LWMC Complaint Number Lahore: 1139, Head Office Phone, Bin Request and Housing Society Service
The LWMC complaint number is 1139, and the Egerton Road head office answers on 042-99205153. Request a new waste bin online and fix society garbage problems.

The LWMC complaint number in Lahore is 1139, the free helpline of the Lahore Waste Management Company, now run as Suthra Punjab Agency Lahore. For anything that is not a missed pickup, the head office on Egerton Road answers on 042-99205153 to 55. LWMC also takes requests for a new waste bin online, works with private housing societies under service agreements, and runs special clean-up plans for Eid-ul-Azha and big events. Here is which route fits your problem, and what to do when a complaint goes nowhere.
We read the LWMC website, including its bin request form, contact page and service pages, on 25 October 2026.
Call 1139 for missed garbage, heaps and sweeping in Lahore
LWMC's own pages end with one line: "Need help? Dial Helpline 1139." That number covers missed door-to-door collection, garbage heaps, overflowing containers and streets that have not been swept. It is free from any Pakistani mobile or landline.
The same 1139 number also serves the Punjab-wide Suthra Punjab programme. LWMC's waste collection page now introduces the company as Suthra Punjab Agency Lahore, which is the name you may hear on the call.
Suthra Punjab also runs an online complaint form and an app with a complaint ID you can track, and how that works is explained in reporting missed garbage on 1139 across Punjab.

The LWMC head office is on Egerton Road
LWMC's head office is on the 4th floor of Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore. The company lists its phone as +92 42 99205153 to 55 and its email as info@lwmc.com.pk. Use the office for bins, society agreements and complaints that 1139 has not fixed.

You can request a new waste bin online
LWMC has a Request a Bin form on its website. It asks for five things: your name, email, phone number, the location or area, and location details. There is no fee shown on the form, and LWMC does not say how long a request takes.
- Open lwmc.com.pk/request-bin on your phone or computer.
- Type your name, a working email and a mobile number LWMC can call back.
- In "Location / Area", give the block and area, for example "Block C, Faisal Town".
- In "Location details", describe the exact spot and why a bin is needed: a market corner, a street with no container, or a heap that keeps coming back.
- Submit, then save a screenshot of what you sent. If nothing happens in a week, call 1139 and say you filed a bin request.

A landmark helps the crew more than a house number. "Opposite the mosque gate, next to the transformer" is the kind of detail that gets a container placed in the right spot.
Housing societies get LWMC service through a written agreement
LWMC serves private and cooperative housing societies, gated communities and industrial estates through formal Service Level Agreements. These cover bulk containers, compactor lifting schedules, transfer station access and disposal at landfill sites, and LWMC assigns liaison staff to society committees.
This matters if you live in a newer society on Lahore's edge and the garbage piles up on an empty plot. The agreement is between LWMC and the society's management, not individual residents, so the first call is to your society office. Ask whether it has an agreement with LWMC, and if not, point them to the LWMC housing society service page.
LWMC does not publish what an agreement costs. That figure has to come from the company.
Eid-ul-Azha and big events run on special clean-up plans
LWMC says its largest operation is Eid-ul-Azha, when more than 3,000 vehicles clear sacrificial animal waste. Before Eid it hands out biodegradable offal bags door to door, and it runs helpline desks and camps across Lahore's towns during the holiday.
The same contingency plans run during Muharram processions, Eid Milad-un-Nabi, PSL matches, marathons and state visits. If offal or event waste is left in your street after one of these, report it on 1139 the same day. Waste left a day longer turns a quick pickup into a health problem.

Sewer and drain problems go to WASA, not LWMC
LWMC handles solid waste: garbage, sweeping and containers. A blocked sewer, an overflowing manhole or dirty tap water is a WASA Lahore job. Calling 1139 about a sewer wastes a day, because it has to be passed on.
For those problems, use the numbers in reporting a blocked sewer to WASA Lahore. Small open drains are a grey area: Suthra Punjab's complaint form lists desilting of open drains up to two feet wide, so try 1139 first for those.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read the LWMC home page, contact page, Request a Bin form and its waste collection, special occasions and housing society pages on lwmc.com.pk on 25 October 2026. The drain desilting detail comes from Suthra Punjab's complaint form, which we read on 29 September 2026. LWMC does not publish bin request timelines or society agreement fees, and we did not submit a request ourselves.
