BISE Sargodha raised its fees from 1 July 2026. Registration for private school and HSSC institution students went from Rs 1,100 to Rs 1,500, the processing fee from Rs 630 to Rs 1,000, and the certificate fee from Rs 800 to Rs 1,000. Students of regular government schools still pay no registration or SSC admission fee.

A board fee change is easy to miss, because it appears as a notification on the board site and not in the news. We opened the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Sargodha website on 15 October 2026, found the notification on its notice ticker and read the fee table in it. Every amount below comes from that table.

BISE Sargodha approved the new fees on 29 June and applied them from 1 July

The Board approved the revised fees on 29 June 2026, agenda item 40, to apply from 1 July 2026. The notification is numbered 497/ASF and dated 30 June 2026. It went to schools, colleges and district education offices.

The board's area includes Sargodha, Khushab, Mianwali and Bhakkar, according to the officers named on the circular. The notification says the committee recommended the revised structure and the finance committee endorsed it. It calls the change an enhancement in the fee structure.

BISE Sargodha fee changes from 1 July 2026: registration Rs 1,100 to Rs 1,500, processing Rs 630 to Rs 1,000

Registration for private schools and HSSC institutions rose from Rs 1,100 to Rs 1,500

Registration for students of private regular affiliated schools and HSSC institutions is now Rs 1,500, up from Rs 1,100. Students of regular government schools at SSC level still pay zero, because the government has waived their registration and admission fees.

The jump is Rs 400, or about 36 per cent by our arithmetic. For a family with two children registering in the same year, that is Rs 800 more. Public school pupils are not affected, but check with your school if you are unsure which category you fall in.

SSC and HSSC admission fees rose by Rs 100 each

Admission fees went up by Rs 100 in every listed category. Regular private school SSC students now pay Rs 900 for science and Rs 850 for arts. Private SSC candidates pay Rs 950 and Rs 900. HSSC regular students pay Rs 1,050 and Rs 1,000.

HSSC, regular student, artsRs 900Rs 1,000
HSSC, private student, as listed under artsRs 950Rs 1,050

The table lists the last row as HSSC private students under arts, and we found no separate line for HSSC private science. If you are an HSSC private science candidate, ask the board which fee applies. For private registration steps in Punjab, see private matric registration for 2027.

The processing fee rose from Rs 630 to Rs 1,000

The processing fee for SSC and HSSC is now Rs 1,000, up from Rs 630. The certificate fee is Rs 1,000, up from Rs 800. Sports fees are Rs 300 for both SSC and HSSC, and the development fee is Rs 350.

The processing fee is the largest percentage rise on the list, about 59 per cent by our arithmetic. Sports fees were Rs 200 for SSC and Rs 230 for HSSC before, and the development fee was Rs 300. The notification does not explain how these other fees are combined on a challan, so match each line on yours with the table.

The urgent certificate fee tripled from Rs 1,000 to Rs 3,000

The before time urgent certificate fee is now Rs 3,000, up from Rs 1,000. The NOC fee rose from Rs 2,500 to Rs 3,000. The fee for missing practical data rose from Rs 1,000 to Rs 1,500.

The urgent certificate is the biggest rupee jump on the list, and it matters for students racing an admission or visa date abroad. An urgent certificate costs three times what it did. Plan the request early, and if you need the certificate for another country, the steps to attest matric and inter certificates through IBCC come after the board stage.

Check any Sargodha challan against the notification before paying

Match every line on your challan to the notification. A school or an agent that charges a fee not in the table should name the row. Pay only through the board's own challan, and keep the paid copy until your result card or certificate arrives.

  1. Open the BISE Sargodha website and find the revised fees notification.
  2. Find your category: government school, private affiliated school, or private student.
  3. Note the new fee for each line, and add them up.
  4. Compare the total with your challan, line by line.
  5. If a line is higher, ask your school or the board for the row number.
  6. Keep the paid challan until the service is complete.
