Short answer: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission (KPPSC) has fixed interviews from 4 to 30 November 2026 on four panels. The programme lists 12 post groups, from Civil Judges to 584 Fast Track Assistant Sub Inspectors. Find your advertisement number and serial number in the table below, then wait for your call letter.

KPPSC issued the November programme on 2 October 2026 with the approval of its Chairman. We opened the official PDF on 13 October 2026 and read both pages. We also read the short amendment KPPSC added on 8 October to its October programme. Nothing here comes from a message group or a notice board photo.

Four panels run interviews on weekdays from 4 to 30 November

Each panel sits in its own room at the commission office in Peshawar and handles its own posts. The programme shows 10 candidates a day, and 8 on Fridays. Monday 9 November has no interview on any panel.

The table gives each post group with its advertisement number, serial number and dates. The number in brackets in the programme is the number of posts advertised, not the number of candidates called.

Five small post groups have a single day each

Panel IV also lists five single post entries, each with a fixed day and a small number of candidates. If you applied for one of these posts, your whole interview round is one date.

  1. Male Subject Specialist, Statistics, BPS-17, disabled quota (advertisement 06/2026, serial 7): 3 candidates on Friday 13 November.
  2. Male Subject Specialist, Economics, BPS-17, minority quota (06/2026, serial 5): 14 candidates on 16 and 17 November.
  3. Senior Scale Stenographer, BPS-16, Labour Department (02/2026, serial 42): 2 candidates on 18 November.
  4. Procurement Officer, BPS-17, Culture and Tourism Department (03/2024, serial 7): 7 candidates on 19 November.
  5. Assistant Director Media, Agriculture Department (02/2026, serial 19): 6 candidates on 30 November.

The programme shows the Male Librarian group as brought forward, which means it started before November. Its remaining dates are 4 to 6 and 10 to 12 November.

Call letters must reach you 15 days before the interview

The programme says the concerned assistants and superintendents shall issue call letters to all eligible candidates 15 days before the interview, under Regulation 27(a). So a candidate due on 4 November should hold a letter by about 20 October.

The programme also says no change will be made without the approval of the Chairman. The Commission has already shown it does change dates: its 8 October amendment added two interviews for Friday 9 October, one of them rescheduled because of road closures. Check the official site again in the week before your date.

The Fast Track ASI group is by far the largest

The Fast Track Promotion to Assistant Sub Inspector group lists 584 posts and sits on Panel III for nearly every working day of the month. By our own sum, the post numbers in brackets across the whole programme add up to 1,007.

584 Fast Track Assistant Sub Inspector posts are the largest group in the KPPSC November 2026 programme

A large post count does not mean a large interview list. Interviews follow written tests and shortlists, so only candidates who passed earlier stages are called. The Civil Judge entry shows this: 105 posts are listed, but only 3 candidates are called, in line with the narrow written result covered in the KPPSC Civil Judge result report.

What to carry and what to do before your date

Bring your call letter and follow the instructions printed on it. The programme does not list documents, so your letter is the only guide to what to carry. Read it as soon as it arrives.

The same commission also runs a written exam for PMS officers that has been postponed. Candidates for that exam should read the postponement report and not confuse it with these interview dates. If you plan to apply for a future post, the fee and steps are in the guide to applying for KPPSC jobs online.

Common questions

When do KPPSC interviews start in November 2026?

They start on Wednesday 4 November 2026 and run on weekdays until Monday 30 November. Monday 9 November has no interview on any panel.

How many days before the interview will I get a call letter?

The programme says call letters are issued 15 days before the interview, under Regulation 27(a). A candidate due on 4 November should have one by about 20 October.

Can KPPSC change an interview date?

Yes. The programme says no change is made without the Chairman's approval. KPPSC amended its October programme on 8 October, so check the official site before you travel.

Where are the interviews held?

The panels sit in rooms 112, 118, 128 and 215 at the KPPSC office, 2 Fort Road, Peshawar Cantonment, as printed on the programme.

What does the bracket number next to each post mean?

It is the number of posts advertised, not the number of candidates called. The candidate count is shown in a separate column where it is small.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

Last checked on 13 October 2026, Pakistan time. We read KPPSC's Interview Programme for November 2026 (two pages, dated 2 October 2026) and the 8 October amendment to the October programme, both linked from the KPPSC website. We did not see individual call letters, so the 15 day rule is quoted from the programme and not tested.
