DHO Kohistan Lower Jobs 2026 Through ETEA: 26 Paramedic Posts, Every Seat and the Last Date (Project 887)
DHO Kohistan Lower has 26 paramedic and technician posts on ETEA project 887 until 26 November 2026. See every seat, age 18 to 32, the Rs 700 fee and steps.

DHO Kohistan Lower jobs 2026 are open on ETEA project 887: 26 paramedic and technician posts, and the last date to apply online is Thursday 26 November 2026. The District Health Office, Lower Kohistan, wants Certified Technicians, PHC Technicians and one EPI Technician. Candidates from all of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa can apply, but Lower Kohistan domicile holders come first.
The project appeared at the top of the ETEA (Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency) jobs table after our list of ETEA projects 868 to 884 and the later HMC and Karak projects. We read the advert on etea.online on 28 October 2026. Below are all eight posts, the seat count for each, the quota, the fee and the steps, plus what to do if your form will not submit.
DHO Lower Kohistan has 26 posts across eight job titles
The advert lists eight job titles with 26 seats in total. Seven titles are in BPS-12 and one, the EPI Technician, is in BPS-06. The largest groups are PHC Technician MCH with 9 seats and PHC Technician MP with 7. Every post has an age limit of 18 to 32 years.
| Post | Scale | Seats | Age |
|---|---|---|---|
| CT Radiology | BPS-12 | 1 | 18 to 32 |
| CT Dental | BPS-12 | 2 | 18 to 32 |
| CT Pharmacy | BPS-12 | 4 | 18 to 32 |
| CT Pathology | BPS-12 | 1 | 18 to 32 |
| CT Cardiology | BPS-12 | 1 | 18 to 32 |
| PHC Technician MCH | BPS-12 | 9 | 18 to 32 |
| PHC Technician MP | BPS-12 | 7 | 18 to 32 |
| EPI Technician | BPS-06 | 1 | 18 to 32 |
CT stands for Certified Technician. MCH means mother and child health, and EPI is the Expanded Programme on Immunization, the vaccination programme. The total of 26 is our own sum of the seat column. The advert also says the number of posts can go up or down, as allotted by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Department.

You need science Matric and a two-year paramedic diploma
The minimum is a second division Secondary School Certificate in science and a two-year diploma in the relevant paramedical technology. The diploma must come from the KP Medical Faculty Peshawar or another recognised medical faculty. An FSc in medical technology in the same field also counts.
The table in the advert adds one more route for the MCH side: midwifery from a recognised nursing examination board with valid Pakistan Nursing Council registration as an LHV, or Lady Health Visitor. The advert prints this wording once for the whole table, so it does not say clearly which posts it applies to. If you hold an LHV registration and plan to apply for PHC Technician MCH, check with the District Health Office before you pay the fee.
Be eligible on the last date itself. The advert says candidates must meet every condition by the closing date, so a diploma result that arrives in December does not help.
Lower Kohistan domicile gets preference, then nearby districts
Applications are open to anyone with a Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile. Preference goes to Lower Kohistan domicile holders. If local candidates are not available, candidates from the adjacent or nearest districts are considered. The advert also reserves 10 per cent for women, 2 per cent for disabled candidates and 5 per cent for minorities.
Age relaxation follows the usual government rules. Government and semi-government employees must apply through proper channel, which means through their own office. There is no travel allowance for the test or the interview.
Apply on ETEA with an e-Sahulat verified CNIC
You apply only on the ETEA website. Before you can pay or submit, you must create an ETEA profile, print an e-Sahulat token and get your CNIC verified at any NADRA e-Sahulat franchise. The advert says that without this check you cannot apply for any post.
- Create your ETEA profile with your CNIC and a mobile number that has not been ported to another network.
- Print the e-Sahulat token from the ETEA website.
- Take the token and your CNIC to a NADRA e-Sahulat franchise and get the CNIC verified.
- Choose project 887, fill the form for one post and print the deposit slip with your token number and project code.
- Pay the test fee through 1Link and keep the original slip with the bank stamp.
- Repeat the form and fee for each extra post, because every post needs its own application.
Do not post any documents to ETEA. Shortlisted candidates later give attested copies to the DHO office in Lower Kohistan and bring originals with their CNIC to the interview.

The ETEA fee for these BPS-12 and BPS-06 posts is Rs 700
ETEA's own FAQ sets the recruitment fee at Rs 700 for BS-16 and below, Rs 900 for BPS-17 and Rs 1,000 for BS-18 and above. All 26 posts here are BPS-12 or BPS-06, so the fee should be Rs 700 a post. It is not refundable.
Two posts cost two fees. A candidate who applies for CT Pharmacy and CT Pathology pays Rs 1,400 in total. The amount printed on your deposit slip is the one ETEA's system expects, so read it before you pay. The test fee payment steps for every testing body show how a 1Link deposit works from a bank app.

When the form will not submit, check these four things first
Most failed ETEA applications come from an unverified CNIC, a ported mobile number, an unpaid slip or a missed date. Fix the verification first, because ETEA blocks the form until NADRA confirms your CNIC through the e-Sahulat token.
- CNIC not verified: go back to the e-Sahulat franchise with the same token. A new profile does not help.
- Ported number: the advert asks candidates not to give a ported or converted number. The roll number SMS may not reach it.
- Fee paid but status unchanged: keep the stamped slip and wait for the bank to post the payment before you pay again.
- Last day rush: the form opened on 26 October 2026 and closes on 26 November. Applications after the due date are not accepted.
Roll number slips come by SMS, and the test date, time and venue are printed only on the slip. The roll number slip download links include ETEA's page. Interview letters go only to shortlisted candidates, and results are also put up on the DHO Lower Kohistan notice board.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read the ETEA jobs table at etea.online on 28 October 2026, where project 887, DHO Kohistan Lower 2026, sits first with a last date of 26 November 2026, and the scanned advert linked from it (INF(P)5180/2026, signed by the District Health Officer, Lower Kohistan). We also read the fee answer on the ETEA FAQ page the same day. The advert does not give salaries, the test pattern or the exact posts that the LHV registration line covers, and we could not confirm those. Seat totals and the two-post fee example are our own arithmetic.
