To file a JazzCash complaint, call 4444 from a Jazz number or 111-124-444 from any phone, send a WhatsApp message to 0325-4444786, or email complaints@jazzcash.com.pk. If JazzCash does not fix it, take it to the State Bank of Pakistan on its Sunwai portal. Below you will find which channel suits which problem, what to have ready, and the deadlines JazzCash has to meet.

We read the JazzCash contact page on 24 October 2026. It lists two helplines, a WhatsApp number, a complaint email, an online form, and a regulatory escalation route. It also asks you to keep your CNIC and registered mobile number ready before you call.

JazzCash has five official complaint channels

JazzCash takes complaints by phone on 4444 or 111-124-444, on WhatsApp at 0325-4444786, by email at complaints@jazzcash.com.pk, and through the form on its contact page. Agents and retailers have a separate line, 1344, from a Jazz number.

The UAN appears as 111-124-444 on the contact page and as 051-111-124-444 in the money transfer section of the same site. From a mobile, dial it with the 051 code to be safe.

Call 4444 first when money has left your wallet

Phone is the fastest route when money is moving, because an agent can block the account or a card while you are on the line. WhatsApp and email are better when you need a written trail, such as a failed transfer that was not reversed.

That is the practical split. For a stolen phone, a wrong transfer that just went out, or a call from someone asking for your PIN, ring 4444 straight away. For a refund that is already late, write it down on WhatsApp or email so you have a timestamp and a reference.

JazzCash's money transfer section says a failed transfer is reversed to your wallet automatically. If the money is not back within 24 hours, it tells you to call the helpline. After that, the State Bank's rules for money deducted when a payment failed set the longer deadlines.

Have five details ready before you complain

Keep your CNIC number, registered mobile number, the transaction ID from the SMS or receipt, the amount, and the date and time ready. JazzCash's contact page asks for the CNIC and mobile number; the rest helps the agent find the transaction quickly.

  1. Open the JazzCash app or your SMS inbox and copy the transaction ID.
  2. Note the amount, date, time and the receiver's number, account or CNIC.
  3. Take a screenshot of the receipt or the error message.
  4. Call 4444, or write to WhatsApp 0325-4444786 or complaints@jazzcash.com.pk.
  5. Ask for a complaint reference number and write it down.
  6. Keep every SMS JazzCash sends about the complaint.

The reference number matters more than people think. Without it, the State Bank cannot trace your complaint later, and you may have to start again.

Steps to file a JazzCash complaint with a transaction ID and reference number

The State Bank sets the deadline JazzCash must meet

The State Bank of Pakistan requires banks and microfinance banks to acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours, settle minor ones within 7 working days, and close every complaint within 15 days. Fraud complaints get a final reply within 30 days.

These timelines come from the State Bank's consumer protection page, which we read on 24 October 2026. A complaint that needs detailed checking, such as fraud or embezzlement, gets an interim reply after 10 working days.

StageDeadline under SBP rules
AcknowledgementWithin 48 hours
Interim reply on complex casesAfter 10 working days
Minor complaint, final replyWithin 7 working days
Any complaint, final disposalWithin 15 days
Fraud complaint, final replyWithin 30 days
State Bank of Pakistan complaint deadlines: 48 hours, 7 working days, 15 days and 30 days for fraud

Escalate to SBP Sunwai if JazzCash does not resolve it

If JazzCash misses the deadline or you disagree with its answer, file on the State Bank's Sunwai portal at sunwai.sbp.org.pk, or call its Consumer Protection Department on 021-111-727-273. Quote your JazzCash complaint reference number so the case can be traced.

JazzCash's own contact page names three escalation routes: SBP Sunwai, the State Bank's Consumer Protection Department at cpd.helpdesk@sbp.org.pk, and the Banking Mohtasib. The State Bank's page says microfinance customers do not fall within the Banking Mohtasib's jurisdiction and should approach the State Bank instead.

Our advice is simple. Go to Sunwai first, because the State Bank accepts wallet and microfinance complaints. The steps for complaining on the SBP Sunwai portal take about ten minutes, and the reasons the Mohtasib may turn you away are in wallet complaints going to SBP rather than the Mohtasib.

JazzCash never asks for your PIN or OTP

JazzCash states on its contact page that it will never ask for your PIN, OTP or password. Any caller who does is not JazzCash, even if the number looks official. Report such a call or message on 4444.

Fake helpline numbers are a real problem. Scammers post look-alike numbers on social media and answer as "JazzCash support", then ask you to read out a code. Only use the numbers printed on jazzcash.com.pk. If a fraudster already took money, the steps for an unauthorised JazzCash transfer explain how to claim it back.

Forgot your own PIN? That is not a complaint. You can reset a forgotten JazzCash MPIN yourself in a few minutes.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

Last checked 24 October 2026. We read the JazzCash contact page and the money transfer section of jazzcash.com.pk on 24 October 2026 for the helplines, WhatsApp number, email, form fields, the 24 hour reversal note and the escalation routes. We read the State Bank of Pakistan's consumer protection page the same day for complaint deadlines and the Banking Mohtasib rule for microfinance customers. We did not file a complaint or test response times. JazzCash's FAQ page returned an error when we tried it, so we could not read it.
