KIBOR for every tenor on 4 November 2026
The State Bank's sheet for 4 November 2026 gives seven tenors, from 1 week to 1 year. Offer rates run from 12.37% for 1 week to 13.04% for 1 year. Bid rates are 0.25 to 0.50 point lower. The sheet names Refinitiv as its data source.
| Tenor | Bid, 4 Nov | Offer, 4 Nov | Offer, 3 Nov | Offer, 2 Nov |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 week | 11.87% | 12.37% | 12.38% | 12.39% |
| 2 weeks | 11.89% | 12.39% | 12.39% | 12.39% |
| 1 month | 11.93% | 12.43% | 12.43% | 12.43% |
| 3 months | 12.19% | 12.44% | 12.45% | 12.46% |
| 6 months | 12.42% | 12.67% | 12.67% | 12.68% |
| 9 months | 12.48% | 12.98% | 12.99% | 12.98% |
| 1 year | 12.54% | 13.04% | 13.03% | 13.03% |

The State Bank's home page showed the same three headline tenors under "KIBOR As on 04-Nov-26" when we checked it early on 5 November: 3 months 12.19% and 12.44%, 6 months 12.42% and 12.67%, 12 months 12.54% and 13.04%. Those match the PDF sheet exactly.
KIBOR barely moved in the first week of November
Across 2, 3 and 4 November, no offer rate moved by more than 0.02 point. The 3 month rate slipped from 12.46% to 12.44%, and the 1 week rate from 12.39% to 12.37%. The 1 year rate edged up to 13.04%.
These are very small moves. They show the market has settled after the State Bank's rate decision of 26 October, and is not pricing a fresh change before the next meeting. In plain words, a loan that resets this week will reset at almost the same rate as one that reset on Monday.
One number behind this is the overnight rate. The State Bank's home page gave the weighted average overnight repo rate as 12.02% on 3 November, very close to the 12% policy rate. When overnight money costs about the policy rate, short KIBOR tenors tend to sit just above it, as they do now.
The sheets for the days before are in KIBOR on 2 November and KIBOR on 30 October, and every day of last month is in the KIBOR history for October 2026.
KIBOR is up about a quarter to half a point since the rate rise
On 23 October, before the State Bank's decision, 6 month KIBOR was 12.41% and 3 month KIBOR 12.00%. By 4 November they were 12.67% and 12.44%. The short end rose the most, because the policy rate went up by 0.50 point to 12% from 27 October.
| Tenor, offer | 23 October 2026 | 4 November 2026 | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 week | 11.86% | 12.37% | Up 0.51 |
| 1 month | 11.93% | 12.43% | Up 0.50 |
| 3 months | 12.00% | 12.44% | Up 0.44 |
| 6 months | 12.41% | 12.67% | Up 0.26 |
| 1 year | 12.75% | 13.04% | Up 0.29 |

The State Bank's corridor now runs from an 11% floor to a 13% ceiling, with the policy rate at 12%. Longer tenors had already priced in part of the rise before the meeting, which is why the 6 month and 1 year rates moved less than the 1 week and 1 month rates.
A KIBOR loan of Rs 10 lakh costs about Rs 217 a month more than in October
If your loan resets on 6 month KIBOR, the 0.26 point rise since 23 October adds about Rs 2,600 a year on every Rs 10 lakh you still owe. That is roughly Rs 217 a month. Your bank's margin stays the same. Only the KIBOR part moves, and only on your reset date.
That figure is our own arithmetic on the State Bank's rates, not a quote from any bank. Most car, home and business loans are priced as KIBOR plus a fixed margin, and the margin and reset dates are written in your loan agreement. A loan on 3 month KIBOR feels a bigger change, about Rs 4,400 a year per Rs 10 lakh, because that tenor rose 0.44 point.
The same benchmark helps some savers. Floating term deposits that pay "KIBID minus a margin" rise when KIBOR rises. KIBID is the bid column in the first table.
How to check your loan rate against today's KIBOR
Find which tenor your loan uses, usually 3 or 6 month KIBOR, and the date it last reset. Then add your bank's margin to the offer rate for that tenor on the reset date. The answer is the yearly rate you pay until the next reset.
- Open your loan agreement or your latest statement and note the benchmark, for example "6 month KIBOR plus 3%".
- Note your last and next reset dates.
- Open the State Bank's KIBOR sheet for the reset date and read the offer rate for your tenor.
- Add your margin. That is your new yearly rate.
- Multiply your outstanding balance by the change in KIBOR to see the yearly difference, then divide by 12.
- If the bank used a different rate, ask it in writing which sheet and date it used.

The "plus 3%" above is only an example. Banks set margins customer by customer, and we did not check any bank's margin for this article.
What comes next for KIBOR in November
The next Treasury bill auction is on 11 November, and its result will feed into the short tenors. The State Bank's last T-bill cut-off yields, on 28 October, were 12.43% for 3 months, 12.65% for 6 months and 12.89% for 12 months, close to today's KIBOR.
The State Bank will be closed on Monday 9 November for Allama Iqbal Day, its BPRD Circular Letter No. 23 of 2026 says, so expect no KIBOR sheet that day. The next monetary policy meeting is on 14 December 2026, covered in the next SBP meeting date. Until then, daily moves of 0.01 to 0.05 point, like this week's, are normal.
