MTI Mardan Jobs 2026: 68 Posts Through ETEA Incl. 29 Ward Clerks, Last Date 31 October

MTI Mardan, the Mardan Medical Complex, has advertised 68 contract posts through ETEA, and the last date to apply is 31 October 2026. The biggest openings are 29 Ward Clerks and 27 Clinical Technicians, followed by 6 Bed Management Supervisors and 6 Finance Cashiers.

That gives you one week from today. Seven of the technician seats, in cardiology for the accident and emergency department, are for women only. MTI Mardan has 68 seats in four jobs

Ward Clerk has 29 seats and Clinical Technician 27, split across surgical, pharmacy, anaesthesia and cardiology. Bed Management Supervisor and Finance Cashier have 6 each. All are contract posts on MTI grades 4 to 6, not BPS civil service posts.

Ward Clerk needs a bachelor's degree and one or two years of work

A Ward Clerk needs a 14-year bachelor's in computer science or management sciences plus one year of work after the degree. Any other 14-year bachelor's works if you also hold an IT diploma from the KP technical board and have two years of work.

On top of that, MTI Mardan asks for MS Office skills and typing of at least 30 words a minute. Experience in a tertiary care hospital is preferred. The same 30 words a minute applies to Finance Cashier, which needs a 14-year bachelor's in finance, IT or another subject and two years of work in a registered organisation.

Typing speed is easy to overclaim and easy to test. If you are at 22 words a minute today, a week of daily practice is a better use of time than a second application.

Clinical Technicians need matric science and a medical diploma

All four technician jobs need matric with science and a diploma in that field from a recognised medical faculty, or a BS in the relevant technology from an HEC-recognised university. Hospital experience is preferred, not required.

Apply for the specialty your diploma names. A surgical technology diploma does not qualify you for pharmacy, and the scrutiny after the test will catch it. The cardiology seats for the accident and emergency department are reserved for female candidates.

Bed Management Supervisor is the most senior of the four. It needs a 16-year degree such as BBA, MBA or BCS, an IT diploma from the KP technical board, and at least two years of administrative work, preferably in a tertiary care hospital. A health diploma or certificate is an advantage.

Apply online on etea.edu.pk under project 875 before 31 October. Verify your CNIC at NADRA e-Sahulat first, fill the form, print the deposit slip and pay the fee through the Easypaisa app or a UBL branch through a UBL Omni agent.

1. Create a profile on ETEA's apply page with your CNIC and a mobile number in your name.
2. Print the e-Sahulat token and verify it at a NADRA e-Sahulat franchise.
3. Select project 875, MTI Mardan 2026, and your post.
4. Submit and print the deposit slip showing your token number and project code.
5. Pay the non-refundable fee through the Easypaisa app or at a UBL branch via UBL Omni.
6. Keep the stamped candidate copy, and wait for ETEA's SMS to download your roll number slip.

The contract rules you accept when you join

The jobs are contract posts governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Act 2015 and the MTI's own regulations. If selected, you become a full-time hospital employee and must resign from any other job, including a government post.

The advert sets no age limit and no domicile rule, which is unusual. It does not state the salary or the test fee either. ETEA's website lists a Rs 500 fee for BS-16 and BS-17 posts but nothing for MTI grades, so read the figure on your deposit slip. No travel allowance is paid for the test or interview.

MTI Nowshera has five more posts until 2 November

MTI Nowshera, which runs Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex and Nowshera Medical College, wants a Human Resource Officer, Personnel Assistant, Accounts Officer, Cashier and System and Network Support Technician. All are three-year contracts for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile holders, including the merged districts.

That advert is ETEA project 872 and closes on 2 November 2026. It does not give seat numbers. HR Officer needs a 16-year BBA or MBA in HR and three years' experience. Cashier needs a 16-year BBA or B.Com and one year handling cash. The fee goes through OneLink.
