PTS Result Check by CNIC 2026: Roll Number Slip, Application Status and Answer Keys on pts.org.pk
Check a PTS result on pts.org.pk with your CNIC and roll number, then get the roll number slip and application status. See what every PTS error message means.

To check a PTS result, open pts.org.pk, go to Results, pick your project and post, and enter your CNIC and roll number; the same CNIC also opens your application status and roll number slip. If the site says "Record Not Found", the CNIC or post is wrong, or your result has not been uploaded yet.
Pakistan Testing Service (PTS) runs recruitment tests for federal and provincial bodies, including Sindh's prisons department and State Life Insurance this year. Its website looks old and loads lists slowly, which is why many candidates give up on it. Below is each check step by step, the results on the site as of 25 October 2026, what every error message means, and who to contact.
PTS has four checks, and each one starts from the project list
PTS organises everything by project, meaning one recruitment for one employer with a code number such as 567. Results, roll number slips, application status and answer keys each have their own menu, and each opens a list of projects first.
| What you want | Menu on pts.org.pk | What you enter |
|---|---|---|
| Test result or merit list | Results | Project, post, then CNIC and roll number |
| Roll number slip | Roll Number | Project, then the slip search |
| Application and fee status | Application Status | Project, then 13 digit CNIC |
| Answer key | Results, then Answer Keys | Project only |
| Result rechecking | Results, then Re-Checking Form | Form on a separate PTS page |

Note the project code on your challan or application form. Many PTS projects have similar names, for example four separate State Life recruitments in 2026, and the code is the quickest way to pick the right one.
Check a PTS result by CNIC in five steps
Open pts.org.pk and choose Results from the top menu. The site lists projects with results, newest first. Pick yours, then pick your post from the list of result files, and the search box asks for your CNIC and roll number.
- Go to pts.org.pk and open Results.
- Find your project by name and code. Press "See All Results" if it is not in the first list.
- Click "Download / View" next to your post.
- Enter your CNIC without dashes and your roll number.
- Save or screenshot the result for the interview stage.

The site's code shows two failure messages. "Result withheld" means PTS is holding your result back for now. "Record Not Found" comes with an email address for queries, srp.result@pts.org.pk. Write to it with your CNIC, roll number and project code.
These PTS results were on the site on 25 October 2026
We opened the results list on 25 October 2026. The three newest projects with results were the Sindh Prisons and Corrections Service project 567 and two State Life Insurance projects, 570 and 566. Older State Life results, 561 and 562, were also listed.
- Sindh Prisons project 567: final physical test results for Prison Constable (BS-07) and Lady Prison Constable (BS-07).
- State Life project 570: provisional results for Engineer (Civil), Engineer (Electrical), Engineer (Mechanical), Law Officer, Marketing Officer and three Sub Engineer posts.
- State Life project 566: provisional results for Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager.
- State Life project 562: provisional results for three Manager posts.
- State Life project 561: results for Assistant General Manager, Manager, Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager.
"Provisional" means the result can still change after document checks. Do not resign from a current job on a provisional result alone.
Application status shows whether PTS has your fee
The Application Status page is where you confirm that PTS has your form and your paid challan. Pick the project, enter your 13 digit CNIC, and the page shows your record. For some projects it also lets you change your test centre.
PTS told candidates for the Sindh Prisons projects 571 and 572 to check their status and upload the paid fee challan again if it was missing. That advice applies to any project: if your fee does not show, upload the proof before the deadline. PTS warned in the Sindh Prisons notice that an unpaid form is treated as ineligible.
The status page can return three errors. "Record Not Found" means no application under that CNIC for that project. "Invalid CNIC Please Try Again" and "Please Enter a Valid CNIC" mean the number is the wrong length or format. PTS says it replies to status queries within three working days.

Download the roll number slip and bring it with your CNIC
Roll number slips sit under the Roll Number menu. Pick your project and download the slip. PTS's own FAQ says the slip is your identity document at the test centre, and you may be refused entry without it or if your photo does not match.
The FAQ also lists what to leave at home: calculators, mobile phones, books and any paper. Being found with them can disqualify you. Late arrivals may not be seated. Bring your CNIC as well, which PTS advises.
The site carries one more warning: do not write a ported mobile number on the form. A ported number is one moved from one network to another, and PTS's SMS alerts may not reach it. The same advice appears in our pages on NTS registration and results and the ETEA roll number slip and result, because the problem is common to all three.
PTS lists four regional offices plus its Islamabad head office
PTS lists offices in Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi and Quetta on its website, and its recent advertisements add the Islamabad head office. For a result query, the site's own message points to srp.result@pts.org.pk. For general queries it gives info@pts.org.pk.

Common questions
How do I check my PTS result by CNIC?
Open Results on pts.org.pk, choose your project and post, then enter your CNIC and roll number.
Why does PTS show "Record Not Found"?
The CNIC, roll number or post does not match a record, or the result is not uploaded. Email srp.result@pts.org.pk if you are sure the details are right.
Where is the PTS answer key?
Under Results, then Answer Keys, listed by project.
Can I change my PTS test centre?
For some projects, yes. The Application Status page shows a centre option only when PTS allows a change.
Is a PTS provisional result final?
No. A provisional result can change after documents are checked. Wait for the employer's final list.
What is the PTS helpline number?
Its advertisements give 051-2806090-2 for the Islamabad head office.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked on 25 October 2026. We read the results list, the roll number list, the application status page, the FAQ and contact page on PTS's website, and the result pages for projects 561, 562, 566, 567 and 570. The error messages and the CNIC and roll number fields come from the site's own page script, which we read. The Islamabad address and phone are from PTS's printed advertisements, including the September 2026 Sindh Prisons corrigendum. The Re-Checking Form page returned an error when we opened it, so we could not read the rechecking fee or deadline. We did not enter any CNIC.
