District court jobs in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through ETEA: 24 posts in Upper Chitral, Bannu, Mansehra and Kohat. See each last date, age, domicile and quota here.

Four district courts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are hiring 24 staff through ETEA: Upper Chitral (8 posts, last date 20 November 2026), Bannu (5 Process Servers, extended to 30 November), Mansehra (7 Process Servers, 30 October) and Kohat (4 posts, 30 October). Each court hires only people with its own district's domicile.
The jobs are the plain backbone of a courthouse: Process Server, Junior Clerk, Stenographer, Computer Operator and Assistant. Two of the four close next Friday. Below are all 24 seats with age, education and quota, the Bannu extension that now includes Wazir Sub-Division, and the ETEA steps that every court uses.
We read all four adverts on ETEA's own list of current projects on 24 October 2026, along with the Bannu court's letter extending its closing date.
24 district court posts across four districts
Process Server is the biggest single job, with 12 seats in Bannu and Mansehra. Upper Chitral has 8 seats across three clerical jobs and Kohat has 4 BPS-16 posts. Ages are mostly 18 to 30, with 18 to 35 for Mansehra.

Upper Chitral has 8 posts until 20 November
The District and Sessions Judge at Booni, Upper Chitral, wants 1 Assistant, 5 Stenotypists or Stenographers and 2 Junior Clerks. All are on merit, for Upper Chitral domicile holders aged 18 to 30. The online form opened on 20 October and closes on 20 November 2026.
- Assistant (BPS-16), 1 seat: bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
- Stenotypist or Stenographer (BPS-14), 5 seats: intermediate or equivalent, shorthand at 50 words a minute, plus English and Urdu typing and MS Office skills. One seat is in the Sessions Judge's office and four with the Senior Civil Judge. The typing speed figure is blurred in ETEA's scan, so check it before you apply.
- Junior Clerk (BPS-11), 2 seats: matric or equivalent and English typing of at least 30 words a minute.
Age is counted on 1 January 2026, with the usual relaxation rules. Government employees must apply through their department and bring an NOC.
Bannu extended Process Server applications to 30 November
The Senior Civil Judge (Admin), Bannu, advertised 5 Process Server posts in BPS-5 on open merit, for Bannu domicile holders aged 18 to 30 with a matric. On 20 October the court asked ETEA to include Wazir Sub-Division and extend the closing date to 30 November 2026.
Wazir Sub-Division was formerly the Frontier Region of Bannu and is now part of Bannu district. Its residents asked to be included, and the court agreed. ETEA's project list now shows 30 November 2026 for code 858. If you live in Wazir and assumed you were not eligible, you are.
Mansehra and Kohat close on 30 October
Mansehra's civil court wants 7 Process Servers in BPS-5 on open merit, aged 18 to 35, with matric. Kohat's district judiciary wants 1 Assistant, 2 Computer Operators and 1 Senior Scale Stenographer, all BPS-16. Both close on 30 October 2026.
| Kohat post | Seats | Age | Requirement |

How to apply for a KP district court job on ETEA
All four courts use the same ETEA process. Make an ETEA profile, verify your CNIC at a NADRA e-Sahulat shop with the ETEA token, apply under the court's project code, print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable fee. Then wait for an SMS.
- Create your profile on ETEA's apply page with your CNIC and a mobile number in your name.
- Print the e-Sahulat token and get it verified at any NADRA e-Sahulat franchise.
- Pick the project: 881 Upper Chitral, 858 Bannu, 859 Mansehra or 857 Kohat.
- Submit the form and print the deposit slip.
- Pay the test fee. Upper Chitral and Mansehra use OneLink. Kohat and Bannu list Easypaisa or a UBL branch.
- Keep the stamped slip and download your roll number slip from etea.edu.pk when the SMS arrives.
Do not post documents to ETEA. Bring originals only if you are called for interview. The ETEA cycle from roll number slip to result is set out under ETEA test registration and result.

Domicile, the character check and the fee
Each court hires only from its own district. You need that district's domicile and permanent residence on the closing date. Upper Chitral also asks for character certificates from respectable people who are not your relatives.
If your domicile is from the wrong district or still pending, apply through the KP domicile certificate portal first. A police record check is also likely after selection, and the KP process is explained in getting a police character certificate in KP.
None of the four adverts prints the test fee. ETEA's website lists Rs 500 for BS-16 and BS-17 posts and no figure for BPS-5, BPS-11 or BPS-14, so read the amount on your deposit slip. No travel allowance is paid.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 24 October 2026. We read ETEA's current projects table on etea.online for codes 881, 858, 859 and 857 and their last dates, the four advert images and PDFs linked there, and the Bannu court's letter No. 842 dated 20 October 2026 extending its closing date. The adverts are mostly in Urdu, read as images. The Upper Chitral stenographer's typing speed is unreadable in the scan. The fee figure is from the FAQ on etea.edu.pk. We could not confirm the test fee for these grades or the salaries. We did not apply.
