Kling 4.0 in Pakistan: What Is Live, Plans and How to Pay
Kling 4.0 is not fully out yet. We checked Kling's own site from Pakistan: what is live, what each plan costs in dollars, and how to sign up and pay safely.

Kling 4.0, the new AI video model from China's Kuaishou, is not fully out yet. On 1 October 2026 Kling's own app says the model is "coming soon", and only Ultra yearly subscribers get early access to a lighter version called Kling 4.0 Flash. Everyone in Pakistan can sign up for Kling today, but most people will be using Kling 3.0 until the full release.
We opened klingai.com and its app from a Pakistani connection on 1 October 2026. Both loaded normally, with prices in US dollars. The plans run from a free Basic tier to an Ultra plan at $159.99 a month after the first-month offer. Kling 4.0 has been reported as announced on 27 September, with the full launch due in October.

Kling 4.0 is announced, and only Flash is live for some users
Kling 4.0 is in early access, not on general release. Kling's app shows a banner saying Kling 4.0 is "coming soon" and that the Ultra annual subscription gets early access to Kling 4.0 Flash. The developer site says the Kling 4.0 API is "coming soon" too.
That matters before you pay. A monthly Standard or Pro plan bought today does not unlock Kling 4.0 Flash, according to the banner we read. It gives you the current models, which Kling lists as Kling 3.0 and 3.0 Omni, plus its image and motion tools.
Kuaishou is a Hong Kong listed company that runs a large short video app in China. Its investor relations site carries the earlier launch: Kling 3.0 came out on 5 February 2026. The same site said in January 2026 that Kling had reached an annualised revenue run rate of $240 million in December 2025. We found no investor release about Kling 4.0 on that site on 1 October.
Kling 4.0 makes longer clips with more control
Kling's own developer page describes Kling 4.0 in one line: dynamic motion, Omni reference, native 30 second generation and multiple keyframes. So one prompt can produce a 30 second clip, and you can guide it with several reference images and fixed frames along the way.
Some details come only from reports, not from Kling's pages. Those reports say:
- Clips run from 3 to 30 seconds, up to 4K.
- The model follows up to 10 keyframes and up to 15 references, mixing images, video clips, saved elements and voice.
- Kling 4.0 Flash makes clips of up to 20 seconds at 720p.
Treat those figures as reported until Kling publishes its own specification at the full launch. The 30 second length is the one claim Kling itself makes on its site. For a shop making a product reel, that means fewer clips to stitch together.
Kling plans and prices for Pakistani users
Kling sells monthly credits in dollars. On 1 October 2026 its membership page showed four paid plans, each with a cheaper first month, and a free Basic plan. Video generation spends credits, and bigger plans pay less per 100 credits.
| Plan | First month | Then each month | Credits a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | Free | Free | None included |
| Standard | $6.99 | $8.80 | 660 |
| Pro | $25.99 | $32.56 | 3,000 |
| Premier | $64.99 | $80.96 | 8,000 |
| Ultra | $127.99 | $159.99 | 26,000 |
The page lists the full price before the offer as $10, $37, $92 and $180 a month. It says the first-month offer can be used once and that monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. The yearly tab shows a 34% discount, and the page's own price data lists the Ultra yearly plan at $1,429.99. That is the only route to Kling 4.0 Flash right now, and a lot of money for early access. Prices change often, so check the plan page on the day you pay.
How to sign up for Kling and pay from Pakistan
You sign up on Kling's own site and pay in dollars with a card that works for international online payments. Your bank converts the amount to rupees at its own rate and may add its own charges, so the rupee cost is higher than the dollar price.
- Go to klingai.com yourself. Do not follow ads or links from unknown pages.
- Create an account and try the free Basic plan first.
- Open the membership page and pick monthly or yearly.
- Pay with a debit or credit card enabled for international e-commerce, or a dollar virtual card.
- Check your bank SMS for the rupee amount, then turn off auto-renewal if you only want one month.

Many Pakistani cards need international online payments switched on in the banking app first. If yours fails, the services in paying in dollars from Pakistan with a virtual card are one way round it. We did not complete a payment, so we cannot say which local cards Kling accepts.
Lookalike Kling 4.0 sites are not run by Kuaishou
Several websites with "Kling 4" in their address sell access to Kling 4.0. They are not Kling's official site. The official addresses are klingai.com and its app at app.klingai.com, and Kling's own pages also refer to kling.ai.

Buy from one of those and you have no deal with Kling, so Kling owes you nothing if the credits vanish. If a site claims full Kling 4.0 access today for every plan, that alone tells you it is not Kling, because Kling's own app says otherwise.
Kling is not the only option. Google's video model is covered in Google Veo 3 in Pakistan, and the free tiers of the big chat assistants are compared in ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude free plans in Pakistan.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read Kling's app home page, membership plan page and developer page, and Kuaishou's investor relations site, on 1 October 2026 from Pakistan. Prices are as shown to a visitor who was not signed in, on monthly billing. The announcement date, clip length up to 4K, keyframe and reference counts and Flash specification are reported, not confirmed on Kling's own pages.
