Pakistan U19 Women's Tri-Series in Faisalabad: Results, Table and Final Date
Pakistan U19 Women face Sri Lanka at 11 am today in Faisalabad after one win in three. See all five results, the table, fixtures left and the 16 October final.

Pakistan U19 Women play Sri Lanka today, Friday 9 October, at 11:00 am at Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad, after winning one of their first three games in the U19 Women's T20 tri-series. Sri Lanka beat Bangladesh by six wickets on 8 October. The top two teams after six games each reach the final on 16 October.
We read every scorecard for the series on the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) website on the morning of 9 October. Here is where the three teams stand, what Pakistan need, and how to watch.
Pakistan have one win from three games
Pakistan lost to Bangladesh twice and beat Sri Lanka once. Sri Lanka have two wins from three. Bangladesh have two wins from four. With three league games left for Pakistan, the hosts can still reach the final, but they cannot afford another loss to be safe.
| Team | Played | Won | Lost | Games left |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sri Lanka U19 Women | 3 | 2 | 1 | 3 |
| Bangladesh U19 Women | 4 | 2 | 2 | 2 |
| Pakistan U19 Women | 3 | 1 | 2 | 3 |
This table is our own count from the five official scorecards. The PCB has not published a points table or net run rate for the series, so we have not shown either. If two teams finish level on wins, the tie-break will decide the final place, and the PCB has not published the rule.

All five results so far
Bangladesh won the first match and the fourth, both against Pakistan. Pakistan's only win came on 3 October against Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka have since beaten Bangladesh twice, both times chasing.
| Date | Match | Scores | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 Oct | Pakistan v Bangladesh | Bangladesh 117/8; Pakistan 87/6 | Bangladesh won by 30 runs |
| 3 Oct | Pakistan v Sri Lanka | Sri Lanka 124/9; Pakistan 125/5 (19 overs) | Pakistan won by 5 wickets |
| 5 Oct | Sri Lanka v Bangladesh | Bangladesh 119/7; Sri Lanka 120/6 | Sri Lanka won by 4 wickets |
| 6 Oct | Pakistan v Bangladesh | Bangladesh 139/5; Pakistan 126/7 | Bangladesh won by 13 runs |
| 8 Oct | Sri Lanka v Bangladesh | Bangladesh 126/8; Sri Lanka 128/4 (19.1 overs) | Sri Lanka won by 6 wickets |
Opener Sanjana Kavindi De Silva was player of the match in both of Sri Lanka's wins over Bangladesh. She is the batter Pakistan most need to remove early today.

Komal Khan and Mahnoor Zeb carry Pakistan
Opener Komal Khan has been Pakistan's best batter. She made 29 in the opener, 50 off 39 balls in the win over Sri Lanka, and 36 against Bangladesh on 6 October. Left-arm fast bowler Mahnoor Zeb took three wickets in each of the first two games.
The problem is the middle order. Against Bangladesh on 6 October, Komal and Ravail Farhan put on 69 for the first wicket, then Pakistan fell 13 runs short. Bangladesh's Farjana Easmin Medha took 3 for 25 that day. Zoofishan Ayyaz scored 38 and 32 in two games, but the rest have struggled to score quickly.
Fizza Fiaz captains a 20-player squad coached by Muhammad Masroor. This is Pakistan's second U19 series since July, when South Africa won a five-match series in Karachi 3-2.
Pakistan's remaining games and the final
Pakistan play three more league games: Sri Lanka today, Bangladesh on Sunday 11 October and Sri Lanka again on Monday 12 October. Sri Lanka and Bangladesh meet once more on 14 October. Every match starts at 11:00 am, with the toss at 10:30 am.
- Friday 9 October: Pakistan v Sri Lanka.
- Sunday 11 October: Pakistan v Bangladesh.
- Monday 12 October: Sri Lanka v Pakistan.
- Wednesday 14 October: Sri Lanka v Bangladesh.
- Friday 16 October: Final, top two teams.
Three wins would take Pakistan to four, which no other side can then pass without beating them. Two wins would leave them depending on the last game and the tie-break. That is our reading of the fixtures, not a PCB statement.

How to watch the U19 tri-series
In Pakistan, every match streams live on Tapmad and Tamasha, the PCB says. The final on 16 October is also on PTV Sports. Fans outside Pakistan can watch on the PCB's YouTube channel, and Tapmad streams it in Bangladesh.
Entry details for Iqbal Stadium have not been published by the PCB for this event. The senior men are busy in Rawalpindi at the same time, and the Pakistan vs Sri Lanka T20Is on PTV Sports start at 6:00 pm, so you can follow both on the same days. Pakistan's senior women last played at the Asian Games, where they won a cricket bronze medal.
