We read the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sahiwal fee notification for the Intermediate 2nd Annual Examination 2026, dated 22 September 2026, and the board's online services page, on 4 November 2026.

The exam began 3 November under the Punjab boards' schedule

BISE Sahiwal says the Intermediate 2nd Annual Examination 2026 starts on 3 November 2026. It cites a decision of the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC) dated 16 January 2026. The admission window closed in October, so new forms are no longer accepted.

The schedule ran in three fee slabs. After the triple fee slab, candidates could still apply online up to 18 October 2026 by paying a fine of Rs 500 a day, under a board decision of 15 June 2023.

Students of the other Punjab boards follow the same exam window. Their slips are covered in our Punjab inter 2nd annual roll number slip guide.

BISE Sahiwal portal links for roll number slips, rechecking and online services

BISE Sahiwal runs every service through one online page

Corrections, duplicates, attestation and verification all start at bisesahiwal.edu.pk/onlineservices/. You enter your roll number, class, year and session, choose the service, and print the challan. The page does not show fees, so the amount appears only on the challan.

  • Change of name, father's name or date of birth, including adding or removing "Muhammad" or a caste name.
  • Spelling corrections where Class 9, 10, 11 and 12 records clash.
  • Attestation of documents for IBCC, and self verification.
  • Duplicate or triplicate result card and certificate (sanad).
