Town-II and Town-IV have phones too. Town-I, Town-III and FR Peshawar have no number, so visit them or use the helpline 0800-26477.

FR Peshawar shares the Town-IV building opposite Roshan Kabab House in Badaber. Town-I is in Garhi Rajkol off Dalazak Road, and Town-III is near Achini Chowk on the Ring Road. Pick the town office for where you live.

Every BISP office in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa outside Peshawar

Outside Peshawar, BISP lists 91 offices in 33 districts. Two are zonal offices: North Zone on the main GT Road in Batkhela, Malakand, phone 0932-411028, and the DI Khan zonal office on Grid Road. Nineteen offices have no number.

Some numbers on BISP's page look incomplete, such as Hangu's 0925-62213, and a few share a line: Allai in Battagram and Palas and Pattan in Lower Kohistan all show 0998-405028. The Kurram offices give only a place name, such as Parachinar or Sada, with no street. In those districts ask locally for the BISP office.

Surveys, complaints and SIMs are handled at the tehsil office

BISP's Kafaalat page says a Benazir registration centre runs in every tehsil office, and that complaints go there or to 0800-26477. The office also gives out the free Benazir SIM and takes next of kin claims when a beneficiary dies.

• Survey. For a household that 8171 calls not eligible. No form is needed and nothing is charged.
• Complaint. Missing payment, wallet block, or a deduction by an agent.
• Benazir SIM. Free, from the designated BISP office only. In July 2026 BISP's chairperson visited Swat, Haripur, Abbottabad and Mansehra to explain the SIM and wallet to beneficiaries, BISP's press releases show.
• Next of kin. The deceased's CNIC, NADRA's cancellation certificate, a death certificate and family CNICs.
• Hunarmand. Skills training registration for one matric pass family member.

For remote valleys, the BISP mobile registration van can do the survey near home. BISP opened one in Mansehra in July 2026.

Bring the original CNIC and the phone BISP knows

The woman named in BISP's record should go in person with her original CNIC and the phone that gets BISP messages. BISP's chairperson said in August 2026 that no form is required for the survey.

1. Check your status on the 8171 web portal and note the reply.
2. Find your tehsil office by district in the tables.
3. Call it if a number is listed, or ask 0800-26477 if it is open.
4. Take the original CNIC and your own phone; for a death case, add the four sets of papers.
5. Leave with a token or complaint number.

No fee, no form, and your SIM stays with you

On 25 August 2026 BISP's chairperson said BISP charges no fee for any scheme, service or survey, the Benazir SIM is free, and women should never hand their phone or SIM to an agent.

Keep the SMS BISP sends when money is credited. If an agent takes a cut from your BISP payment, that message proves the full amount. Since June 2026 you can also go to an agent of another partner bank.

When an office cannot be reached, call 0800-26477

We did not call the numbers on BISP's list. The toll free helpline 0800-26477 takes complaints from anywhere in the province, and BISP's chairperson also hears cases live at the E-Katcheri.

KP's own welfare schemes are run by the provincial government, not BISP. That includes the KP Sehat Card Plus, the KP Sahara Card for widows and Zakat assistance in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, so take those to the relevant department.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

We read BISP's Regional Offices Contact Numbers page on 24 October 2026 and copied the KP Region rows as published, merging the two Hayatabad rows, adding missing leading zeros to the Swabi, Tank and Waziristan numbers and fixing spelling slips. We also read BISP's Kafaalat page, its press releases of July, August and September 2026, the September 2026 newsletter and the 8171 portal that day. The list carries no date or hours, and we did not call the numbers.
