Fly Jinnah Flight Status Check in Pakistan: By Flight Number or Route, Plus Check-In Cut-Off Times
Check Fly Jinnah flight status by flight number or route for yesterday, today or tomorrow. Check-in cut-offs, UAE city check-in for AED 20 and no-result fixes.

To check a Fly Jinnah flight status, open flyjinnah.com, go to Manage, then Flight Status, and search either by flight number or by route, choosing Yesterday, Today or Tomorrow. The result shows the scheduled and estimated departure and arrival times, and a line such as "Flight not yet departed" or "Flight is cancelled". You cannot search further ahead than tomorrow.
Below are the status messages and what each means for you, the check-in times that decide whether you board, the UAE city check-in counters for the flight home, and what to do when the search shows nothing. We read Fly Jinnah's flight status page, its online check-in page and its city check-in page on 28 October 2026.
Fly Jinnah flight status works by flight number or by route
The status tool has two tabs. One takes a flight number, the other a departure and arrival city. Both use a When dropdown with three choices only: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow. Pick one and press Check Status.
Route search is the better choice when you are collecting someone and only know the city. Fly Jinnah's site lists domestic stations at Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Quetta, and international stations at Bahrain, Dubai, Sharjah, Dammam, Jeddah and Riyadh.
| Status line on Fly Jinnah | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Flight not yet departed | On the ground. Compare scheduled and estimated times. |
| Flight time updated | The time has changed. Read the new estimated time. |
| Due to arrive at | In the air, with an estimated arrival time. |
| Arrived on time, early or late at | Landed. Allow time for bags and immigration. |
| Flight is cancelled | Contact Fly Jinnah about rebooking or a refund. |
| No flights found | Check the date choice, the city pair or the flight number. |

Check-in closes 45 minutes before domestic flights and 1 hour before international
Knowing the status is half the job. The other half is the counter. Fly Jinnah's airport counters open 3 hours before an international departure and close 1 hour before it. For domestic flights they open 2 hours before and close 45 minutes before.
Online check-in opens 48 hours before departure. If your departure airport is not offered online, the page says to check in at the airport. A digital boarding pass may not be issued if extra checks are needed or the airport does not accept one, so you collect a printed pass at the counter.
- Check the flight status on the morning of travel and again before you leave home.
- Check in online from 48 hours before, if your airport allows it.
- Reach the airport early enough to clear security before the counter closes.
- For international flights, be at the counter well before the 1 hour cut-off.
- For domestic flights, be at the counter before the 45 minute cut-off.
Front-row and exit seats cannot be chosen during check-in. They must be bought beforehand, and the fare you hold decides what else is included, as set out in Fly Jinnah's Basic, Value and Ultimate fares.

City check-in in the UAE costs AED 20 and takes bags early
Flying home from the UAE? Fly Jinnah lists city check-in counters that take your bags and issue boarding passes before you reach the airport. Each charges an AED 20 handling fee. Bags are accepted from 48 hours up to 8 hours before departure, from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
| City check-in point | For flights from | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Sharjah, Matajer Al Mussala | Sharjah International Airport | Open 9:00 am to 10:00 pm |
| Sharjah, Muweilah, opposite Al Madinah Shopping Center | Sharjah International Airport | Friday break 12:00 to 2:00 pm, phone 06 5516820 |
| Dubai, Shindagha City Center, ground floor | Abu Dhabi and Sharjah airports | Phone 04 2862097 |
Two Fly Jinnah pages disagree here. The city check-in page gives a 48 to 8 hour window, while the online check-in page says up to 36 hours before the flight and also names Abu Dhabi, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah. Call the counter before you go with your bags.

When the Fly Jinnah status search shows nothing
"No flights found" usually means the wrong day was chosen. The tool only looks at yesterday, today and tomorrow, so a flight two days away will not appear. Try the route tab if the flight number search fails, since a typo in the number is common.
- Wrong day: a flight after midnight belongs to the next calendar day. Switch between Today and Tomorrow.
- Wrong number: copy the flight number from your booking email exactly.
- Flight further ahead: wait until the day before. The tool will not show it earlier.
- Still nothing: use Fly Jinnah's Help Centre chat from the Contact us page.
If the flight is badly delayed or cancelled, your rights depend on where it departs. From Pakistan, the rules on flight delay and cancellation compensation apply. To move the booking yourself, the fees and cut-offs to cancel or change a Fly Jinnah flight are listed by fare.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 28 October 2026. We read Fly Jinnah's flight status, online check-in and city check-in pages, and the destination list on its home page, at flyjinnah.com on that date. The two check-in pages give different bag drop windows and different city lists, which we report as they stand. We did not search a live flight, and the flight status page gives no phone number.
