Book a Lahore Park for a Wedding, Milad or Photo Shoot Online: 259 PHA Parks

Short answer: you can book a Lahore park for a wedding, Milad or photo shoot online at phamis.punjab.gov.pk/park/create-booking, the Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) Lahore booking system. You need your CNIC, a copy of it, a phone number, an address and a pay order. We counted 259 parks in 30 areas on the system on 10 October 2026, and each park takes one booking a day in most cases.

Wedding season is starting, and the good dates go first. When we checked the M-Block Neeli Park in Gulberg, six dates were already blocked, including 16, 22 and 24 October and 6 and 7 November 2026.

Here is how the form works, what each discount category asks for, and the mistakes that get a booking stuck.

PHA Lahore takes park bookings online for three purposes

The booking form offers three purposes only: marriage functions, photo or video shoots, and Milad. A marriage booking covers a Valima, Baraat or Mehndi, and every purpose is booked for one day. Anything else, such as a birthday or a corporate event, is not on the form.

PHA is the Lahore authority that runs public parks, green belts and billboards. Punjab decided on 9 October 2026 to set up a PHA in every district. Until those exist, this booking system covers Lahore only.

How to book a park in Lahore online

The whole booking happens on one form. Have your documents scanned as JPG, PNG or PDF before you start, because the form will not let you skip a required upload.

1. Open phamis.punjab.gov.pk/park/create-booking. You can also reach it from the Online Application page on pha.punjab.gov.pk.
2. Enter your name, CNIC, email, mobile number and home address.
3. Upload a copy of your CNIC.
4. Choose your area, then the park. Some parks also ask for an NOC, a no objection certificate, usually from the residents' society.
5. Choose your category. Pick "General" unless you qualify for a discount.
6. Choose "Self" or "Children" under Applying For, then the purpose and sub purpose.
7. Upload the pay order or security fee proof the form asks for.
8. Pick a date. Dates already taken are greyed out.
9. Submit and keep any reference the system shows.

Johar Town and Shadbagh have the most parks to choose from

We pulled the park list for all 30 areas from the booking system on 10 October 2026. Johar Town has 28 parks and Shadbagh 25. Dharampura, Ichra, Mughalpura and Venus Housing Scheme have one each.

Gulshan-e-Ravi is the one to watch. Six of its 11 parks need an NOC, so arrange that letter first. Most parks take one booking a day, though the M-Block Minhajul Quran Park in Model Town takes two.

Discount categories need extra papers

The form lists 12 categories, and choosing one other than General adds extra uploads. Widows' daughters, orphan girls and low income families get their own categories for weddings. Each needs proof, usually a stamp paper and two witnesses' CNICs.

The other categories are for PHA's own staff, retired staff and board members. The form does not show the discount amount for any category, and it does not publish the booking charge. Call PHA before you buy the pay order, so the amount is right the first time.

Mistakes that hold up a park booking

Most problems come from the uploads, not the date. A blurry CNIC copy or a missing NOC can leave the booking pending while the date you wanted goes to someone else.

• Uploading a Word file. The upload fields accept JPG, PNG and PDF.
• Choosing a park that needs an NOC without having one ready.
• Paying a pay order for the wrong amount, or to the wrong payee.
• Using a mobile number you will not answer. PHA staff may call to confirm.
• Paying a "booking agent". The form is free to use and needs no middleman.
