Book Shifa International Hospital Islamabad on 051-8464646 or WhatsApp, or Faisalabad on 041-111-111-567. See OPD timings, 4 ways to book and online reports.

To book an appointment at Shifa International Hospital in Islamabad, call or WhatsApp 051-8464646. For Shifa's Faisalabad hospital, call 041-111-111-567. Islamabad's general OPD runs 8am to 10pm every day, Faisalabad's runs 9am to 9pm Monday to Saturday, and both emergencies are open 24 hours.
Shifa is a private hospital, so you pay for each visit and the doctor's own clinic hours decide when you can be seen. Below are both hospitals' numbers and timings, the four ways to book, how to get your lab reports online, and what to do when the line is busy. We read Shifa's official website on 27 October 2026.
Shifa has two hospitals with different numbers and hours
Shifa International Hospital is on Pitras Bukhari Road, H-8/4, Islamabad. Shifa National Hospital is at Manawala, on Main Sheikhupura Road, Faisalabad. Each has its own phone line, OPD hours and booking options on the website's city switch.
| Detail | Islamabad (H-8/4) | Faisalabad (Sheikhupura Road) |
|---|---|---|
| Appointment phone | 051-8464646 | 041-111-111-567 |
| 051-8464646 | Not listed | |
| General OPD | 8am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday | 9am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday |
| Emergency | 24 hours | 24 hours |
| Diagnostics and pharmacy delivery | 24 hours | 24 hours |
Shifa adds one warning to both timings: "Doctor Consultation: May vary". The OPD may be open at 9pm, but the consultant you want may only sit two afternoons a week. Always confirm the doctor's slot before you travel.

You can book a Shifa appointment in four ways
Shifa's Islamabad page lists four ways to book: a phone call, the website or WhatsApp, walking in to the OPD reception, and a video consultation through its eShifa service. Faisalabad lists phone, walk-in and eShifa, but no WhatsApp line.
| Method | Islamabad | Faisalabad | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Phone call | 051-8464646 | 041-111-111-567 | Booking a named consultant |
| WhatsApp or website | 051-8464646 | Not listed | Booking without waiting on hold |
| Walk-in | OPD reception, clinic hours | OPD reception, clinic hours | General OPD the same day |
| Video consultation | eShifa | eShifa | Follow ups and reports from home |
For a first visit to a senior consultant, phone booking is the safest. A walk-in works for the general OPD, but a busy specialist may have no free slot left that day.

How to book a Shifa appointment by phone or WhatsApp
Booking takes about five minutes if you have the details ready. Keep the patient's full name, CNIC, mobile number and the doctor's name or specialty in front of you. If the patient has been to Shifa before, find the patient ID on an old receipt or report.
- Open the Find a Doctor page on Shifa's site and note the consultant's name and specialty.
- Call 051-8464646 for Islamabad or 041-111-111-567 for Faisalabad, or send a WhatsApp message to 051-8464646 for Islamabad.
- Give the patient's details and ask for the doctor's next free slot.
- Ask for the consultation fee, because Shifa does not publish fees on its site.
- Write down the date, time and any booking number, and reach the OPD reception 20 minutes early.
Not sure which specialist you need? Book the general OPD first. The doctor there can refer you inside the hospital.

Shifa lab reports are online with your patient ID
Shifa puts lab and imaging reports on its patient portal, patientportal.shifa.com.pk, which you open with your patient ID. You can also collect a printed copy from the Diagnostics counter at the hospital.
If the portal does not show your report, call the same hospital number you booked on. Shifa lists 051-8464646 for help with Islamabad reports and 041-111-111-567 for Faisalabad. Some tests take days, so a missing result is often just not ready yet.
Shifa's site also shows a short number, 1133, and an SMS line, 0346-8463000, in its header. The site does not say what 1133 is for, and we did not call it. For an ambulance in Islamabad or Punjab, 1122 is the free government service.
What to do when you cannot get through or need to complain
Hospital lines are busiest in the morning. If 051-8464646 rings out, use the WhatsApp option on the same number. For Faisalabad, try again after 11am, or walk in to the OPD reception if you are close by.
- Feedback or complaint: use the online feedback form on Shifa's website, or visit the Customer Relations Desk in the main lobby.
- Bad treatment or overcharging: if the hospital does not resolve it, you can complain about a hospital or doctor in Islamabad to the regulator.
- Insurance or a health card: ask the reception before treatment whether your policy is accepted, and keep every bill and report for the health insurance claim process.
For a free government option in Islamabad, the PIMS OPD is a short drive from H-8.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read Shifa's contact page and home page on 27 October 2026, including the questions section for both cities: addresses, phone and WhatsApp numbers, general OPD hours, emergency and diagnostics hours, booking methods, the patient portal and the complaint route. One line on the Islamabad page says the OPD "remains open 24/7", which conflicts with the stated 8am to 10pm OPD hours; we went with the specific hours. We could not find consultation fees, the purpose of the 1133 number or Faisalabad's WhatsApp line.
