Free Fire Top Up Easypaisa and JazzCash Down in Pakistan on 24 October: SIM Billing Works, 30% Off
Topup.pk closed Easypaisa and JazzCash for maintenance on 24 October. Jazz, Zong and Telenor billing work with 30% off diamonds. See every pack price and fix.

Free Fire top up with Easypaisa or JazzCash was not available on topup.pk early on Saturday 24 October 2026. Garena's Pakistan store marked Easypaisa, JazzCash, Konnect and Alfa "temporarily closed for maintenance". Jazz, Zong and Telenor mobile billing still worked, and those three carried a discount of up to 30% on diamonds.
The same wallet problem showed on the official Call of Duty: Mobile web store for Pakistan. Its banner said Easypaisa and JazzCash were "experiencing service interruptions" and told players to use another method. So this is not one game's glitch. Two separate official stores were refusing the same two wallets at the same time.
We loaded topup.pk at about 5:35 am PKT and the Call of Duty: Mobile store at about 5:45 am PKT on 24 October, then went through each payment option and each diamond pack. Below is what still works, what each pack costs on SIM billing today, and what to do if your wallet money already left.
Easypaisa and JazzCash are closed on topup.pk today
On 24 October, topup.pk listed four channels under "Not available channels", each marked temporarily closed for maintenance: Easypaisa, Konnect by HBL, Alfa and JazzCash. Only Zong DCB, Jazz Mobile Billing and Telenor Mobile Billing were open for Free Fire diamonds.
DCB means direct carrier billing. The price comes off your prepaid balance, or goes on your postpaid bill, instead of a wallet. Ufone was not on the list at all, so Ufone users have no SIM option on topup.pk.
| Payment method on topup.pk | Status at 5:35 am PKT, 24 October 2026 |
|---|---|
| Zong DCB | Open, marked PROMO |
| Jazz Mobile Billing | Open, marked PROMO and New |
| Telenor Mobile Billing | Open, marked PROMO |
| Easypaisa | Temporarily closed for maintenance |
| JazzCash | Temporarily closed for maintenance |
| Konnect by HBL | Temporarily closed for maintenance |
| Alfa | Temporarily closed for maintenance |

Garena did not say when the maintenance started or when it ends. We found no notice about it from Easypaisa or JazzCash either. The page says "temporarily", so check the store again before you pay.
SIM billing gives up to 30% off Free Fire diamonds
A topup.pk banner says diamonds are up to 30% off for a limited time on Zong, Jazz and Telenor billing. We checked every pack. Each one showed a SIM billing price exactly 30% below the regular price, for example 140 diamonds at Rs 154 instead of Rs 220.
The banner gives no end date. It says "limited time only", which could mean days or weeks. If you were going to buy diamonds anyway this month, the SIM route is cheaper than the wallet route was, as long as the offer lasts.
| Diamonds | SIM billing price today | Regular price shown |
|---|---|---|
| 13 | Rs 15.40 | Rs 22 |
| 35 | Rs 38.50 | Rs 55 |
| 70 | Rs 77 | Rs 110 |
| 140 | Rs 154 | Rs 220 |
| 355 | Rs 385 | Rs 550 |
| 713 | Rs 770 | Rs 1,100 |
| 1,426 | Rs 1,540 | Rs 2,200 |
| 3,565 | Rs 3,850 | Rs 5,500 |
| 7,130 | Rs 7,700 | Rs 11,000 |
| 14,260 | Rs 15,400 | Rs 22,000 |

The memberships were not discounted the same way. Weekly Membership showed Rs 374, Monthly Membership Rs 1,518 and Weekly Lite Rs 220 on all three networks, with no second price beside them.
Prepaid users need enough balance before they start. A 1,426 diamond pack at Rs 1,540 will fail on a SIM holding Rs 1,000. Networks can also cap how much one SIM spends on carrier billing, so if a big pack is refused with enough balance, try two smaller packs.
Call of Duty Mobile players face the same wallet outage
The official Call of Duty: Mobile web store for Pakistan showed a red banner saying Easypaisa and JazzCash were experiencing service interruptions. Both wallets were marked Maintenance. Card payments and HBL Konnect were the only two methods it still offered.
That store is run by Coda Payments on Activision's behalf, while topup.pk is Garena's own. Two different operators showing the same two wallets as down points to a problem on the wallet side, not inside one game. We cannot confirm that, because neither wallet had published anything we could find.
PUBG Mobile's Midasbuy store for Pakistan still listed Easypaisa, JazzCash, Jazz, Zong, Ufone and cards in its payment filter. We did not try a checkout there, so we cannot say whether a wallet payment would have gone through. The Call of Duty store still sold its Call of Duty Mobile CP packs to card and Konnect users, from 88 CP for Rs 300.
Five ways to buy diamonds while the wallets are down
Use Jazz, Zong or Telenor billing on topup.pk, which is also the cheapest route today. Other options are a Garena Card code in the Redeem tab, or the in-game Shop with a debit card on Google Play or your Apple ID.
- Open topup.pk from the top-up button on the Free Fire Pakistan website, not from a search ad.
- Log in with your Player ID, or with the Facebook, Google or other account linked to your game.
- Pick a diamond pack and check that the price shows the SIM billing discount.
- Choose Jazz Mobile Billing, Zong DCB or Telenor Mobile Billing and enter your number.
- Approve with the code sent to your SIM, then open Free Fire and check your diamond balance.

The Redeem tab on topup.pk takes Garena Card codes. It listed six values: 35 diamonds for Rs 50, 70 for Rs 100, 140 for Rs 200, 355 for Rs 500, 713 for Rs 1,000 and 1,426 for Rs 2,000. Buy a card only from a seller you trust, because a used code cannot be recovered.
The in-game Shop charges through Google Play or Apple, and both take cards only in Pakistan. A wallet's own debit card can work there, because paying on Google Play with JazzCash or Easypaisa really means using the wallet's Visa or Mastercard card. On a normal day, a Free Fire diamonds top up on topup.pk also takes Easypaisa, JazzCash and Konnect.
Money taken but no diamonds needs a Garena ticket
If Easypaisa or JazzCash took your money before the channel closed and no diamonds arrived, check your topup.pk transaction history first. Garena's FAQ says a successful transaction with no diamonds goes to its customer service, and all topup.pk sales are final.
Keep the wallet SMS with the transaction ID, and take a screenshot of the topup.pk history page. If the wallet shows the money gone but topup.pk shows nothing, raise it with your wallet's helpline as well. Those two cases are the usual causes of a Free Fire top up not received, and each goes to a different desk.
Do not pay a stranger to "load" diamonds while the wallets are down. Outages are when fake sellers get busy on WhatsApp and TikTok, because they know buyers are stuck.
Common questions
Why is Easypaisa not showing on topup.pk today?
Topup.pk marked Easypaisa, JazzCash, Konnect and Alfa "temporarily closed for maintenance" on the morning of 24 October 2026. Garena gave no reason or end time.
Can I top up Free Fire with Jazz balance?
Yes. Jazz Mobile Billing was open on topup.pk on 24 October, along with Zong and Telenor billing. Ufone was not listed.
Is the 30% discount real?
Yes, on topup.pk itself. Every diamond pack showed a SIM billing price 30% below its regular price, for example 355 diamonds at Rs 385 instead of Rs 550.
Are Free Fire memberships discounted on SIM billing?
No discount was shown. Weekly Membership was Rs 374, Monthly Membership Rs 1,518 and Weekly Lite Rs 220 on all three networks.
When will Easypaisa and JazzCash come back on topup.pk?
Garena did not say. Open the payment step on topup.pk again before you pay; a channel that is back simply moves out of the "Not available channels" list.
Is Call of Duty Mobile affected too?
Yes. The official Call of Duty: Mobile store for Pakistan said Easypaisa and JazzCash had service interruptions and offered cards and HBL Konnect instead.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked at about 5:35 am to 5:55 am PKT on 24 October 2026, and again at 6:13 am PKT, when both stores still showed the two wallets down. We loaded topup.pk in a browser, read the channel status and selected every diamond pack and membership to read its price on each SIM billing channel. The 30% banner and the Garena Card values are from the same page, and the no refund rule is from its FAQ. The wallet banner is from the official Call of Duty: Mobile web store for Pakistan, and the Midasbuy method list from its Pakistan PUBG Mobile page. Our connection was outside Pakistan, so we cannot rule out that a store shows channels differently by location. We could not find any notice from Easypaisa or JazzCash, and we did not make a payment.
