BISE Multan lets you check your matric or inter certificate status online at web.bisemultan.edu.pk: open "Matriculation Certificate Status" or "Intermediate Certificate Status", enter your roll number, add your registration or B-Form number, pick the exam session and submit. The page shows whether the certificate is printed, issued or dispatched.

We opened both status pages, the board's "Trace Your Record" pages, its application tracker and its fee structure page on 1 November 2026. One finding matters straight away: the newest session in both certificate lists is the 1st Annual 2025 exam. Students who passed in 2026 cannot track a certificate yet.

Check a BISE Multan matric or inter certificate by roll number

The board describes the service as a way "to track the printing, issuance and dispatch status of their certificates online". Use the matric page for SSC (10th or combined) and the inter page for HSSC (Part II or combined). Roll number and exam session are required, and the registration or B-Form number is the second check.

  1. Open web.bisemultan.edu.pk and go to Exams and Results.
  2. Choose Matriculation Certificate Status for matric, or Intermediate Certificate Status for inter.
  3. Type your roll number for that exam.
  4. Add your registration number or B-Form number.
  5. Select the exam session, for example "SSC (10th/Combined) 1st Annual 2025", and submit.

Pick the exact session you passed in. A roll number from the 2nd Annual (supplementary) exam will not match the 1st Annual list, even in the same year.

2026 certificates are not in the status list yet

On 1 November 2026 the matric list started at "SSC (10th/Combined) 1st Annual 2025" and the inter list at "HSSC (P-II/Combined) 1st Annual 2025". No 2026 session appeared in either. So a 2026 pass cannot be tracked yet, and that does not mean anything is wrong.

Until your session appears, your result card is the proof of passing for admissions. Regular students should also ask their school or college, which deals with the board for its students.

BISE Multan online tracking services and what each one needs

Trace Your Record shows your admission status

The "Trace Your Record" pages are a different service. They check whether the board has received and accepted your admission for an exam, using your admission form number, B-Form or CNIC number, and the session. The 10th class page already lists the SSC 2nd Annual 2026 exam.

There are four of these pages, for 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th. Use the one for the class you applied for. A private candidate who paid the admission fee but is unsure whether the form reached the board should check here before the roll number slips come out.

For letters and applications you posted or handed in, such as a correction request, the board has a separate "Track Application Status" page. It asks for the token number and the reference or diary number printed on your receipt.

Inter 2nd annual 2026 starts on 3 November, slips have been sent

A BISE Multan press release dated 30 October 2026, posted on 31 October, says the Intermediate second annual exam 2026 begins on 3 November 2026 and that all roll number slips have been sent. Private candidates' slips went by post, and they can also be downloaded online.

The release tells private candidates who have not received a slip by post to download it from the board's website by entering their admission form number and token number. A private candidate whose details are missing from the online system must contact the Assistant Controller (Inter branch) in person at once, with proof of the admission fee. The board says a missed paper in that case is the candidate's own responsibility. The phone number given is 061-9210027.

The download steps for the inter 2nd annual roll number slip cover both Lahore and Multan. Every paper date is in the Multan board inter 2nd annual date sheet.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

Last checked 1 November 2026. We read the Matriculation and Intermediate Certificate Status pages, the Trace Your Record pages, the fee structure page and the press release of 30 October 2026 on web.bisemultan.edu.pk, and the Track Application Status page on the board's win2 server, on 1 November 2026. The press release is an Urdu image, and the summary above is our translation. We did not run a search with a real roll number, so we cannot show what each status message says.
