Passport Office Hyderabad, Sukkur and Larkana: All 24 Sindh Offices Outside Karachi
Every passport office in Sindh outside Karachi from the DGI&P list: Hyderabad runs an evening shift, plus Sukkur, Larkana, Nawabshah and 20 district offices.

The passport office in Hyderabad is at Plot S-3, SITE Area, Passport Office Road (0223-883864) and runs morning and evening shifts; Sukkur's is at C-628 Mules Road near the Local Board (071-5625453), and Larkana's is on Central Jail Road in the SITE Area (074-4058013-4). Sindh has 24 passport offices and counters outside Karachi on the official list, and the table below gives every address, from Mithi to Kashmore.
By our count, each of the 23 districts of Sindh outside Karachi has an office on the list, which saves a trip to Karachi or Hyderabad. We read the passport office list of the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports (DGI&P) and its ordinary passport page on 28 October 2026. The list was last modified on 20 July 2026.
Hyderabad, Sukkur and Larkana are the three offices with phone numbers
Only Hyderabad, Sukkur and Larkana carry a phone number among the 24 offices and counters in interior Sindh. Hyderabad is also the only one with an evening shift. Every other office keeps normal hours of 8 am to 4 pm on weekdays.

|---|---|---|
| Hyderabad | Plot S-3, Sindh Industrial Trading Estate Area, Passport Office Road | 0223-883864 |

The Hyderabad morning shift runs 8:00 to 16:00 and the evening shift 16:00 to 24:00 hours, according to DGI&P's shift table. That helps people from Jamshoro, Matiari and Tando Allahyar who work during the day.

Every other interior Sindh office, district by district
DGI&P lists 20 more passport offices in interior Sindh, one in almost every district, and a NADRA counter in Umerkot. None of these lists a phone number, so the address is all you have before you travel.

Hyderabad and Sukkur are on the fast track list
DGI&P's list of 47 fast track cities includes Hyderabad and Sukkur, besides Karachi. Larkana, Mirpurkhas and Shaheed Benazirabad are not on it. Since the e-Passport replaced the ordinary passport, ask at the counter whether fast track is still offered.
The national list is in fast track passport cities. Normal offices work 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, with a break from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm, and close on public holidays. The national hours are compared in passport office timings.
Passport Rule 6 of 2021 lets you apply at any office, whatever address your CNIC shows. A Kashmore family working in Sukkur can apply in Sukkur. The rule is explained in applying at any passport office.
Bring your CNIC, old passport and the e-Passport fee
An adult needs the original CNIC with a photocopy, any old passport, and a department NOC for government staff. The e-Passport costs Rs 9,000 normal or Rs 15,000 urgent for 36 pages and five years, at every Sindh office.
- Pick your district office from the tables.
- Use Hyderabad if you can only come after 4 pm.
- Carry your original CNIC, a photocopy and your old passport.
- For a child, bring Form B or the Family Registration Certificate and both parents' CNICs.
- Get a token, give your photo and fingerprints, and watch for SMS from 9988.
Ten year books cost Rs 13,500 normal for 36 pages and Rs 24,750 for 72 pages; see the full official passport fees. DGI&P says courier time to remote areas is extra, which matters in Tharparkar and Kashmore. If an office does not answer, call DGI&P on 051-111-344-777, staffed 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on working days, or file a passport complaint.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked on 28 October 2026. Addresses and phone numbers come from DGI&P's passport office list (last modified 20 July 2026), which shows 32 Sindh offices and 4 NADRA counters; this page covers the 24 outside Karachi. Shift times, normal hours, Rule 6 and e-Passport fees come from DGI&P's ordinary passport page (last modified 23 October 2026), and fast track cities from its fast track page. We did not visit or call any office, and could not confirm phone numbers for the other 21 offices or whether fast track still runs for the e-Passport.
