AKU-EB Result Check by Roll Number and Date of Birth, Plus Duplicate Certificate and Admit Card Fees
Check your AKU-EB result with roll number and date of birth. Duplicate result slip Rs 8,000, certificate Rs 15,000, admit card Rs 4,500, and how to pay.

To check an AKU-EB result, open the Results page on examinationboard.aku.edu, pick the exam, and enter the candidate roll number and date of birth. For a lost document, AKU-EB's forms list Rs 8,000 for a duplicate result slip, Rs 15,000 for a duplicate certificate and Rs 4,500 for a duplicate admit card.
The Aga Khan University Examination Board (AKU-EB) examines SSC and HSSC students, with offices in Karachi, Gilgit and Chitral. We used its results page, read its examinations page and downloaded its service forms on 1 November 2026. The board says it runs 132 exam centres in more than 60 cities, for about 26,000 candidates.
Check your AKU-EB result with roll number and date of birth
AKU-EB has one results page with two tabs: Candidate Results and School Results. A student uses Candidate Results. Choose the exam from the list, type the candidate roll number, select the date of birth and press View Results. No CNIC or fee is needed.
- Go to examinationboard.aku.edu and click Check Results.
- Stay on the Candidate Results tab.
- Select the exam, for example the annual or September session you sat.
- Enter the candidate roll number exactly as it is on your admit card.
- Select your date of birth and press View Results.
The exam list loads from the board's server, so give it a few seconds. If it shows "Loading exams" for long, refresh once rather than pressing the button again and again.
Most failed searches come from a wrong date of birth. Use the date on your admit card and school record. If those two differ, that is a record problem to raise with your school, not a website fault.

AKU-EB duplicate result slip, certificate and admit card fees
AKU-EB's own forms list Rs 8,000 for each duplicate SSC or HSSC result slip and Rs 15,000 for each duplicate certificate. Applying for both together costs Rs 19,000, counted separately for SSC and HSSC. A duplicate admit card costs Rs 4,500. Paid fees are not refunded.
| AKU-EB service | Fee on the board's form | Timeline on the form |
|---|---|---|
| Duplicate result slip (SSC or HSSC) | Rs 8,000 each | Sent to school within 10 working days |
| Duplicate certificate (SSC or HSSC) | Rs 15,000 each | Sent to school within 10 working days |
| Result slip and certificate together | Rs 19,000 (SSC and HSSC separately) | Sent to school within 10 working days |
| Duplicate admit card | Rs 4,500 | Issued the next day after the form arrives |
One warning before you pay. Both forms on the AKU-EB site carry a validity line, "valid from 15/08/2025 till 15/08/2026". That date has passed, and the board had not posted a newer version when we checked. Call or email AKU-EB to confirm the fee before you deposit money.
The duplicate certificate is the costly one. Rs 15,000 is about three times the Rs 4,000 to Rs 5,000 charged by FBISE, DG Khan and Sargodha, as the duplicate certificate fee at every BISE board shows. So search properly for the original first.

How to pay and where to collect AKU-EB duplicates
The forms list three ways to pay: online through the Aga Khan University payment link on the form, a pay order in favour of "The Aga Khan University", or cash at any HBL branch into the university account printed on the form. Attach the receipt or deposit slip to the form.
The pay order must name "The Aga Khan University" exactly, or the board says the application will not be processed. For a cash deposit, copy the account number from the official form itself, never from a forwarded message.
On the form you also choose how to receive the document: by hand from the AKU-EB office in Karachi, Gilgit or Chitral, or sent to your school. If you tick nothing, duplicates go to the school within 10 working days.
Three time limits on the forms matter:
- An incomplete form is not processed and is thrown away after 15 working days, with no refund.
- You must collect the document within 20 working days after the timeline on the form.
- For an admit card, any mistake must be reported within 7 working days of dispatch.
If you want the duplicate sent to your home address, the form says to apply separately with the full address and a reason.
AKU-EB annual 2027 registration closed on 31 October 2026
The examinations page said on 1 November 2026: "Annual Examinations 2027 Registration Ends On: Saturday, October 31, 2026". Schools handle registration for their students, so a student who missed it should speak to the school at once about any late option.
The board has not published a 2027 date sheet. Its last timetable on the forms page is the final timetable for the SSC and HSSC September examinations 2026, held from 21 to 26 September 2026.
Students who need extra time, a separate room or a large font paper because of a disability or injury must apply on the Access Arrangements form. For long-term conditions the form asks for the request at least eight weeks before the exam session, with a medical certificate and the principal's endorsement for regular students.

Using an AKU-EB result for admission and equivalence
AKU-EB issues SSC and HSSC result slips and certificates. For admissions that ask for attested documents, the rules for IBCC attestation of matric and inter certificates apply, and IBCC asks for board verification first.
Students heading to medicine at the university itself can check the AKU MBBS 2027 admission dates, since that timeline starts in February.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 1 November 2026. We used the AKU-EB results page, read the examinations page and downloaded the duplicate result slip and certificate form, the duplicate admit card form, the access arrangements form and the September 2026 timetable from the board's own forms page on 1 November 2026. Fees and timelines are copied from those forms, which say they were valid until 15 August 2026. We could not confirm whether new fees apply after that date, and we did not apply for a duplicate ourselves.
