BISP Office Karachi: Address and Phone for All 31 Offices in 7 Districts

The best known BISP office in Karachi is the Saddar office near Government Technical High School, Jacob Lines, phone 021-99332915, the same number BISP lists for its Director General in Sindh. Karachi has 31 BISP offices across seven districts, from Orangi and Baldia to Korangi, Malir and Gulshan, and every address is in the table below. About half have no phone number on BISP's list, so the table also shows which ones you will have to visit.

Karachi's BISP offices are unusual. Many sit inside union council buildings, KMC offices, a dispensary or a community hall rather than a stand-alone office. That makes them hard to find on a map. We read BISP's own office list on 24 October 2026 and copied the Karachi rows exactly, without officers' names.

Karachi has 31 BISP offices in seven districts

BISP lists offices in Karachi Central, East, South and West, Kemari, Korangi and Malir. Go to the office for your town or union council. Sixteen of the 31 have a phone number; the other 15 must be visited or reached through the helpline 0800-26477.

Some offices share a building. Nazimabad and North Nazimabad both use UC-45, Hadi Market. Others are inside bigger buildings, such as the KMC head office annexe for Arambagh and KMC Gizri Hospital for Civil Lines. Ask the guard for the BISP room.

Find your Karachi office by town, then confirm by phone

Match your town to the office column, not only your district. Malir alone has six offices, from Murad Memon Goth to Gadap and Ibrahim Hyderi. If your office has a number, call it before you go; if not, ask the helpline which office serves your union council.

A few quick pointers from the list. People in Liaquatabad, New Karachi and Gulberg have offices with phones. Ferozabad, Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Jamshed Quarter in Karachi East have none. In Korangi, three of four offices have numbers. In Kemari, the Site office is in three rooms at the Manghopir Maternity Home, and Baldia is at Union Committee 37, Gulshan-e-Mazdoor.

A Karachi BISP office handles surveys, complaints and the Benazir SIM

BISP says every tehsil office houses a Benazir registration centre and takes complaints. In 2026 the offices also became the only place to collect the free Benazir SIM for the new digital wallet, BISP said. No office pays out cash.

• Survey or re-survey, if 8171 says your household is not eligible. There is no form and no fee.
• Complaints about missing money, an agent's deduction or a wallet problem.
• The Benazir SIM, free and only from a designated BISP office, never from a shop.
• Next of kin claims after a beneficiary's death, with her CNIC, NADRA's cancellation certificate, a death certificate and family CNICs.
• Hunarmand registration for skills training, for one family member with at least matric.

The Sindh government's own schemes are a different matter. The Sindh Mamta programme for pregnant women and Sindh Zakat guzara allowance are run by provincial bodies, so do not take those to a BISP office.

Take the original CNIC and your registered phone

BISP needs the woman named on the record, her original CNIC and the phone that gets BISP messages. Nothing else is needed for a survey: BISP's chairperson said in August 2026 that no form is required.

1. Check your status on the 8171 web portal with your CNIC and keep the reply.
2. Find your office in the table above by town.
3. Call ahead if a number is listed; otherwise ask 0800-26477 whether the office is open.
4. Go with the original CNIC and your phone, not a photocopy or a relative's phone.
5. Get a token or complaint number before you leave.

Pay nobody and hand your SIM to nobody

BISP charges no fee for any scheme, service or survey, its chairperson said on 25 August 2026. The Benazir SIM is free. Women were told never to give their phone or SIM to an agent and to report any deduction.

Crowded union council offices attract touts who promise a quicker survey for money. There is no such shortcut. Keep the credit SMS on your phone, because it shows the full amount if an agent takes a cut from your BISP payment. Since June 2026 any partner bank's agent can pay you, so you can simply walk to another one.

When the office has no number, call the helpline

Fifteen Karachi offices have no phone on BISP's list, and we did not test the others. The toll free helpline 0800-26477 takes complaints and can tell you which office covers your area.
