Türkiye Visa for Pakistanis: $66 e-Visa or Rs 52,200 Sticker Visa
Pakistanis with a valid Schengen, US, UK or Irish visa get a 30-day Türkiye e-Visa for $66. Others pay from Rs 52,200 for a sticker visa. Fees and documents.
Pakistanis with an ordinary passport need a visa for Türkiye. If you hold a valid Schengen, US, UK or Irish visa or residence permit, you can get a 30-day single entry e-Visa online at evisa.gov.tr for $66. Everyone else applies for a sticker visa through Anatolia Travel Services, from Rs 52,200.
We ran the e-Visa portal's eligibility check for an ordinary Pakistani passport on 29 September 2026. We also read the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs visa page, the Turkish Embassy in Islamabad's notes and its February 2026 fee table, and the visa centre's tourism checklist. We did not pay for an application.
Pakistanis can get the Türkiye e-Visa only with a supporting visa
The e-Visa is open to Pakistani ordinary passport holders only if they hold a valid visa or residence permit from a Schengen country, the United States, the United Kingdom or Ireland. It is single entry, allows 30 days, and covers tourism or business trips only.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs page for Pakistan says it plainly: ordinary passport holders need a visa, and those with a valid Schengen, USA, UK or Ireland visa or residence permit "may get their one month single entry e-Visas". Official passport holders, meaning diplomatic, service, special and official passports, can visit for up to 90 days without a visa.
The supporting visa has one test. It must still be valid on the day you enter Türkiye. The portal's FAQ says a used or unused single entry visa is fine if its date still covers your entry. An e-visa from another country does not count.
If you are planning Europe first, a Spain visa from Pakistan is a Schengen visa, and it will open the Türkiye e-Visa for as long as it stays valid.
There is no visa on arrival for Pakistanis. Apply before you fly.
The e-Visa costs $66 and is paid only if approved
For a Pakistani ordinary passport the portal lists a $48 visa fee plus $18 for the service fee and compulsory e-Visa travel insurance, $66 in total. The fee is charged only when the e-Visa is approved, and an unused e-Visa is not refunded.

The portal's data also lists a separate $1.95 fee. We did not reach the card payment screen, so we cannot say whether it is added at checkout. Budget $68 to be safe.
The portal takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB and several other cards. Many Pakistani debit cards block foreign online payments by default. Switch that on in your banking app first, or use one of the virtual international payment cards that work from Pakistan.
Four conditions to confirm before the e-Visa is issued
Before issuing a Pakistani e-Visa, the portal makes you confirm four things: your passport covers your stay, you travel for tourism or business, you hold a valid supporting visa or permit, and you can show a return ticket, a hotel booking and $50 a day.
These are declarations, not uploads, but border officers can ask for proof. Carry printed copies.
- Passport: the law requires validity of at least 60 days beyond your permitted stay. For a 15 October 2026 arrival, the portal set the minimum passport expiry at 14 February 2027.
- Money: at least $50 for each day in Türkiye. A 10-day trip means proof of $500.
If your passport is close to expiry, sort out a passport renewal first.
How to apply for the Türkiye e-Visa step by step
The whole process runs on evisa.gov.tr and takes about 15 minutes. You create an account, pick Pakistan and an ordinary passport, confirm the conditions, enter your supporting visa details, pay by card and download the e-Visa from the final screen or your email.
- Open evisa.gov.tr and create an account with a working email.
- Choose Pakistan as your country and ordinary passport as the document.
- Enter your arrival date and tick the four conditions.
- Add your supporting visa or residence permit number and its expiry date.
- Fill in your details exactly as in your passport, then verify your email.
- Pay within 24 hours of the email check, then download and print the e-Visa.
A typing mistake cannot be edited. The FAQ says you must make a fresh application, and an e-Visa that does not match your passport is invalid. A child needs a separate application once the child has a passport of their own.
The sticker visa goes through Anatolia Travel Services
Without a supporting visa, you apply for a sticker visa. The Turkish Embassy in Islamabad says applications are received only through Anatolia Travel Services, which runs centres in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Faisalabad and Hyderabad.
The centres take tourist files from 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, and the centre says no appointment is needed for submission. Since 11 March 2026 you must use the centre for your area of work or your CNIC address.
The Embassy's fee table, dated 20 February 2026, sets these charges for Pakistani passports. Pay in rupees, in cash. GST is extra and nothing is refunded.

A VIP application costs Rs 4,350 more. It buys counter service, not a faster decision.
Documents for a Türkiye tourist sticker visa
The tourism checklist asks for a passport valid 180 days, a cover letter, a NADRA family certificate, three months of bank statements, tax proof, a job letter or business papers, a hotel booking, a return flight reservation and travel health insurance with $60,000 cover.
The key items, in the checklist's own order:
- Passport valid 180 days from travel for single entry, or 365 days for multiple entry, with two blank pages, plus copies of old passports from the last five years.
- A typed one-page cover letter for anyone 18 or over: purpose, dates, places, who pays.
- A Family Registration Certificate from NADRA.
- An original bank statement for the last three months, signed and stamped, not older than 30 days, plus a bank maintenance certificate.
- Income proof, such as the last income tax return, NTN or Active Taxpayer status.
- Travel health insurance from an insurer the Embassy approves, sold at the centres, for 3, 6 or 12 months.
The checklist advises against paying for hotels or flights before the visa. Reservations are enough.
Timing and refusal rules for the sticker visa
Submit 15 days to 3 months before travel. The centre asks for travel dates at least 15 days and at most 90 days after submission, and says no fixed decision time exists. After a refusal, you cannot apply again for six months.
That six-month bar is written into the tourism checklist. So apply once, with a complete file, rather than testing the water.
Türkiye is not the only nearby option with an online visa. The Azerbaijan e-visa for Pakistanis costs $29 and needs no supporting visa at all.
