HMC Peshawar Jobs 2026 Through ETEA: 5 Posts, Last Date 15 November, Plus 8 Karak Court Posts (Projects 885 and 886)

Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC) Peshawar has opened five kinds of contract jobs through ETEA project 885, and the last date to apply is 15 November 2026. Candidates from all over Pakistan can apply. On the same day, the Senior Civil Judge's office in Karak opened 8 Process Server posts through ETEA project 886, closing on 25 November 2026, for Karak residents only.

Both are new on the ETEA (Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency) jobs table since our list of ETEA projects 868 to 884. We read both adverts on etea.online on 27 October 2026. Online forms opened on 25 October. Below are the posts, the rules, the fee and the steps, plus four older projects whose deadlines moved.

HMC Peshawar has five contract posts open until 15 November 2026

The Medical Teaching Institution Hayatabad Medical Complex and KGMC Peshawar advertised a Finance Officer, a Quality Assurance Officer, a Human Resource Officer, a Speech Therapist and Junior Clinical Technicians or Technologists. All five are contract jobs, extendable for three years. Applications close on 15 November 2026.

The technician post covers three fields: ophthalmology, neurology and pulmonology. IPS is the institution's own pay scale, used by Medical Teaching Institutions in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The advert does not say how many seats each post has, and it does not give salaries.

Karak's court has 8 Process Server posts for Matric holders

The Senior Civil Judge (Admin) Karak advertised 8 posts of Piyada, or Process Server, in BPS-05. You need Matric, an age of 18 to 35 and permanent residence in District Karak. The quota is 5 on merit, 2 for women and 1 for minorities. The last date is 25 November 2026.

A process server delivers court summons and notices. The advert is in Urdu and counts age on 1 January 2026, with relaxation under the usual rules. Government employees must apply through their office and bring a no objection certificate before appointment. For other district court openings, the KP district court jobs through ETEA list Upper Chitral, Bannu, Mansehra and Kohat.

Both adverts need an ETEA profile and a NADRA e-Sahulat check first

Before you can pay or apply for either project, you must create a profile on the ETEA website, print an e-Sahulat token and get your CNIC verified at any NADRA e-Sahulat franchise. Without that verification, both adverts say, you cannot apply for any post.

1. Create your ETEA profile with your CNIC and a mobile number that has not been ported to another network.
2. Print the e-Sahulat token from the ETEA website.
3. Take the token and your CNIC to a NADRA e-Sahulat franchise and get the CNIC verified.
4. Fill the online form for project 885 or 886 and print the deposit slip with your token number and project code.
5. Pay the test fee through Easypaisa or 1Link. Keep the original slip with the bank stamp, and do not share it.

HMC asks for a separate application and fee for each post. Do not post any documents to ETEA. You show originals only if you pass the screening test and are called for interview.

The ETEA fee is Rs 700 for BS-16 and below

ETEA's own FAQ page sets the recruitment fee at Rs 700 for BS-16 and below, Rs 900 for BPS-17, and Rs 1,000 for BS-18 and above. The Karak post is BPS-05, so its fee should be Rs 700. The fee is not refundable.

The HMC posts are on the IPS scale, and neither the advert nor the FAQ converts IPS grades to BPS. Read the amount printed on your deposit slip before you pay rather than assuming Rs 700. If the slip shows a different figure, the slip is what ETEA's system expects.

Four older ETEA projects now close on 27 October

When we read the ETEA table on 24 October, projects 865, 866, 868 and 870 closed on 25 October. On 27 October the same table showed 27 October for all four. That gives anybody who missed them until today.

ETEA did not post a notice explaining the change. We saw it only by comparing the two readings of the same table, so check the date on etea.online before you rely on it.

Roll number slips come by SMS, not by post

ETEA will send an SMS when roll number slips are ready to download from etea.edu.pk. The test date, time and venue are printed only on that slip, and no call letter is posted for the screening test. If your number is ported, the SMS may not reach you.

Bring the slip and your original CNIC to the test. The ETEA roll number slip and result steps explain where to find both. HMC says interview call letters go only to shortlisted candidates, and there is no travel allowance for the test or interview.

We could not confirm the number of HMC seats, the salaries, or the fee printed for IPS posts.
