Find an OPF School or College Near You: 25 Institutions Across Pakistan for Overseas Pakistanis' Children
OPF runs 25 schools and colleges in Pakistan. See the list by province, the e-learning schools and what to ask before you choose one for your overseas family.

OPF runs 25 schools and colleges in Pakistan: 9 in Punjab, 5 in Sindh, 4 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 3 in Azad Kashmir, 2 in Balochistan and 2 in Islamabad. Children of overseas Pakistanis get first right to admission, and 17 of the schools also receive online lessons from OPF studios.
When a family abroad picks a school at home, the first question is simple: is there one near our town? We read OPF's list of educational institutions and its e-learning page on 21 October 2026 and sorted the schools by province. The list gives addresses and websites, not fees.
OPF lists 25 institutions, most of them in Punjab and Sindh
The list has 25 schools and colleges once you count each Islamabad college once. Punjab has 9, Sindh 5, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 4, Azad Kashmir 3, Balochistan 2 and Islamabad 2. Together, Punjab and Sindh hold 14 of them, which is 56 per cent.
| Region | Institutions | Places |
|---|---|---|
| Punjab | 9 | Rawalpindi (girls higher secondary), Kallar Syedan, Sheikhupura, Bhalwal, Sialkot, Multan, Depalpur, Gujrat, Pakpattan |
| Sindh | 5 | Karachi, Dadu, Sanghar, Larkana, Badin |
| Khyber Pakhtunkhwa | 4 | Peshawar, Hangu, Mansehra, Dera Ismail Khan |
| Azad Jammu and Kashmir | 3 | Kotli, Muzaffarabad, Mirpur |
| Balochistan | 2 | Quetta, Turbat |
| Islamabad | 2 | OPF Girls College, Park Road F-8/2, and OPF Boys College, Sector H-8/4 |

Each school has a named address and most have their own website
OPF gives a street address for each school. Many also have a website in the form of the city name followed by opf.edu.pk, such as sheikhupura.opf.edu.pk or multan.opf.edu.pk. Peshawar uses opf.edu.pk. Use the school's own site for the fee sheet and current notices.
We read the addresses on OPF's list but did not open each school website. A few of the map links on the list may point to the wrong city, so check the address in the text and not only the map. Phone the school before you travel.
Seventeen schools receive online lessons from OPF studios
OPF started an e-learning programme in April 2018. Studio rooms in Islamabad and Rawalpindi have sent over 1,000 online lectures to distant OPF schools. The 17 schools include Sheikhupura, Sanghar, Karachi, Quetta, Hangu, Kotli, Muzaffarabad, Dadu, Dera Ismail Khan, Bhalwal, Multan, Kallar Syedan, Larkana, Peshawar, Badin, Gujrat and Mirpur.
OPF says each of these schools has interactive screens or whiteboards with education software, and that teachers were trained to use them. It also says OPF gives live online classes to the Pakistan International School in Riyadh. The programme exists because subject teachers tend to move to big cities.

Colleges for the Intermediate years are fewer than schools
Most of the 25 are called public schools. Only a few are named colleges or higher secondary schools: the two Islamabad colleges and the girls higher secondary school in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. A child who finishes Matric in a small town may need to move to one of these for the Intermediate years.
OPF says Intermediate first year admission starts after the Islamabad board announces the Matriculation results. O Level and A Level admissions run each August or September. The list does not say which school offers them, so ask the school office before you plan the move.
Families from Kotli, Muzaffarabad or Mirpur have three schools in Azad Kashmir, and those in Balochistan have only two, in Quetta and Turbat. If your town has none, the nearest school may be a day away, and you should plan boarding or a relative's home. OPF's page does not say whether any school has a hostel, so ask.
Check the admission rule before you pick a school
The admission rules are the same across OPF institutions. Overseas Pakistani children have first right, and up to four children in a family get 50 per cent off the monthly tuition fee. The details and dates are in the OPF tuition concession rules.
Choose a school in two steps. First look at the table above for a school in your home district. Then confirm that it offers the class you need. OPF's page does not say which classes each school runs, so that answer has to come from the school.
- Find your district in the table and note the school's address.
- Open the school's website if it has one, or phone the school office.
- Ask which classes the school runs and whether a seat is open for your child.
- Ask for the current fee sheet and the 50 per cent concession in writing.
- Prove your OPF membership. The steps are in how to get an OPF membership card.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read OPF's educational institutions page and the e-learning page on 21 October 2026 and counted the entries ourselves. We did not open the individual school sites, did not call any school, and could not verify fees, classes offered or seat numbers.
