AJK Board 11th Class Registration 2026-28: Rs 2,935 Until 27 October, Then Rs 4,670
AJK board 11th class registration 2026-28 costs Rs 2,935 until 27 October, then Rs 4,670 and Rs 6,405. See Medical Technology fees and the 9th class relief.

Short answer: AJK board's 11th class registration for session 2026-28 costs Rs 2,935 a student until 27 October 2026. It rises to Rs 4,670 from 28 October to 5 November, and Rs 6,405 from 6 to 16 November. Medical Technology Part I costs Rs 5,875 at the first stage.
The AJK Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Mirpur, extended the schedule on 12 October 2026. It said students and colleges faced problems because of the recent situation in Azad Kashmir. The same day it allowed 9th class registration at single fee for schools in three districts that had been closed. We read both press releases and set out the dates and fees below.
Registration costs Rs 2,935 until 27 October 2026
For Intermediate Part I, the first stage fee is Rs 2,935 a student until 27 October 2026. The second stage is Rs 4,670, from 28 October to 5 November. The third and last stage is Rs 6,405, from 6 to 16 November 2026.
Registration means entering the student's details online and paying the fee at the bank. After that, the college sends the hard copy of the registration return, with the paid challan, to the board. Each stage has its own hard copy date.

| Intermediate Part I stage | Fee a student | Online data and bank fee | Hard copy with challan reaches board by |
|---|---|---|---|
| First stage | Rs 2,935 | Until 27 October 2026 | 3 November 2026 |
| Second stage | Rs 4,670 | 28 October to 5 November 2026 | 12 November 2026 |
| Third stage | Rs 6,405 | 6 to 16 November 2026 | 23 November 2026 |
The jump is steep. Missing 27 October costs Rs 1,735 more for each student. Missing 5 November costs Rs 3,470 more than the first stage. A college with 100 first-year students would pay Rs 173,500 extra at the second stage.
Medical Technology Part I costs Rs 5,875 at the first stage
Medical Technology is a separate stream at intermediate level, taught in colleges of medical technology. Its Part I registration is Rs 5,875 until 27 October, Rs 10,550 from 28 October to 5 November, and Rs 15,225 from 6 to 16 November 2026.

| Medical Technology Part I stage | Fee a student | Dates | Hard copy by |
|---|---|---|---|
| First stage | Rs 5,875 | Until 27 October 2026 | 3 November 2026 |
| Second stage | Rs 10,550 | 28 October to 5 November 2026 | 12 November 2026 |
| Third stage | Rs 15,225 | 6 to 16 November 2026 | 23 November 2026 |
Here the late stages hurt more. The third stage is Rs 9,350 above the first. The dates are the same as for ordinary Intermediate Part I.
The board says there will be no further extension
The press release of 12 October 2026 tells heads of colleges to deposit fees on schedule and send the registration return on time. It says no further extension of the schedule is possible. Treat 16 November as the real end of 11th class registration.
The release is addressed to higher secondary schools, intermediate and degree colleges and colleges of medical technology. Students do not register themselves. If you are in first year, ask your college office whether your registration has gone in and on which stage. Ask for a copy of the challan if the college charges you the fee.
9th class registration stays at single fee in Poonch, Sudhnoti and Bagh
In a second release the same day, the board said schools in Poonch, Sudhnoti and Bagh districts were closed because of the recent situation, so they could not register 9th class students for 2026-28. It allowed these schools to register at single fee until further orders.
Heads of schools in these three districts must call the board helpline, 05827-960070, while feeding the registration online, to finish it at single fee. This relief is for those districts only. Schools elsewhere in AJK follow the normal 9th class schedule.
The board did not explain the situation further in either release, and we have not described it beyond its own words.
How a college completes 11th class registration
The college enters each student's data online, pays the fee for the stage, then sends the hard copy return and challan to the board. Doing all three before 27 October keeps the fee at Rs 2,935.
- Collect each student's matric details, B-Form or CNIC number and photo.
- Enter the data on the AJK board's online registration system.
- Pay the challan at the bank by 27 October 2026 for the first-stage fee.
- Print the registration return and attach the paid challan.
- Make sure the hard copy reaches the board in Mirpur by 3 November 2026.

Check every name and date of birth against the B-Form before you submit. The federal board, for comparison, now checks names and dates of birth against NADRA for this reason. If your child is changing to Islamabad's board instead, the FBISE 11th class registration has its own dates.
Students who need to resit a paper this year follow a different schedule, the AJK inter second annual admission.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 20 October 2026. We read two Urdu press releases of 12 October 2026 from the AJK board's registration branch: No. 3187-95 on Intermediate Part I and Medical Technology Part I registration, and No. 3196-3206 on 9th class registration in Poonch, Sudhnoti and Bagh. Both are on the AJK board notifications page. The extra cost for late stages and the 100 student example are our own arithmetic. We could not confirm the normal 9th class registration fee or what the board means by the recent situation, since neither release says.
