BISE Lahore Private Inter Registration 2026: Rs 2,020 Before the Triple-Fee Date
First-time private Inter candidates in Lahore must register before the admission form. Fee Rs 2,020, or Rs 3,020 late. See who needs it and how to apply.

If you want to sit the Inter second annual exam 2026 as a private candidate with BISE Lahore for the first time, you must register before you can send an admission form. Registration costs Rs 2,020: a Rs 1,150 registration fee plus Rs 870 processing. It stays at that price until the last date with triple fee in the Inter second annual admission schedule. After that it costs Rs 3,020.
We read the board's notification and the registration portal on 9 October 2026. The Punjab Inter second annual exam begins on 3 November, so the cheaper window is short. Here is who needs this step, what it costs and how to do it without a mistake that blocks your admission form.
Registration costs Rs 2,020 before the triple-fee date
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore notification No. 702, dated 27 August 2026, opened online pre-registration for private candidates on 1 September 2026. It covers Intermediate Part I and II composite and Aloom-e-Sharqia (oriental learning) candidates for the second annual exam 2026.
| Stage | Fee | Window |
|---|---|---|
| Normal registration | Rs 1,150 registration + Rs 870 processing = Rs 2,020 | 1 September 2026 to the last date with triple fee in the Inter second annual admission schedule |
| Late registration | Rs 2,020 + Rs 1,000 late fee = Rs 3,020 | After that, until eight days before the exam starts |
| After the schedule | Not allowed | The notification says no private registration will be done |
BISE Lahore's own admission schedule for the Inter second annual 2026 was not on its notifications page when we checked. The Punjab boards follow a common schedule, and the Punjab Inter second annual exam schedule published by other boards puts the triple-fee window at 14 to 17 October 2026. If Lahore follows the same dates, Rs 2,020 applies until about 17 October. Confirm the exact date on the admission portal before you rely on it.
With the exam starting on 3 November, eight days before would be 26 October. That is our calculation, not a date printed in the notice.

Only first-time private candidates need to register
This step is for people who have never sat an 11th or 12th class exam and never enrolled with BISE Lahore for Intermediate. The registration portal says so on its first screen.
- You need to register if you passed matric, never joined a college through the board, and now want to sit Part I and Part II together as a private candidate.
- You do not need to register again if you already sat an Inter exam, or registered earlier and then did not sit. Use your existing enrolment number on the admission form.
- Students from O Level or another board must attach their no objection certificate (NOC), result card and other documents to the admission form, and choose the "Other Boards" option when registering online.
Failed a paper in the first annual exam? That is a different route. Sitting the HSSC second annual exam in Punjab after a failed paper uses your existing registration, not this one.
How to register as a private Inter candidate
The process has two parts: an online form, then a fee payment at a bank. Keep about 30 minutes and a clear photo ready before you start.
- Open the BISE Lahore website and choose "Registration (Private Candidate) for Intermediate (Second Annual) Examination, 2026".
- Log in with your B-Form number and date of birth exactly as on the NADRA B-Form.
- Fill in your details as they appear on your matric certificate and B-Form, and upload a photo with a white background.
- Print the completed form with its fee challan.
- Pay the fee at any HBL branch before the due date, and keep the candidate copy of the receipt safely.
- Find your registration number later by searching your form number on the BISE Lahore website.

The notification is strict about wrong details. Your name, father's name and date of birth must match your matric record and B-Form. It warns of legal action under board rules if data is entered wrongly, so check every field twice before printing.
Then submit the admission form separately
Registration only gets you a registration number. It does not enter you for the exam. You still need to submit the Inter second annual admission form for private candidates, with its own fee, by the admission schedule's dates.
The admission form needs that registration number. So register first, pay at HBL, wait for your number, and only then open the private admission portal. The admission fee is separate and rises in stages, single, double and then triple, so the order matters. Leaving registration to the last day can push your admission form into a higher fee.
Private candidates for matric follow yet another schedule. Matric 2027 private registration in Punjab opened separately and runs on its own dates.

Common questions
These answers come from BISE Lahore notification No. 702 of 27 August 2026 and its registration portal, as we read them on 9 October 2026.

Rs 2,020 before the triple-fee date, made of Rs 1,150 registration and Rs 870 processing. After that it is Rs 3,020 with a Rs 1,000 late fee.
Where do I pay the registration fee?
At any HBL branch, using the printed form from the online registration. The notification names HBL only.
I registered last year but did not sit. Do I register again?

Can I register after the exam has started?
No. Late registration closes eight days before the exam begins, and the notification says no registration is done after the schedule.
Who do I contact with a registration problem?
The registration branch of BISE Lahore, Room 110, according to the notification. Visit during office hours with your B-Form and fee receipt.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked on 9 October 2026 on the BISE Lahore notifications page: notification No. 702-Registration dated 27 August 2026 (in Urdu, listed as "Private Registration Schedule for Intermediate (11th-Class) Academic Session 2026-28"), and the private registration portal instructions. BISE Lahore's own Inter second annual 2026 admission schedule was not listed there on that day, so the triple-fee date above comes from the common Punjab schedule and should be confirmed on the admission portal.
