Deepal is the electric car brand that Master Changan Motors sells in Pakistan, alongside its petrol Changan range. We read each model page on Deepal Pakistan's website on 1 November 2026. Range and battery figures below are Deepal's own claims, not our tests.
Deepal sells four models in Pakistan, from Rs 9.99 million to Rs 19 million
The S05 is a range-extended SUV with a small petrol engine that charges the battery. The S07 and L07 are fully electric, an SUV and a sedan. The E07 is the flagship, a dual motor all-wheel-drive model at Rs 19,000,000.
| Model | Type | Price (Rs) | Power | Claimed range |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Deepal S05 REEV Max | Range-extended SUV | 9,999,000 | 215 HP | 170 km on battery, 1,000+ km combined |
| Deepal L07 | Electric sedan | 13,999,000 | 255 HP | 540 km |
| Deepal S07 | Electric SUV | 14,999,000 | 255 HP | 485 km |
| Deepal E07 | Electric, dual motor AWD | 19,000,000 | 590 HP | 590 km (NEDC) |
Every price on the four pages carries "Freight & CVT incl." and the line "Limited Time Special Offer". No end date is printed for that offer.

The Deepal S05 is the cheapest at Rs 9,999,000
The S05 REEV Max costs Rs 9,999,000 on Deepal's S05 page. Deepal lists 215 HP, rear-wheel drive, 170 km of pure electric range on the NEDC cycle and more than 1,000 km of combined range with the range extender running.
The battery is 27.28 kWh, and Deepal says it charges from 30 to 80 per cent in 20 minutes on a DC fast charger. That small battery is the point of a range extender: you charge at home for daily driving, and the engine takes over on a long trip where chargers are scarce.
For a Pakistani driver who goes from Lahore to Islamabad once a month, that matters more than the headline electric range. Master Changan says it has begun volume production of the S05 locally, which its news page calls Pakistan's first locally assembled range-extended electric vehicle.
Deepal L07 and S07 come with a free 7kW home charger
The L07 sedan costs Rs 13,999,000 and the S07 SUV Rs 14,999,000. Both pages add an "Exclusive Launch Package" with a free 7kW wall mounted charger. Both use a 66.8 kWh CATL battery and charge from 30 to 80 per cent in 35 minutes on DC.
The sedan is Rs 1,000,000 cheaper than the SUV and claims 55 km more range, 540 km against 485 km. That difference is our arithmetic from the two pages. Both list 255 HP, rear-wheel drive and a 2,900 mm wheelbase.
A free wall charger is worth asking about in writing. Installation, wiring and any electricity connection upgrade may not be part of it, and the page does not say. Get the dealer to list what the launch package covers on your booking order.

The Deepal E07 costs Rs 19,000,000 and is the fastest
The E07 is listed at Rs 19,000,000. Deepal claims 590 HP, 645 Nm of torque, dual motor all-wheel drive, 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds and 590 km of NEDC range from an 89.98 kWh LFP battery.
Its page says the battery charges from 30 to 80 per cent in 15 minutes on a fast charger. Few public chargers in Pakistan deliver that power today, so expect slower charging on most of them. At this price the E07 sits against imported luxury electric cars, whose duty is covered in imported electric car excise duty.
What a Deepal costs on the road
The Deepal price includes freight and CVT. Registration, plates, token tax, insurance and any withholding tax are extra. Electric cars get different registration fees and token tax by province, so the on-road figure depends on where you register.
The provincial fees for battery cars are set out in how to register an electric car in Pakistan. Ask the dealer for an on-road quote that lists every item, and check that the launch package is written on it.
- Pick the model from the table above.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 1 November 2026. We read the S05, S07, L07 and E07 pages and the home page on deepal.com.pk, and Changan's news page on changan.com.pk, on 1 November 2026. Prices, power, range, battery size and charging times are Deepal's own figures; the price and range gaps are our arithmetic. We could not find an end date for the special offer, a warranty period for the battery or the details of the free charger installation, and we did not drive or charge any of these cars.
