IDC Lab Report Online: Check on MyIDC Portal, App or WhatsApp, Plus Every Fix (Islamabad Diagnostic Centre)
Check an IDC lab report on the MyIDC portal or app, or ask on WhatsApp 0311-1000-432. See why a due balance blocks it, free home sampling and the card discount.

You can check an IDC lab report online on the MyIDC patient portal at myidc.metacubes.net, in the My IDC app, or by asking on WhatsApp at 0311-1000-432. Islamabad Diagnostic Centre's 24/7 helpline is 051-111-000-432, and the portal also shows radiology reports, bookings and family members on one account.
Most people only need one of these routes. But the portal has a few rules that stop a report from opening, and a balance left unpaid is the most common one. Below are all four ways to get the report, the steps on the portal, what to do when it does not open, the free home sampling service and the MY IDC CARD discount. We read IDC's own pages on 28 October 2026.
IDC gives you four ways to get a lab report
You can open an IDC report on the MyIDC web portal or the My IDC app, ask IDC's WhatsApp line on 0311-1000-432, call the helpline, or collect it at the branch. The portal and app need a sign-in; the other routes need your receipt.
| Method | What you need | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| MyIDC portal (myidc.metacubes.net) | An account, signed in with a one-time code | Lab reports, radiology reports and bookings on a computer |
| My IDC app | The same account on your phone | Keeping every report for the family in one place |
| WhatsApp 0311-1000-432 | Your receipt details | A quick copy without an account |
| Helpline 051-111-000-432 | Your receipt details | Problems, delays and questions, 24/7 |
| Branch counter | Your receipt | A printed, stamped copy |
IDC says it has more than 170 branches in more than 70 cities. If the online routes fail, the branch where you gave the sample is the safest place to ask for a printed copy.

How to check an IDC report on the MyIDC portal
Open myidc.metacubes.net, sign in to your account with the one-time code sent to your phone, pick the patient and open the report. IDC describes the portal as the place for lab reports, radiology, bookings and your profile.
- Go to the "Online Reports" button on idc.net.pk, or type myidc.metacubes.net into your browser.
- Press "Sign In" and enter your details. The portal sends a one-time code (OTP) to confirm it is you.
- Enter the OTP. Never read this code out to anyone who calls you, even if they say they are from the lab.
- Choose the patient from your list of associated members. The portal links each person by their MR number (the medical record number on your receipt).
- Open the report and download it as a PDF to send to your doctor.
We opened the portal's sign-in page but had no IDC account of our own, so we did not see a real report screen. The steps above follow the labels on the portal itself: Sign In, Enter OTP, associated members and MR number.

When the IDC report does not open online
An unpaid balance is the first thing to check. The MyIDC portal shows "You have Due balance, please pay the balance to view the report" when money is still owed. Other causes are an unfinished test or a family member not yet linked.
- Due balance: pay the remaining amount at a branch, then sign in again.
- Test still running: special tests can take longer than routine ones. Ask at the counter when your report is due.
- Family member missing: add them with their MR number. The portal asks for a one-time code before it links a new member.
- Still stuck: call or WhatsApp the 24/7 helpline, 051-111-000-432 or 0311-1000-432, with the receipt to hand.
If you doubt a result, IDC offers a free review or repeat. Its website says it repeats a test free within 24 to 48 hours and takes complaints by SMS at 0313-2666368. That is worth using before you pay for the same test somewhere else.
IDC home sample collection is free, every day
IDC collects blood and other samples at home for free, seven days a week, in more than 65 cities. You book on the website form or by calling 051-111-000-432 and choose a one-hour slot between 7am and 11pm.
The IDC home sample collection form asks for your name, phone, date, city, address, time slot and the tests you need. The city list runs from Islamabad and Rawalpindi to Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan and Faisalabad, and to towns such as Arifwala, Daska and Talagang.
Some tests, such as a fasting sugar test, need an empty stomach. Ask your doctor how long to fast, and pick an early morning slot so you are not waiting hungry all day. For fever tests, the doctor may also ask for a dengue NS1 test on the same sample.
The MY IDC CARD gives 15 percent off and 5 percent back
The MY IDC CARD gives a flat 15 percent discount on eligible in-house lab and imaging tests, plus 5 percent in reward points. One card covers up to five family members, lasts for life and is issued free at any branch.
| Card detail | What IDC says |
|---|---|
| Discount | 15 percent flat on eligible in-house lab and imaging |
| Reward points | 5 percent of each eligible bill, used on later tests |
| Family members | Up to five on one card |
| Validity | Lifetime |
| Where it does not work | IDC services based inside hospitals and medical centres |
To get one, give your name, mobile number, CNIC, date of birth and family details at the front desk. The MY IDC CARD page says the card is issued on the spot. If you lose it, write to info@idc.net.pk for a replacement.

IDC head office, phone numbers and safety
IDC's head office is at 13-A Kohistan Road, F-8 Markaz, Islamabad. The 24/7 helpline is 051-111-000-432 or 03-111-000-432, WhatsApp is 0311-1000-432 and the email is info@idc.net.pk.
A lab report is information for your doctor, not a diagnosis. A value marked high or low can be normal for you, and a normal report does not rule everything out. Islamabad residents who want to confirm a lab is registered can check a clinic or lab with IHRA. If the report shows something urgent, go to a hospital emergency such as PIMS in Islamabad rather than waiting for an OPD slot.
Be wary of anyone who messages you about a "pending report" and asks for money through a link. Check that the number matches IDC's listed helpline before you pay anything.
Common questions
How do I check my IDC lab report online?
Sign in on the MyIDC portal at myidc.metacubes.net or in the My IDC app, or ask on WhatsApp at 0311-1000-432.
What is the IDC helpline number?
051-111-000-432 or 03-111-000-432. IDC says the helpline runs 24/7.
Why does my IDC report say due balance?
The portal holds a report until the bill is fully paid. Pay the balance at a branch and sign in again.
Is IDC home sampling free?
Yes. IDC says home sample collection is free and runs on all days of the week, with slots from 7am to 11pm.
Can I see my family's IDC reports on one account?
Yes. The MyIDC portal lets you link family members by their MR number after you confirm a one-time code.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read IDC's home page, home sample collection page, contact page, appointment page and MY IDC CARD page on idc.net.pk, and opened the MyIDC patient portal's sign-in page, on 28 October 2026. We had no IDC account, so we did not see a live report; the portal steps follow its own labels. We did not find report turnaround times or test prices on the pages we read, and we did not check whether a Google Play version of the app exists.
