BISE Abbottabad Practical Roll Number Slip 2026 Released: Matric Practicals 14 to 20 November
BISE Abbottabad issued SSC Annual-II 2026 practical roll number slips on 29 October. See the 14 to 20 November dates and who must sit the practical again.

BISE Abbottabad released the practical exam roll number slips for its matric supplementary exam, SSC Annual-II 2026, on 29 October 2026. Private candidates download them from biseatd.edu.pk, regular students collect them from their school, and the practicals run from 14 to 20 November.
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Abbottabad posted the news as an Urdu press release on its website. The release also settles a question many students ask every year: who has to sit the practical again and who does not. We read it on 31 October 2026, along with the board's revised date sheet, and set out the dates, the rules and the steps below.
Practical roll number slips are online from 29 October 2026
The board says the practical roll number slips for SSC Annual-II 2026 have been issued online. Regular students get their slip from their own school or institution. Private students download theirs from the board's official website, biseatd.edu.pk.
The release adds one useful feature. Every student can enter their roll number on the board's website and see the date, the time and the laboratory where their practical will be held. So you do not need to wait for your school to tell you which lab to go to.
- Open biseatd.edu.pk and choose the private roll number slip link for SSC Annual-II 2026.
- Enter your roll number from the written exam slip.
- Print the practical slip and check your name, subjects and photo.
- Note the date, time and lab shown for each practical.
- If anything is wrong, call the board before your first practical day.

Matric practicals run from 14 to 20 November 2026
Under the revised date sheet of 16 October, class 10 practicals are on 14, 16 and 17 November, and class 9 practicals on 18, 19 and 20 November 2026. Each day has three sittings: 9 to 11 am, 11 am to 1 pm, and 2 to 4 pm.
The written papers end first, on 12 November with Urdu and Geography of Pakistan for class 9. That leaves one free day, 13 November, before the first practical. The full written schedule is in our report on the BISE Abbottabad SSC Annual-II date sheet and revised roll number slips.
| Date | Class | Practical subjects | Practical marks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Saturday 14 November | 10th | Physics, Food and Nutrition | 10 and 10 |
| Monday 16 November | 10th | Chemistry, Health and Physical Education | 10 and 10 |
| Tuesday 17 November | 10th | Biology, Computer Science | 10 and 20 |
| Wednesday 18 November | 9th | Physics, Food and Nutrition | 10 and 10 |
| Thursday 19 November | 9th | Chemistry, Health and Physical Education | 10 and 10 |
| Friday 20 November | 9th | Biology, Computer Science | 10 and 20 |

Improvement candidates with full practical marks can skip the practical
A student who applied to improve marks in a 9th or 10th class subject, and already scored full marks in that subject's practical in the earlier exam, does not need to take the practical again. The full marks carry over.
This is worth checking before you travel to a lab. Look at your old detailed marks certificate (DMC). If the practical column shows full marks, for example 10 out of 10 in Physics, the release says you are not required to appear. If it shows anything less, plan to sit it.
Compartment and re-appear candidates must sit every practical again
Candidates appearing because they failed a subject, known as compartment or re-appear cases, must take that subject's practical again. The board says this applies even if they passed the practical before, or scored full marks in it.
That is the rule that catches people out. A student who failed Chemistry theory but did well in the lab may assume the practical marks stand. Under this release they do not, so a missed practical can mean a failed subject even after a good written paper.

| Your case | Practical needed? |
|---|---|
| Improvement, full practical marks before | No |
| Improvement, less than full practical marks | Yes |
| Compartment or re-appear in the subject | Yes, always |
| Fresh private candidate | Yes |
Exam day rules from the date sheet still apply
The date sheet tells candidates to download their practical schedule, with time and place, from the board website during the exam. Mobile phones are not allowed in the exam hall. For written papers, candidates must be seated by 8:30 am, and nobody is let in after that.
Bring the practical slip and your written exam slip. Keep your journal or practical notebook ready if your school asks for it, since examiners in many labs check it. For questions, the controller's office lists 0992-392013 and 0992-392014, extensions 216 and 223.
Other Khyber Pakhtunkhwa boards hold their matric practicals on different days. Kohat started earliest, on 3 November, and Malakand finishes on 19 November. Our KP board matric practical exam dates for every board lists them side by side. Abbottabad's inter supplementary exam is separate and starts on 18 November, as set out in the KP inter supplementary admission and fee schedule.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 31 October 2026. We read the Urdu press release "Press Release Practical Roll No. Slip SSC A-II 2026", posted 29 October 2026 on the BISE Abbottabad notifications page, and the board's revised SSC Annual-II date sheet marked (2), posted 16 October 2026, which carries the practical schedule. We did not download a slip, because that needs a candidate's roll number, and we did not test the lab lookup for the same reason. The board can change dates, so check your own slip.
