How to Check Remaining Jazz MBs, Minutes and SMS
Check remaining Jazz MBs, minutes and SMS free on SIMOSA or Jazz WhatsApp, or with your bundle's own status code. Codes read on jazz.com.pk.

The free way to see your remaining Jazz MBs, minutes and SMS is the SIMOSA app or Jazz WhatsApp. Send "Hi" to 0300-3008000 from your Jazz number, choose Account Details, then Package-Incentives. By dial code, each bundle has its own status code, such as *737*2# for Weekly Freedom. Jazz charges Rs 0.06 for a status check on the bundles where it states a fee.
We read Jazz's own FAQ page, its self-service dial code list and the pages for its current bundles on 22 September 2026. Every code and charge below comes from Jazz itself. We have no Jazz SIM, so we did not dial any of them.
Every way Jazz lists to check your remaining resources

| *444*6*2# | The active package on a prepaid number | Free |
| Your bundle's status code | Remaining MBs and validity of that bundle | Rs 0.06 on the bundle pages that state it |
| *7050# | Usage details for the last 3 days | Not stated |
| *111# | Prepaid balance in rupees | Rs 0.24 |
| *2222# or *777# (postpaid) | Remaining bundle incentives | Not stated |
SIMOSA is the app that used to be called Jazz World. It is the same app under a new name. Its Google Play listing still uses the Jazz World package, and the App Store lists it as "SIMOSA, Jazz World App".
How to check with the SIMOSA app
- Install SIMOSA from Google Play or the App Store. Jazz links to it from care.jazz.com.pk/SIMOSAApp.
- Sign in with your Jazz number.
- Open the home page. Jazz says the activated package and your balance show at the top, on what it calls the Dynamic Dashboard.
- For deductions, open "View history". Jazz sends a 4-digit PIN by SMS before it shows the last 7 days.
The app needs internet. If your data has run out, use Wi-Fi or one of the offline routes below.
How to check on Jazz WhatsApp
Jazz's FAQ gives the self-service number as 0300-3008000, and the WhatsApp button on jazz.com.pk opens a chat with the same number. Jazz says the service is free.
- Save 0300-3008000 in your contacts.
- Open WhatsApp on the phone that has your Jazz SIM, and send "Hi" to that contact.
- Choose Account Details from the menu.
- Choose Package-Incentives to see your bundle, or Balance and Usage Details to see your balance.
How to check by dial code, with no internet
Jazz does not publish one code that shows every bundle. Each bundle page gives its own status code. These are the ones Jazz listed on 22 September 2026:
| Bundle | Subscribe code | Status code |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly Freedom | *737# | *737*2# |
| Weekly Super Plus | *505# | *505*2# |
| Weekly Super Max | *506# | *506*2# |
| Weekly WhatsApp Bundle | *101*1*07# | *101*2*07# |
| Make Your Own Bundle | *303# | *303*1# daily, *303*7# weekly, *303*30# monthly |
The Weekly WhatsApp Bundle page says the status code shows "remaining MBs and validity" and costs Rs 0.06. The Monthly Freedom page, at *733#, gives no status code at all. For a bundle like that, use SIMOSA, WhatsApp or *444*6*2#.
If you do not know which bundle you have, dial *444*6*2# first. Jazz lists it as free, for checking the active package on a prepaid number.
How to confirm the reading is right
Check the same bundle two ways, for example on WhatsApp and by its status code. The two should agree. Also check the expiry. Jazz says a monthly offer lasts the day you subscribe plus 29 days, and a weekly one the day plus 6 days. Either ends at midnight on its last day.
Remember that your rupee balance and your bundle are separate. *111# shows rupees, not MBs.
When the MBs seem to disappear
Jazz's own terms explain most of these cases.
- Several apps were open at once. Jazz says its system reserves part of your MBs each time an app or website opens. Many at once can reserve the whole bundle, and the phone starts charging the base rate.
- The bundle ran out before its expiry. Jazz then charges an overage. It is Rs 2.25 per MB on Weekly Freedom, Monthly Freedom and the Weekly WhatsApp Bundle.
- No bundle is active. The base rate is Rs 5 per MB, charged in 512 KB steps.
- The bundle only covers some apps. A WhatsApp or social bundle does not cover a browser or other apps unless the bundle page says so.
- A service is taking money. Dial *6611# to see your active value added services. That is what 6611 is for, not remaining MBs.
To stop data charges once a bundle ends, PTA lists Jazz's free balance save code as *275#. To stop a package or service that keeps renewing, unsubscribe from it.
A safety warning
SIMOSA sends a PIN by SMS before it shows your usage history. Never read a code like that out to anyone who calls you, even if they say they are from Jazz. Jazz's WhatsApp number is 0300-3008000, as its own FAQ shows. A chat from any other number that says it is "Jazz" should be treated as a fraud attempt.
If the reading is wrong, complain to Jazz
Jazz asks customers to raise package, bundle and wrong deduction problems through SIMOSA, under Support, then Submit a complaint. You get a complaint ID by SMS. You can also call 111 from a Jazz prepaid number, or 0 111 300 300 from any network. Jazz says a complaint about a service started without your consent must be made within 60 days. If Jazz does not fix it, take it to PTA.
