Ayub Teaching Hospital (ATH) Abbottabad puts pathology lab reports online at reports.ath.gov.pk, where you sign in with the invoice number and access code on your receipt. For appointments and information, call 0992-9311155 or 0992-9311154; evening private clinics are booked on the hospital's IBP page. Below are every ATH number, the report rules, the evening clinic hours (the website gives two versions), and what the emergency department provides.

ATH is run by the Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Ayub Teaching Hospital on Main Mansehra Road, Mandian, Abbottabad. It serves Abbottabad and the wider Hazara Division. We read the hospital's home, contact, emergency, blood bank, clinical, IBP and online report pages on 31 October 2026.

Ayub Teaching Hospital phone numbers and address

ATH's contact page lists two numbers, 0992-9311155 and 0992-9311154, and the address Ayub Medical Complex, Main Mansehra Road, Mandian, Abbottabad. The emergency section of the home page gives 0992-9311155 as its phone. The report portal lists a different contact number.

One number does not fit. The report portal's help line, 091-9211430, carries Peshawar's 091 area code, not Abbottabad's 0992. It may belong to the software supplier or another hospital. Try the 0992 numbers first.

Download ATH lab reports with your invoice number and access code

ATH's online report portal shows pathology reports only. You sign in with the invoice number and the access code printed on your receipt. Reports stay viewable for up to six months from the invoice date. Support staff will not email them, so download and print your own copy.

1. Keep the lab receipt; the invoice number and access code are printed on it.
2. Open reports.ath.gov.pk from the Online Lab Reports link on ath.gov.pk.
3. Type the invoice number and access code exactly as printed.
4. Open the report, then download or print it.
5. For ECG, echo, X-ray, ultrasound, MRI or CT reports, collect them at the hospital.

The portal opens over a plain http address, and its own note says a firewall at an office or university may block it. If it will not load, try mobile data. The same invoice-and-code system is used by other KP teaching hospitals, such as the Peshawar Institute of Cardiology report portal.

Evening private clinics: two sets of hours on the website

ATH runs Institutional Based Private Practice (IBPP), paid evening clinics with its own consultants inside the hospital. Its IBPP home page gives Monday to Friday, 4pm to 7pm, closed on weekends. The appointment page says Monday to Saturday, 2pm to 7pm.

We cannot tell which is current, so we show both. Call 0992-9311155 before you travel, especially on a Saturday. The appointment form lets you choose a doctor and a time slot, and says the hospital will confirm within two hours.

The IBPP pages list specialties from cardiology and neurology to psychiatry, urology and plastic surgery. Parts of those pages still carry placeholder text from a website template, including a sample fee and sample dates, so we have not quoted any fee from them. Ask the fee when you book. Faculty at ATH must see private patients only inside the hospital, as the Ayub Medical College faculty jobs advert set out.

The emergency department gives free medicines and tests round the clock

ATH's home page says its Accident and Emergency department provides all medical facilities, including free medicines and free investigations, round the clock, with specialised care. Patients are seen in order of urgency, not arrival, so waits vary.

The emergency page asks attendants to tell staff about symptoms, existing illnesses, current medicines, allergies and any treatment given before arrival. Bring the patient's CNIC and any old reports. The hospital's blood bank supplies blood and components for transfusion, including emergency transfusions, with grouping and compatibility testing.

ATH is one of the largest hospitals in northern Pakistan

ATH's clinical page calls it a 1,500-bed tertiary care teaching hospital and the largest health facility in northern Pakistan. It started in 1995 and reached 1,000 beds in 1998. The IBPP pages give 1,460 beds, 167 specialist doctors and 42 wards.
