KPPSC PMS and AETO interviews are now fixed for 24 to 27 November and 30 November 2026, on Panel I in Peshawar, under the revised November interview programme issued on 27 October 2026. Ten candidates are called each day and eight on the Friday. The same notice adds an Assistant Engineer interview day on 3 November and changes two Subject Specialist posts from male to female.

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission (KPPSC) put the revised programme on its home page on the afternoon of 27 October. We opened the scanned notice the next morning and compared it line by line with the original November interview programme issued on 2 October. Below is every change, the full dates for each post, and what PMS candidates should do between now and their call letter.

PMS Officer and AETO interviews run from 24 to 30 November 2026

The revised programme gives Panel I five days for Provincial Management Service (PMS) Officers and Assistant Excise and Taxation Officers (AETO) under Advertisement 02/2025, serials 1 and 2. The dates are Tuesday 24 to Friday 27 November and Monday 30 November 2026.

The posts are 55 PMS Officers (BPS-17) in the Human Resource Management Department (HRMD) and 22 AETOs (BPS-17) in the Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Department. Both come from the same written exam, held from 20 November to 4 December 2025, whose result showed only 50 of 5,071 candidates qualifying for 77 posts.

DayDateCandidates a day
Tuesday24 November 202610
Wednesday25 November 202610
Thursday26 November 202610
Friday27 November 20268
Monday30 November 202610

At the printed rate, the five days hold 48 interviews. That is our own sum, and it is two fewer than the 50 who passed the written exam. The psychological assessment stage still sits between the written result and the interview, so the final interview list may be shorter. Your call letter, not this table, decides your day.

KPPSC PMS and AETO interview dates 24 to 30 November 2026 on Panel I

Three things changed from the 2 October programme

The revised notice changes Panel I's last week, corrects the gender on two Panel IV posts and adds a Panel V day. It says every other panel and date in the original November programme stays the same, including the large Fast Track ASI and Female SST groups.

  1. Panel I, 24 to 30 November: the original gave these days to 13 Provincial Planning Service Officer posts under Advertisement 06/2025. The revised notice gives them to PMS and AETO instead, and 06/2025 no longer appears in the November dates we read.
  2. Panel IV, gender correction: Subject Specialist Statistics (BPS-17, disabled quota, 06/2026 serial 7) and Subject Specialist Economics (BPS-17, minority quota, 06/2026 serial 5) were published as male. They now read as female.
  3. Panel V, new entry: 16 Assistant Engineer (BPS-17) posts in the Public Health Engineering Department, Advertisement 02/2026 serial 46, with 10 candidates a day on Tuesday the 3rd.

The Panel V row is printed under an "October, 2026" heading, but the date sits in the Tuesday column and 3 October 2026 was a Saturday. 3 November 2026 is a Tuesday, so November is the likely reading. The row is marked B.F, which usually means brought forward. Assistant Engineer candidates should confirm the date in their call letter.

Three changes in the KPPSC revised November 2026 interview programme

Panel I also keeps the Civil Judge and PPS interviews

Panel I is restated in full in the revised notice. Civil Judge interviews stay on Wednesday 4 November. Provincial Planning Service Officer interviews under Advertisement 03/2025 stay on 5, 6, 10 to 13 and 16 to 19 November, at ten a day and eight on Fridays.

Post (posts advertised)AdvertisementNovember dates
Civil Judge cum Judicial Magistrate and Alaqa Qazi (105)03/2026, serial 14 (one day)
Provincial Planning Service Officer, BPS-17 (46)03/2025, serial 15, 6, 10 to 13, 16 to 19
PMS Officer (55) and AETO (22), BPS-1702/2025, serials 1 and 224 to 27, 30
Female Subject Specialist Statistics (1)06/2026, serial 713 (3 candidates)
Female Subject Specialist Economics (1)06/2026, serial 516 and 17 (14 candidates)
Assistant Engineer, PHED (16)02/2026, serial 463 (10 a day)

The number in brackets is the number of posts advertised, not the number called. For the dealing assistant, the notice gives 091-9213563 and 091-9213750, with extension 203 for the Civil Judge and PMS cases, 177 for PPS, 205 for the Subject Specialists and 179 for the engineers.

Call letters must reach PMS candidates by about 9 November

The notice repeats KPPSC's Regulation 27(a): call letters go to all eligible candidates 15 days before the interview. For a 24 November interview, that is about 9 November. For 30 November, it is about 15 November. If nothing arrives, call the dealing assistant on extension 203.

Group discussions and individual psychological interviews for the same PMS batch start on 9 November, as set out in the KPPSC PMS psychological assessment schedule. So the interview call letter and the group discussion fall in the same fortnight. Keep your phone number and email in your KPPSC online account up to date.

KPPSC call letters 15 days before the interview under Regulation 27(a)

PMS and AETO come from a syllabus based competitive exam, so their final merit follows the competitive exam rules, not KPPSC's general 100 mark sheet. The Subject Specialist and engineer posts on Panels IV and V use that general sheet, where the interview carries 50 marks.

The general split is in the KPPSC merit formula: 30 for academic record, up to 10 for experience and 50 for the interview, with a 60 per cent interview pass mark. Whatever your post, bring originals and attested copies of every certificate named in your call letter. Check KPPSC's home page again in the week before your date, because this is already the second November programme.

Common questions

When are KPPSC PMS interviews in November 2026?

From Tuesday 24 to Friday 27 November and on Monday 30 November 2026, on Panel I, for Advertisement 02/2025 serials 1 and 2.

Are AETO interviews on the same days as PMS?

Yes. The revised programme lists 55 PMS Officer posts and 22 AETO posts together in one row for 24 to 30 November.

What happened to the Provincial Planning Service interviews under 06/2025?

The original programme gave them 24 to 30 November. The revised Panel I no longer shows them in November, and the notice does not give a new date.

When is the Assistant Engineer PHED interview?

On Tuesday the 3rd, at 10 candidates a day. The heading says October, but 3 November 2026 is the Tuesday, so check your call letter.

How many days before the interview will I get a call letter?

KPPSC's Regulation 27(a), repeated in the notice, says 15 days before the interview date.

Can the dates change again?

Yes, with the Chairman's approval. This is already a revision of the 2 October programme, so check the KPPSC site before you travel.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

We read the scanned notice No. KPPSC/F-4/2026/38577, dated Peshawar 27 October 2026, "Revised Interview Program for the Month of November, 2026", signed by the Director Recruitment, on 28 October 2026. It is linked from the KPPSC home page and the KPPSC schedule page, where it was posted at 16:25 on 27 October. We compared it with the original programme of 2 October as recorded on our live page about it. We could not confirm why the 06/2025 PPS interviews were dropped from November, whether the Panel V heading is a typing error, or the room numbers, which the revised notice does not print. The 48 interview total and the call letter dates are our own arithmetic.
