BISE Rawalpindi Verification Fee 2026: Rs 5,000 per Result Card or Certificate, QR Copy Printed at Home
BISE Rawalpindi verifies a result card or certificate for Rs 5,000, or Rs 10,000 for both, IBCC or not. Apply online, pay by PSID and print the QR copy at home.

BISE Rawalpindi charges Rs 5,000 to verify a result card or a certificate (sanad), and Rs 10,000 for both, whether the verification is for use in Pakistan or for IBCC. You apply online under Verification for Individuals on eservices.biserawalpindi.edu.pk, pay through the PSID, and print the verified certificate at home with its QR code. The board says that printed copy is accepted by IBCC.
Verification is what an employer, a university abroad or the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) asks for when it wants proof that your matric or intermediate result is real. Rawalpindi board was one of the boards whose verification fee we could not read when we compared every board in October. We have now read its own instruction sheet, on 2 November 2026. Below is the fee, the steps, what the certificate looks like and what to do for WES, IQAS or a department.
Verification costs Rs 5,000 per document at BISE Rawalpindi
The board's instructions set Rs 5,000 for verifying a sanad or a result card inside Pakistan when it is not for IBCC, and Rs 5,000 + Rs 5,000 if you want both verified. For verification aimed at IBCC, inside or outside Pakistan, the fee is the same: Rs 5,000 for one document and Rs 10,000 for both.
| What you verify | Not for IBCC | For IBCC |
|---|---|---|
| Result card only | Rs 5,000 | Rs 5,000 |
| Certificate (sanad) only | Rs 5,000 | Rs 5,000 |
| Result card and certificate | Rs 10,000 | Rs 10,000 |
The form asks for one roll number, year and session, so each exam is its own application. If you need matric and intermediate both verified, plan for two applications and check each PSID amount before you pay.

Apply under Verification for Individuals and pay with the PSID
The application is fully online. You choose Verification for Individuals on the e-services page, enter your roll number, year and session, give a phone number, and pay the fee through the 19-digit PSID by EasyPaisa, JazzCash, 1Bill or another online channel.
- Open the BISE Rawalpindi website and go to E-Services.
- Click Verification for Individuals to open the application form.
- Enter your roll number, year and session (annual or supplementary) correctly.
- Give your own mobile number with care, because the board sends updates to it by SMS.
- Pay the fee with the 19-digit PSID through EasyPaisa, JazzCash, 1Bill or online banking.
- After the SMS, download and print the verified certificate using your Tracking ID.
The board says you do not need to send the payment receipt or a hard copy of the form, or come to the office in person. Everything happens from home.

The verified certificate prints on plain paper with a QR code
Once the fee is paid, the board sends an SMS, and you can print the verification certificate for your result card or sanad on ordinary paper. It carries a QR code with the verification details and a digital signature and stamp, not a hand signature.
The board says this plain paper print is acceptable to IBCC. That saves a courier trip. It also means anyone checking your document can scan the QR code, so the details you entered must match your record exactly. If your name is wrong on the original result, fix that first through the board's correction service, because verification will confirm the wrong name.
Once the board has verified your papers, IBCC attestation or equivalence is the next stop for most people going abroad. The IBCC side is in attesting matric and inter certificates from IBCC, and the QR certificate IBCC itself now issues is explained in IBCC QR equivalence certificates.
WES, IQAS and email verification go through the board's counter
Credential agencies such as WES and IQAS, used for Canada and other countries, send their own forms. BISE Rawalpindi says to contact its counter with the agency's official form for these. Requests such as having a verification emailed to an institution also go to the counter, on 051-5450929.
Departments that want to verify an employee's or applicant's documents use a different button on the e-services page, Verification for Departments, and fill the request with the details the board asks for. An individual should not use the department route.
Other boards charge different verification fees
Verification fees are set by each board, so Rs 5,000 at Rawalpindi does not tell you what Lahore or Gujranwala charge. Gujranwala's notification of September 2026, for example, sets IBCC verification at Rs 4,100 per copy.

Fees and services for other boards are compared in duplicate certificate and verification fees for every BISE. For a migration certificate, a duplicate or a correction at Rawalpindi, the portal for each service is listed in BISE Rawalpindi online services.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 2 November 2026. We read the BISE Rawalpindi verification instructions (an Urdu PDF last modified 22 April 2026) linked from the BISE Rawalpindi e-services page, and the BISE Gujranwala website for its September 2026 fee notification. We did not submit an application, so we did not see processing times. Fees can change by board decision, so check the amount on your PSID before you pay.
