BISP Office Hyderabad, Sukkur and Larkana: Addresses and Phones, Plus All Interior Sindh

BISP's Hyderabad City office is at A-23, behind Bahria College, Gulistan-e-Sajjad, phone 022-2117113, and the Sukkur zonal office is at House No. C-61, Millat Cooperative Housing Society, Main 100 Feet Road, phone 071-5815213. Larkana's district office is at Bungalow B-55, Satellite Town, Airport Road, with no number listed. The full list for the rest of Sindh, 107 offices in 23 districts outside Karachi, is below.

Interior Sindh has the widest spread of BISP offices in the country, and the thinnest phone list. Of the 107 offices outside Karachi, only 30 have a number on BISP's page. We read that page on 24 October 2026 and copied every row except officers' names, so you can at least find the building before you set out.

Hyderabad, Sukkur and Larkana have 13 BISP offices between them

Hyderabad has four BISP offices, Sukkur five and Larkana four. Hyderabad City, Latifabad, New Sukkur and Old Sukkur have phone numbers. None of Larkana's four offices has a number on BISP's list, so plan to visit.

Hyderabad City and Qasimabad share one building behind Bahria College. In Sukkur, BISP labels the New Sukkur office a zonal office; Old Sukkur, Rohri, Salehpat and Panoaqil are tehsil offices.

Every other BISP office in Sindh, district by district

Outside Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur and Larkana, BISP lists 94 offices in 20 districts, from Badin and Thatta on the coast to Kandhkot, Jacobabad and Ghotki in the north. Most have no number, so the address column matters most.

Many rural offices sit inside other government buildings: a mukhtiarkar office in Mithi and Chachro, a polytechnic or monotechnic college in Golarchi, Tando Adam and Warah, a dispensary in Dhali, a town committee office in Sobho Dero and Bulri Shah Karim. In such places ask for the BISP room. Shaheed Benazirabad is the one district where all four offices have numbers.

What you can sort out at a BISP office in Sindh

BISP says a Benazir registration centre runs in every tehsil office, and that complaints go there or to 0800-26477. The offices also hand over the free Benazir SIM and accept next of kin papers after a beneficiary dies.

• Survey. If 8171 says not eligible and your household's situation has worsened, the survey at the tehsil office is the route back in. No form, no fee.
• Complaint. Missing payment, wallet trouble or an agent's deduction.
• Benazir SIM. Free, and only from a designated BISP office.
• Next of kin. Bring the deceased's CNIC, NADRA's cancellation certificate, the death certificate and family CNICs.

Sindh also runs its own schemes, which BISP offices do not handle. The Benazir Hari Card status check belongs to a Sindh government scheme, and flood house grants are checked on the SPHF beneficiary platform.

Go with the original CNIC, the registered phone and the 8171 reply

Because most Sindh offices cannot be phoned, a wasted trip is the real risk. Take everything at once: the woman's original CNIC, the phone that gets BISP messages, and the exact 8171 reply.

1. Check your record on the 8171 web portal and note the reply.
2. Find your tehsil office by district and town in the tables.
3. If there is no number, call 0800-26477 and ask whether the office is open that week.
4. Take the original CNIC and your own phone, and for a death case the four sets of papers.
5. Ask for a token or complaint number and keep it safe.

BISP charges no fee, and your SIM stays in your hand

BISP's chairperson said on 25 August 2026 that the Benazir SIM is free, no form is needed for the survey and no fee is charged for any scheme or service. Never give your phone or SIM to an agent.

Keep the SMS that BISP sends when money is credited. It is your proof if an agent cuts your BISP payment, and since June 2026 you can go to an agent of any other partner bank instead.

Use the helpline for the 77 offices with no phone

The toll free BISP helpline, 0800-26477, is the practical way to reach most of interior Sindh's offices. We did not call any of the listed numbers ourselves.

If money is stuck with an agent, any of BISP's six partner institutions can pay it out. For an unresolved complaint, BISP's chairperson also takes cases live at the BISP E-Katcheri.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

We read BISP's Regional Offices Contact Numbers page on 24 October 2026 and copied the Sindh rows outside Karachi as published, fixing small spelling slips in district names. We also read BISP's Kafaalat page, press releases of 18 June, 30 June and 25 August 2026, the September 2026 newsletter and the 8171 portal the same day. BISP's list carries no date and no hours, and we did not call the numbers, so confirm with the helpline before a long journey.
