How to Watch Pakistan in the FIFA ASEAN Cup 2026, Schedule in PKT

Pakistan's next FIFA ASEAN Cup match is against the Philippines on Tuesday 29 September 2026 at 2:00 pm PKT, then Vietnam on Friday 2 October at 2:00 pm PKT. The FIFA ASEAN Cup is a new football tournament, and Pakistan are one of three guests

The FIFA ASEAN Cup is a men's national-team football tournament run by FIFA. It brings together the 11 Southeast Asian countries of ASEAN plus three invited guests: Pakistan, Bangladesh and Hong Kong, China. The first edition runs from 24 September to 5 October 2026.

Many people in Pakistan call it the "ASEAN Games". The official name is the FIFA ASEAN Cup, and that is the name to search for when you look for fixtures or a stream. It is a different event from the Asian Games in Japan, where Pakistan's football team is not playing.

FIFA says the tournament was created to give national teams competitive matches inside the international calendar window, when club seasons pause for international football. For Pakistan, it means three matches against some of the best teams in Southeast Asia.

The 14 teams are split into two divisions:

• Division 1, in Indonesia (Bandung and Jakarta): Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Bangladesh in Group A; Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Pakistan in Group B.
• Division 2, in Hong Kong: Hong Kong, China, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Timor-Leste.

Each team plays every other team in its group once. In Division 1, the two group winners meet in the final and the two runners-up play for third place.

Pakistan's fixtures in Pakistan time

Pakistan play three group matches, all at 2:00 pm PKT. The first was a 4-0 defeat to Thailand. The Philippines and Vietnam follow, and only a top-two finish in Group B brings a fourth match on 5 October.

tapmad lists the live matches in Pakistan, and no free TV channel is confirmed

tapmad, a Pakistani streaming service, has a FIFA ASEAN Cup 2026 section on its website. It says it streams the tournament's live matches and highlights in Pakistan, ad-free. We found no free-to-air TV channel in Pakistan that confirms it is showing the tournament.

That is the honest answer to "can I watch it free". We checked on 26 September 2026 and could not confirm a free, legal live stream in Pakistan. tapmad is a subscription service. Its prices are shown in its app at sign-up, and we could not read them on its website, so check the price before you pay.

1. Install the tapmad app from the Google Play Store or App Store, or open tapmad's website.
2. Search for FIFA ASEAN Cup 2026, or open the Sports section.
3. Sign up with your mobile number and choose a package.
4. Open the Pakistan match a few minutes before 2:00 pm PKT.
5. Keep enough mobile data or use Wi-Fi, because a 90-minute match uses a lot.

Search results for any Pakistan football match fill up with "free live stream" pages and YouTube videos. Most are unlicensed, and several are "watchalong" videos that show a scoreboard, not the match. Unlicensed sites carry malware advertising and fake sign-up forms that ask for card details.
