The Accounts Officer must know computerised accounting, ERP or HMIS finance modules and MS Excel. The Cashier needs HMIS or ERP data entry. The technician should have A+, Network+ or Cisco CCT certification, which is preferred but not required. Put these on your form if you have them.

HMIS means a hospital management information system, the software a hospital uses for patient bills and records. ERP is a business system that ties accounts, stores and payroll together. The Cashier advert also prefers a Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) from a recognised board.

For the technician, the advert lists structured cabling, network troubleshooting and the upkeep of desktops, printers and scanners. Shortlisting checks your experience against this list, so describe any hardware and network work clearly on the form.

Only KP and merged district domiciles can apply

The advert invites candidates with a Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile, including the merged districts of the former FATA. It prints no age limit for any post, though it says age relaxation follows government rules. Ask the MTI's human resource office if your age is a concern.

You must meet every condition by 2 November, the closing date. Government and semi-government employees apply through proper channel. Anybody applying for more than one post must fill a separate form and pay a separate fee for each. There is no travel allowance for the test or interview.

Apply on ETEA before Monday 2 November

You apply only on etea.edu.pk. Create an ETEA profile, print the e-Sahulat token and get your CNIC verified at a NADRA e-Sahulat franchise first. Then fill the form for project 872, print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable fee through 1Link.

2. Print the e-Sahulat token and verify your CNIC at a NADRA e-Sahulat franchise.
3. Open project 872, MTI Nowshera 2026, and choose one post.
4. Print the deposit slip with your token number and project code.
5. Pay through 1Link and keep the original slip safely, as the advert says you will need it later.

ETEA's FAQ sets the fee at Rs 700 for BS-16 and below, Rs 900 for BPS-17 or equivalent and Rs 1,000 for BS-18 and above. MTI posts use the institution's own scale, and the advert does not give one, so pay the amount on your slip. Do not send documents to ETEA. Shortlisted candidates show them at scrutiny or interview.
