The first Kissan Card lucky draw for Phase 4 loan repayers was held on 22 October 2026, and its winners list of 215 farmers is on the Punjab Agriculture Department's website: 5 tractors, 80 motorcycles and 130 smartphones. You check it by opening the list and searching for your CNIC number. Below is how to search it, the earlier Phase 3 list of 140 winners, and what to do if you paid your bill but are not on either list.
The draw rewards farmers who repay the interest-free Kissan Card loan on time. We downloaded both lists from agripunjab.gov.pk on 31 October 2026 and counted the prizes ourselves. We do not reproduce names, CNICs or phone numbers here, for the winners' safety.
The 22 October draw picked 215 winners: 5 tractors, 80 bikes and 130 phones
The list titled "Ballot Winners, First Luck Draw" carries the ballot key KC4001 and the date 22 October 2026. It names 215 winners. Five won tractors, 80 won motorcycles and 130 won smartphones, according to our count of the list.
Each row shows the winner's CNIC, Kissan Card account number, mobile number, name and prize. The account number starts with the letter C followed by a long string of zeros and digits. Because the list shows the mobile number in full, never share a screenshot of it on WhatsApp groups.

Search the winners list with your CNIC in under a minute
Open the Agriculture Department website, download the winners PDF, then use your phone's or computer's find tool to search your 13-digit CNIC without dashes. If the CNIC is not found, search the last part of your Kissan Card account number or your surname.
- Go to agripunjab.gov.pk on your phone or computer.
- On the home page, tap "Kissan Card Balloting Result" for the 22 October draw. For the Phase 3 list, open the "Chief Minister's Punjab Kissan Card" page.
- Let the PDF open fully. On a phone, open it in a PDF reader or Google Drive, not just the browser preview.
- Use Find (Ctrl+F on a computer, the search icon in a phone PDF reader) and type your CNIC with no dashes, for example 3520112345678.
- If nothing shows, try the last six digits of your Kissan Card account number, then your surname in capital letters.
- If you find your name, note the prize and wait for the department's call. Do not pay anyone to "release" the prize.
Some rows in the 22 October list wrap onto two lines, so the CNIC and the name can sit on different lines. Searching by CNIC is the most reliable.
Only farmers who repay the Phase 4 bill on time enter the draw
The draw is a reward for repayment, not a lottery for every card holder. The department's press release of 20 October 2026 asked farmers to pay the Phase 4 Kissan Card bill by 30 October 2026 to enter a transparent draw for tractors, mobile phones and motorcycles.
The same release says that once the bill is paid, the next interest-free farm loan is credited to the Kissan Card within 48 hours. You can pay at any Bank of Punjab branch, by interbank transfer or through Raast ID.
An earlier release, dated 9 October, had given 26 October as the date to pay. The 20 October release moved it to 30 October. Our earlier report on the Kissan Card bill due date was written before that change. The list we read is called the "First" luck draw, which suggests more draws will follow, but the department has not published dates for them.
Not on the list but paid on time? Keep your receipt and call 0800-17000
Most repayers will not win, since 215 prizes were drawn. If you paid on time, your real benefit is the next loan, which should reach your card within 48 hours. If it does not, call the agriculture helpline 0800-17000, open from 8 am to 8 pm daily.
- Keep your Bank of Punjab deposit slip, transfer receipt or Raast confirmation.
- Check that the name and CNIC on your Kissan Card match your NADRA record.
- If the next loan has not arrived after 48 hours, report it on 0800-17000 with your CNIC and payment receipt.
- Buy inputs only from registered Kissan Card dealers, because unregistered shops cannot take the card.
Winners will be contacted by the department, and nobody should pay a fee
The lists do not explain how prizes are handed over. Expect a call or message from the Agriculture Department or Bank of Punjab. A real official will never ask you to pay a "tax", "delivery charge" or "registration fee" to receive a tractor, bike or phone.
Fraudsters copy these lists because they contain mobile numbers. If someone calls saying you have won and asks for money, a PIN or an OTP, hang up and call 0800-17000 yourself. We could not find the date of the Phase 3 draw, the handover process for prizes, or the dates of any further draws, and the department has not published them.
