NWGH is a private hospital on Passport Office Road in Hayatabad. NWGH's website does not publish OPD hours. Ask for the consultant's clinic time when you book, rather than arriving early and waiting.

How to request an NWGH appointment online

Open "Request an Appointment" on nwgh.pk, fill in the patient's name, age, phone and email, name the consultant if you know one, and send. NWGH says its representative then contacts you to confirm the date and time.

1. Go to the NWGH appointment request page.
2. Type the patient's name, age and a phone number you will answer.
3. Add an email address. The form marks it as required.
4. Write the consultant's name, or the problem if you do not know which doctor you need.
5. Press Send and keep your phone close. The booking is not fixed until NWGH calls back.

NWGH lists more than 35 departments, from cardiology and nephrology to psychiatry and plastic surgery. The "Our Doctors" page filters consultants by department, which helps you pick the right name for the form.

Afghan patients often come to Hayatabad for treatment. NWGH says it runs an Afghan Desk staffed by Farsi and Dari speakers, and that its PR department helps families find guesthouses nearby during an admission.

NWGH lab reports open with your invoice number and access code

NWGH's online patient reporting page asks for two things printed on your receipt: the invoice number and the access code. Reports only appear once the hospital has prepared and approved them.

1. Open "Lab Reports" at the top of nwgh.pk. It goes to NWGH's online patient reporting page.
2. Enter the invoice number from the receipt.
3. Enter the access code from the same receipt.
4. Allow pop-ups in your browser. The page says reports open in a pop-up and need JavaScript.
5. Save or print the report for your doctor.

The page warns you not to share your invoice number and access code, so keep the receipt private. If the report will not load, call the NWGH helpline on 091-111-583-880.

NWGH runs four lab collection points in Peshawar

NWGH lists four lab collection points: opposite Hayatabad Medical Complex, at the KTH emergency gate, opposite the LRH emergency gate and in Dabgari Garden. The first three say they are open 24 hours with home delivery.

These points are useful if a doctor at a government hospital such as Khyber Teaching Hospital sends you for a test the hospital lab cannot do that day. The Dabgari Garden listing does not mention 24-hour opening, so call first at night.

NWGH home health services run Monday to Saturday, 9am to 10pm

NWGH's home service covers lab sampling, nursing, physiotherapy, and pharmacy with home vaccination. Book by calling or sending a WhatsApp message to 091-5838800. It runs Monday to Saturday, 9am to 10pm, inside Peshawar city only.

• You pay when the service is finished, through approved payment methods.
• Pharmacy orders under Rs 2,000 are not delivered.
• Cancel or move a booking at least 2 hours ahead.
• Emergencies are not covered. NWGH tells patients to come to the hospital instead.

The emergency department runs 24/7. NWGH says most emergency patients are admitted or sent home within 4 hours, with specialists on call around the clock.

NWGH's menu shows a Sehat Card page, but it returned "not found" when we checked, so confirm Sehat Card cover by phone before an admission.
