BISE Faisalabad fee 2026: a duplicate certificate now costs Rs 5,000 (Rs 8,000 urgent), rechecking costs Rs 2,500 a paper, and an NOC or migration certificate costs Rs 5,000. The board raised its service charges with immediate effect through Notification No. 03, dated 7 October 2026. Below: every fee that matters to a student, the correction fees that rise with each year you wait, and the BISE Faisalabad portals where you apply.

We read the board's two-page fee schedule, titled "Fee Schedule 2026", and its home page on 4 November 2026. The schedule lists 46 fees. We set out the ones students and parents pay, and leave out those only schools pay, apart from a short note.

BISE Faisalabad raised 46 service fees from 7 October 2026

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Faisalabad approved the new rates at its 200th meeting on 30 September 2026. Its finance committee recommended them on 28 September. The notification says the rates are effective immediately, so any challan made after 7 October should carry them.

If you made a challan before that date and have not paid it, check the amount against the table below before you go to the bank. The rates rose, so an older challan may be for too little.

A correction to your date of birth, name or father's name, with a revised certificate, costs Rs 6,000 within two years. It rises to Rs 9,000 after ten years. The urgent route is Rs 15,000. Spelling and B-Form number corrections on a result card follow a similar ladder.

Apply and track on the BISE Faisalabad portals

Most BISE Faisalabad services start online. The board runs separate sites for results, rechecking, roll number slips and fee challans. Use the right one, because a challan made on the wrong page will not match your service.

  1. Open bisefsd.edu.pk and pick the service you need.
  2. For a fee challan or an online form, use challan.bisefsd.edu.pk.
  3. Print the challan, check that it shows the 2026 rate, and pay it at the bank.
  4. Submit the form with the paid challan and copies of your documents.
  5. Track an IBCC verification on the IBCC verification status page of the challan portal.

Fees that schools pay, not students

The same notification sets fees for institutions. A school pays Rs 50,000 for the first affiliation inspection and Rs 35,000 for later visits. The endowment fund is Rs 70,000 for a high school and Rs 180,000 for a higher secondary school or college.

Students pay some fees through their school at registration. The processing fee is Rs 1,000, the registration fee Rs 1,200, the sports fund Rs 280 and the scholarship fund Rs 150. Late registration carries a penalty of Rs 700 a day, up to Rs 20,000.

The portal names, address and phone numbers come from the home page. The schedule does not say how long each service takes, so we have not given processing times.
