PTCL Bill Check Online: View, Download and Pay Your Bill Free
Check your PTCL bill online free with your number or Account ID, download a duplicate bill from DBill, see every way to pay, and what happens if you pay late.
To check your PTCL bill online, open ptcl.com.pk/Customer/PublicBill_Payment, choose PTCL Landline, pick your area code and enter your phone number or Account ID. For a duplicate bill you can download, use dbill.ptcl.net.pk with your phone number and Account ID. Both are free and need no login.
We opened both pages on 27 September 2026, along with PTCL's Bill Payment Options page, its FAQs, its contact directory and its service terms. Everything below comes from those PTCL pages. We did not enter a real connection's details, so we cannot show you a live bill.
Your Account ID is printed on every PTCL bill. Keep one old bill, or a photo of it, and the rest of this is easy.
Check your PTCL bill online in two minutes
PTCL's public bill page shows the amount due for a landline or broadband connection without an account. You choose the product, choose to search by landline number or Account ID, pick your city's area code, type the number and solve a short captcha.
- Go to ptcl.com.pk/Customer/PublicBill_Payment. The home page menu calls it Bill Payment and Recharge.
- Select PTCL Landline/VFone Postpaid. The same page also handles Charji and setup charges.
- Under "Inquire Bill By", pick Landline Number or Account ID.
- Choose the area code, for example 051 for Islamabad and Rawalpindi or 042 for Lahore, then type the number.
- Type the captcha and submit. The page shows your bill and offers card payment.
The area code list on the form runs from 021 down to small town codes like 0937, so every PTCL city is there. If the page does not find your number, try the Account ID instead. It is the more exact of the two.
Download a duplicate PTCL bill from DBill
PTCL's duplicate bill service, called DBill, runs at dbill.ptcl.net.pk. It needs both your phone number without the area code and your Account ID, plus a captcha. It returns the bill as a PDF you can print or send.
The DBill search page has two boxes: "Enter Phone No: (Without Area Code)" and "Enter Account ID". PTCL's own searching guide adds one detail that trips people up. In Lahore and Karachi, landline numbers start with 3, so type the full number with that 3, like 3xxxxxxx.

In the app, PTCL's FAQ gives the route as Bill Inquiry and Payment, then D-Bill, then link the connection, pick the month and download. The FAQ still calls it the Touch app, while the Bill Payment Options page now links to the UPTCL app on Android and iPhone.
Ways to pay your PTCL bill
PTCL lists four kinds of payment channel: its own website, app, WhatsApp and cash machines; 26 banks' online banking; the Easypaisa, JazzCash and UPaisa wallets; and doorstep collection by TCS in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
- PTCL channels: the website bill page, the UPTCL app, WhatsApp on 0331 2181218, and Public Cash Payment Machines.
- Banks: the page links to 26 banks, including HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan, Bank Alfalah, Bank of Khyber, Bank of Punjab and National Bank of Pakistan.
- Wallets: Easypaisa, JazzCash and UPaisa. The wallet steps are the same as for electricity and gas, set out in paying utility bills with Easypaisa or JazzCash.
- Cash at your door: TCS collects bills at home for Islamabad and Rawalpindi customers. Call 1218 to book it.
The cash machine list is longer than most people expect. We counted more than 100 PCPM locations across about 40 cities on PTCL's page, mostly at telephone exchanges and PTCL-Ufone joint shops. Peshawar has two, at Khyber Bazaar and the old CTO building on The Mall.
Whichever channel you use, keep the transaction ID. It is your proof if the payment does not show on the account the same day.
Late payment can mean disconnection and a surcharge
PTCL's service terms say it can suspend or disconnect a connection straight away if the bill is not paid by the due date. Service comes back once all dues are paid, and PTCL can also charge reconnection fees and ask for an advance.
These are the points from PTCL's Terms and Conditions page, its payment clause and clause 11 on disconnection:
- Missing the due date allows "immediate disconnection / suspension / termination" of the service.
- After a disconnection, an extra surcharge applies on the amount outstanding. The terms set it at 2 per cent a month above KIBOR, the rate banks lend to each other at.
- PTCL can suspend other connections held by the same customer, not only the unpaid one.
- Before reconnecting, you pay reconnection charges and, if PTCL asks, an advance against future bills.
The due date itself is printed on your bill. PTCL's website does not publish a fixed late fee in rupees, so treat the due date as the real deadline. Paying one day early through a bank app costs nothing, and a restored line can take longer than the payment did.
PTCL helpline numbers for bill problems
Call 1218 for help on any PTCL service, including a wrong or missing bill. From a PTCL landline, 1200 gives billing information. You can also write to care@ptcl.net.pk or message PTCL on WhatsApp at 0331 2181218.

If a billing dispute is not settled, PTCL's own terms say a dispute not resolved within one month goes to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, whose decision is final. That route is the same one used for complaints about a mobile network to PTA.
