Experience is the gate most applicants fail
Every KTH post asks for experience after your degree, from one year for HR Assistant and Finance Assistant to ten years for a Boiler Sub-Engineer with only a matric. Fresh graduates qualify for almost nothing here. Count your years before you apply.
Several rows add preferences on top of the minimum. HR posts prefer experience in a tertiary care or teaching hospital. Admission Assistant prefers people who have handled admissions and discharges under the Sehat Card. The Data Analyst must know SPSS, Minitab or business intelligence tools, and the Cashier must handle cash and use a computer well.
The advert also warns that any qualification you claim but cannot prove will not be accepted. Bring one set of attested copies of every document to the interview, along with the originals.

- Keep the bank-stamped candidate copy and share it with nobody.
- Download your roll number slip from etea.edu.pk when ETEA sends an SMS.

The fee, the contract and the pay grade
The KTH advert does not print the fee or the salary. ETEA's website lists Rs 500 for BS-16 and BS-17 posts, but KTH uses its own G grades, so read the fee on your deposit slip. Pay is set by the MTI-KTH salary structure for each grade.
All 20 posts are three-year contracts, extendable on performance. KTH is an autonomous Medical Teaching Institution run by a Board of Governors under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015.
