BISE Sargodha's online registration for class 11, session 2026-28, now runs with a Rs 600 late fee until 27 October 2026, after the normal fee window closed on 12 October. The total fee is Rs 3,330 per student plus the late fee. The board extended the schedule in letter No. 397/ASG dated 10 October 2026, following a Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen decision of 9 October that applies to all nine Punjab boards. We read the letter on bisesargodha.edu.pk on 19 October 2026.

Registration is done by the college, not the student, but the late fee is charged per student and colleges pass it on. If your college has not yet entered your data and paid the challan, this week is the time to ask, because the rules after 27 October get expensive.

The late fee window closes on 27 October 2026 for Sargodha colleges

Sargodha's revised schedule has two rows. Row one is registration without late fee from 21 August to 12 October 2026, with the bank challan also due by 12 October. Row two is registration with a late fee of Rs 600 per student from 13 October to 27 October 2026, with the challan due by 27 October.

Late registration13 October to 27 October 2026Rs 600 per student27 October 2026

The letter adds that if a last date falls on a Sunday or a public holiday, the next working day counts. 27 October 2026 is a Tuesday, so that clause does not help this time. The schedule is for regular students of affiliated government and private colleges and higher secondary schools in Sargodha, Khushab, Mianwali and Bhakkar.

BISE Sargodha class 11 registration 2026-28 normal and late fee windows

The fee is Rs 3,330 per student across five heads

Sargodha lists the registration fee at Rs 1,500, a processing fee of Rs 1,000, a sports fee of Rs 300, a board development fund contribution of Rs 350 and a scholarship fee of Rs 180. That adds to Rs 3,330, which is the figure the letter gives. A student registered in the late window pays Rs 3,930.

The Rs 1,500 registration and Rs 1,000 processing figures are the ones Sargodha raised from 1 July 2026, and the full fee list for certificates, rechecking and migration is in BISE Sargodha's revised fees from 1 July 2026. Other boards bundle the heads differently, so a Gujranwala or Lahore student should not expect the same total.

All nine Punjab boards moved their dates on the same PBCC decision

The Sargodha letter cites the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen notification of 9 October 2026, and the Lahore and Gujranwala boards issued near-identical schedules on 10 October: normal fee to 12 October, Rs 600 late fee to 27 October. The dates are therefore province-wide, even where a board has not posted its own letter.

Lahore's notification No. 717 and Gujranwala's letter No. 472 both carry the same two windows, as reported in BISE Lahore's class 11 registration extension and BISE Gujranwala's extension to 27 October. Rawalpindi's earlier notice is in the BISE Rawalpindi class 11 registration notice. Each board's fee total is its own.

After 27 October the fine rises daily and the exam form costs triple

Sargodha's letter does not spell out what happens after 27 October, but the Lahore notification issued on the same PBCC decision does. A college that misses both windows registers its students later at Rs 600 per student plus a fine of Rs 600 per day per batch, and the registration is only accepted along with the intermediate 2027 exam forms at triple the fee.

Lahore's notice also says no institution will be allowed to register after the dates in the schedule, and that the extension applies only to the dates; fee rules and other conditions stay as in the original schedule of 20 August. Expect Sargodha to apply the same PBCC terms, since both letters cite the same 9 October decision, but confirm with the board's registration branch if your college has already missed 27 October.

What a student should do this week

Ask your college whether your registration has been submitted and the challan paid. Check the spelling of your name, your father's name and your date of birth against your matric certificate before the college submits, because corrections after registration cost a separate fee and take weeks.

  1. Confirm with the college office that your name is in the online registration list for session 2026-28.
  2. Give the college a clear copy of your matric result card and B-Form or CNIC if it has not got one.
  3. Check that the subject group entered matches what you are studying, since changes later need a separate application.
  4. Ask for the registration number once the board issues it, and keep it with your documents.
  5. If the college says it will register "later", point out that after 27 October the fee triples with the exam form.

Private candidates are not covered by this letter. They register under the private candidate schedule for intermediate 2026-28, which Lahore has published separately and other boards follow.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

Last checked 19 October 2026. We read BISE Sargodha's letter No. 397/ASG dated 10 October 2026, titled extension of the online registration schedule for class 11 session 2026-28, a scanned Urdu PDF linked from the press notes page on bisesargodha.edu.pk. It gives the two windows, the Rs 600 late fee, the five fee heads totalling Rs 3,330 and the holiday clause, and cites the PBCC notification of 9 October 2026 and the board's own letter 2564/ASG of 20 August 2026. The post-27 October penalties come from BISE Lahore's notification No. 717 of 10 October 2026, which we read on data.biselahore.com, not from the Sargodha letter. We did not read the PBCC notification itself.
