Every admission and scholarship last date in Pakistan for November and December 2026, read at source: UHS MBBS, Honhaar, FBISE, ETH, HKPFS, NUML and IBA.
The first big admission deadline of November 2026 is Friday 6 November, when UHS closes private MBBS applications in Punjab, followed by Monday 9 November for both the CM Punjab Honhaar Scholarship and UHS's MBBS quota seats for other regions. December's key dates are HKPFS on 1 December, NUML's planned last date on 7 December and IBA Karachi Round 1 on 9 December.
Students miss deadlines because they sit on twenty different websites. We read each date below on the responsible university, board or scholarship body's own page or notice between 26 and 27 October 2026, and we left out anything we could not confirm at source. Every row says where the date comes from.
November 2026 has five deadlines and two exam starts
November is dominated by medical admissions in Punjab and by the inter second annual exams. UHS closes private MBBS forms on 6 November and quota MBBS forms on 9 November, the same day Honhaar closes. Exams start on 3 November in Multan and 12 November at FBISE.

Punjab medical admissions close first, on 6 and 9 November
UHS runs three separate MBBS windows this autumn, and two close in early November. Private college applications close on 6 November at 5:00 pm. Quota seats for students from other regions close on 9 November at 5:00 pm. Each portal needs its own form and Rs 2,000 fee.
Private colleges also need a Rs 600,000 deposit to UHS within three working days of selection. Honhaar's 50,000 scholarships close on 9 November
The Punjab Higher Education Commission's advertisement for the CM Punjab Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship 2026 sets the last date at 9 November 2026. It offers 50,000 new scholarships covering tuition for the whole four or five year degree. Applications are online only.
The advertisement gives three conditions worth checking first: a Punjab domicile, a monthly family income under Rs 350,000 for public universities or under Rs 500,000 for federal or private ones, and enrolment in a selected discipline at a selected institution. December has three admission deadlines and two foreign scholarships
December opens with the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship on 1 December and runs into university admission rounds: NUML's planned spring 2027 last date of 7 December and IBA Karachi's Round 1 deadline of 9 December. UHS's quota and private BDS windows run late in the month.

Two foreign scholarships close on 30 November and 1 December
ETH Zurich takes applications for its Excellence Scholarship and Opportunity Programme from 1 to 30 November 2026, for master's starting in autumn 2027. The Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme's initial application closes at 12 noon Hong Kong time on 1 December 2026.
ETH says the scholarship pays CHF 13,500 a semester from autumn 2027 plus a tuition fee waiver. Hong Kong's scheme says it will award 400 fellowships for 2027/28, with an annual stipend of HK$344,400 in 2026/27. Both need a full university application as well, so start now. Plan backwards from the date, not forwards from today
Most deadlines here need documents that take days: attested certificates, a domicile, an IBCC equivalence, a bank challan. Work back from each date and give every document a week. Leave a margin for bank challans too: at UHS, a form only counts once the Rs 2,000 fee is paid and the receipt uploaded.
- Write down every deadline that applies to you, with the time, from this list.
- Next to each, list the documents it needs and where each one comes from.
- Get board attestation and IBCC equivalence first, as they take longest.
- Pay fees at least two working days early, and upload the paid challan the same day.
- Save every confirmation page and email as a PDF.
NUML's dates come from its approved calendar for February 2026 to February 2027. NUML says it will advertise spring 2027 admissions on 10 November, so treat 7 December as planned until that advertisement is out. Our NUML spring 2027 admission page will carry it.

Monday 9 November 2026, according to the PHEC advertisement. Applications are online only and no hard copy is needed.
When do UHS private MBBS applications close?
Friday 6 November 2026 at 5:00 pm. The provisional merit list is due on 13 November and the first selection list on 18 November.
When does IBA Karachi Round 1 close for Fall 2027?
Wednesday 9 December 2026, with the aptitude test on Sunday 20 December, according to IBA's admission schedule.
When is the NUML spring 2027 last date?
NUML's calendar plans 7 December 2026, with entrance tests on 12 and 13 December. Confirm it in NUML's advertisement, due on 10 November.
When does the ETH Zurich ESOP scholarship close?
The window runs from 1 to 30 November 2026, 11:59 pm Central European Time, for master's study starting in autumn 2027.
Is the HKPFS deadline 1 December 2026?
Yes. The initial application closes on 1 December 2026 at 12 noon Hong Kong time, which is 9:00 am in Pakistan.
