Free Fire Redeem Code in Pakistan: How to Redeem on the Official Site, Every Rule and Error Fix
Redeem a Free Fire code in Pakistan on reward.ff.garena.com: log in, enter the 12 or 16 character code, find items in the Vault. See Garena's rules and fixes.

To use a Free Fire redeem code in Pakistan, open Garena's official rewards site, reward.ff.garena.com, log in with the Facebook, Google, Apple, VK or X account linked to your game, and enter the 12 or 16 character code. Items appear in the Vault tab in the game lobby. Guest accounts cannot redeem.
That is the whole process when it works. Most failures come from four things: a guest account, an expired code, a code typed with a wrong character, or a code that was never real. Each one has a fix or a clear answer below.
There is a second "redeem" in Free Fire that people mix up with this one. Topup.pk, Garena's Pakistan store, has a Redeem tab for paid Garena Card codes. We opened both pages on 24 October 2026 and read the rules Garena prints on each.
Free Fire redeem codes work only on reward.ff.garena.com
Garena's own name for the page is the Free Fire Rewards Redemption Site, at reward.ff.garena.com. Free event codes go there and nowhere else. It is a Garena page with Garena International's copyright, and you log in through the buttons it shows rather than a password box of its own.
Log in through one of the buttons the site shows. When we opened it, the login options were Facebook, VK, Google, Apple and X (Twitter). Pick the one your Free Fire account is bound to. If you pick a different one, the site will find no account, or the wrong one.
- Open reward.ff.garena.com in your browser.
- Log in with the account your Free Fire profile is bound to.
- Type or paste the code exactly, in capital letters, with no spaces.
- Confirm, and read the message the site shows.
- Open Free Fire and check the Vault tab in the lobby for items.

Gold or diamonds from a code do not go to the Vault. Garena's notice says they are added to your account wallet automatically. Restart the game if the balance has not changed.
The rewards site also has a Store link. It pointed to Garena's Singapore shop when we checked, which shows Singapore payment methods. Pakistani players should use topup.pk for any Free Fire diamonds top up, because it lists Pakistani wallets and SIM billing.
Garena's five redemption rules explain most errors
Garena prints five rules on the redemption page. Codes are 12 or 16 characters of capital letters and numbers. Items go to the Vault. Expired codes cannot be used. Problems go to customer service. Guest accounts cannot redeem until bound to Facebook or VK.
| Garena's rule | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Code has 12 or 16 characters, capital letters and numbers | A code of any other length, or with small letters or symbols, is not a real Free Fire code |
| Item rewards show in the Vault tab in the lobby | Look in the Vault, not in your inventory, after redeeming |
| Gold or diamonds add to the account wallet automatically | Restart the game to see the new balance |
| Expired codes cannot be redeemed | A code posted months ago will fail, whatever the video says |
| Guest accounts cannot redeem | Bind your account to Facebook or VK in the game first |

The page also says to contact customer service if you hit a problem. For Pakistan, the topup.pk Help Center link opens the Free Fire Pakistan support site.
Guest accounts must be bound before a code will work
A Free Fire guest account has no login the rewards site can use, so it cannot redeem anything. Garena's notice says to bind the account to Facebook or VK to receive rewards. Binding also protects the account if you lose or reset the phone.
Guest accounts are common on shared family phones and on phones set up by a shop. If you have played for months on a guest account, binding is worth doing today for that reason alone. A reset phone means a lost guest account, and Garena support has little to go on.
Bind from the in-game settings. Then come back to the rewards site and log in with that same Facebook or VK account. Garena's notice names only those two for guest accounts, though the site's login page also showed Google, Apple and X for already linked accounts.
A Garena Card code goes in the topup.pk Redeem tab instead
A Garena Card is a paid voucher, not a free event code. It is redeemed in the Redeem tab on topup.pk, Garena's Pakistan store. On 24 October that tab listed six values, from 35 diamonds for Rs 50 to 1,426 diamonds for Rs 2,000.
| Garena Card value on topup.pk | Diamonds |
|---|---|
| Rs 50 | 35 |
| Rs 100 | 70 |
| Rs 200 | 140 |
| Rs 500 | 355 |
| Rs 1,000 | 713 |
| Rs 2,000 | 1,426 |

Do not type a Garena Card code into reward.ff.garena.com, and do not type a free event code into topup.pk. Each page takes only its own kind of code.
Buy a card only from a seller you trust. A code that someone else has already used cannot be recovered, and topup.pk's FAQ says its transactions are final. If a paid top up goes missing, the steps for a Free Fire top up not received apply.
Real codes come from Garena, not from code generator sites
Real redeem codes are released by Garena itself, for its own events. A website or video that "generates" Free Fire codes, or promises unlimited diamonds from a code, is fake. The real rewards site never needs your password typed into a stranger's page.
The tricks are the same ones used for diamonds. A video shows a list of codes and a link. The link opens a lookalike page with a Facebook or Google login box. The login goes to the scammer, and the account is gone the same evening.
- Type reward.ff.garena.com yourself, or tap the link from Garena's own page.
- Never enter your Facebook or Google password on any page that is not the real login screen.
- Ignore codes with small letters, symbols, or a length other than 12 or 16.
- A code that worked for a friend may already have hit its limit.
If an account is stolen through a fake page, change the Facebook or Google password first, then follow the steps for reporting a cybercrime in Pakistan.
Common questions
What is the official Free Fire redeem code website?
Reward.ff.garena.com, which Garena calls the Free Fire Rewards Redemption Site. It carries Garena International's copyright.
Why does my Free Fire redeem code not work?
The usual reasons are a guest account, an expired code, a typing mistake, or a fake code. Real codes are 12 or 16 capital letters and numbers.
Where do redeemed items go?
Items go to the Vault tab in the game lobby. Gold and diamonds go straight into your account wallet.
Can I redeem a code on a guest account?
No. Garena says guest accounts cannot redeem rewards. Bind the account to Facebook or VK first, then log in with that account.
Is the topup.pk Redeem tab the same as the rewards site?
No. Topup.pk's Redeem tab is for paid Garena Card codes worth Rs 50 to Rs 2,000. Free event codes go on reward.ff.garena.com.
Do Free Fire redeem codes give free diamonds?
Some can. Garena's notice says gold or diamonds from a code are added to your wallet automatically, while item rewards go to the Vault.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked on 24 October 2026. The five redemption rules, the login options and the Store link are from Garena's Free Fire Rewards Redemption Site, opened in a browser. The Garena Card values are from the Redeem tab on topup.pk, and the final sale rule from its FAQ. We did not redeem a code, so we did not see the success or error messages, and we do not list current codes because we could not confirm any on a Garena page.
